The Dr. Pharmacist is one of the nicest and caring people..has treated me very well since I've become a customer / patient. He has assisted me with my insurance company and answered all my questions..working with me and my Dr. For the best possible treatment...you CAN NOT get service like that at a CVS or Walgreens..trust me!! And all the kids who work here are all so sweet. Even a few years ago ( before I was a regular customer ), I got my Covid shoot here ( under protest as a NYC First Responder..facing termination if I didn't comply with vaccination mandates ), they were so understanding and sensitive about my concerns. It's not a Walgreens !…read more Well, let me qualify that. There's a Walgreen's sign outside, and it appears in google searches when you look for "Drugstore". But after they took over the Rite-Aid, they just closed down the pharmacy. It's a drugstore that doesn't sell prescriptions / drugs! *Boggles* What remains is the shell of the Rite-Aid that once was. Empty shelves, barren aisles, flickering fluorescent lighting and an aura of despair fill the space where a vibrant drug store once stood. I even took the time to inquire as to what happened to the pharmacy, and was informed there were no pharmacists available to hire. There's no shortage of pharmacists nationwide. Whatever the motivation for shutting down the pharmacy, I wish they'd at least be candid. At the end of the day, you have what is essentially an overpriced, glorified bodega, but without any of the charm ( *ahem* , "charm" ) you'd find at Newport Market or any of the Latin stores that Mount Kisco is full of. On the plus side, you can walk through it to get to the parking lot on the other side. So that's nice.

Sure enough, I was able to use their restroom. It was fairly clean for a public restroom, but unfortunately the soap dispenser was empty--only hand sanitizer was available. I was too exhausted at the time to bring it up to staff. Note: I'm deliberately using the correct word restroom--not "bathroom," since there was no bathtub. At 17, during a senior class trip to France, I asked for the bathroom location in a restaurant, and a few French people responded that Americans use the word bathroom instead of restroom when looking for a public toilet, and I have never forgotten that! I have been using the word "restroom" ever since! I'm giving this CVS four stars, deducting one for the lack of soap.

Do better Walmart!!! Employees who do not know where products are or don't even speak the language is not acceptable!!!! AND by the way you were all out of scales... stocking products should be a priority.
