When I got the call back the representative had a terrible attitude, gave me false information wasting my time. She alsojust hung up on me when i had another question. This is the Pharmacy I called when my normal location CVS switched my birth control brand without even notifying me. I called this pharmacy to see if they had the brand I use and they were able to do it, same day. The pharmacy line was LONG. There was only one boy at the register when I got there but he was pleasant. Another lady came and logged in and immediately started helping him and made the line move quickly. I used the actual abusive language Edward the pharmacist used with me when I brought an issue to him, when I wrote my review on Wednesday. Maybe that's why I don't see the review here. I'm sorry for writing his actual word when he interrupted me and called me "F---ing stupid" when I asked why a pill bottle from them was labelled 180 tablets when it contained far fewer than that. It caused confusion for me and made me run out of medication early. He didn't listen to me, from the beginning of our conversation, and kept repeating a response that had nothing to do with my question, each time with more contempt, and then told me I was 'F----ng stupid" for misunderstanding their packaging. I never got an explanation for my questioning (other than that) why I was paying the co-pay again or why a pill bottle would have in incorrect quantity marked on it, and he told me to "get out or ( he'll) call the cops". Hard F for professionalism and customer relations, and he did this in front of the other employees, so that's the example he set. Don't question Edward, he has zero tolerance. read more

I will no longer use any CVS store for any services. I visited the pharmacy to get a glucose monitor refill. I am 2 days early and the attendant (a young little girl) explained that it was not on the shelves because I was late to pick it up. I explained that the info was incorrect. I am 2 days early. So she decided to make me wait and then had another "girl" with many piercings on her face bring a complete kit box and not a refill. After explaining that I need only the refill, she slammed the box on the table and clearly looked at me angrily. So I looked at her and she said is there a problem? Loudly as if she wanted to fight me! I went and got a store manager and she couldn't do anything about it since the pharmacy has a manager who is absent. I've been a loyal customer since the store opened. Why am I getting treated like this? And why are they hiring unprofessional people? read more

when you call the pharmacy, you are instructed to go to the website, However somethings cannot be done on the site. Every call I made to the pharmacy resulted in a 20 minute wait on hold. When you go in the pharmacy the lines are always long. While I was waiting to be taking care of, several people, in front of me, tied up the rx counter clerks with large purchases of non-prescription items. I wish this were a better review. Vaccine Appointment woes. I checked in at the desk (and on my phone) for my 12:30 appointment at 12:20. After watching everyone check in for their vaccine and immediately sit down and get called, except me, I had to go back and stand in line to remind them that I've been waiting for a half hour. At 12:50, I was still waiting. I was Just standing there literally for 30 mins in front of the vaccine site and no one asked or ever called my name. There weren't many people around. Clearly there is a missing link in their system bc sure enough I was in the system, checked in, and not getting called on. WHY????? This is the kind of procedural snafu I hate. Staff doesn't give 2 craps. Before they were just overworked and understaffed so I felt empathy but now the hood staff they hired just don't give a crap. A woman said they didn't receive my child's medicine and I had to call the doctor. I said can someone let me know if it's ready when I finally get in touch with the doctor (AGAIN), because they don't answer the phone. She responds we answer the phone....when we can. Exactly. 7 people back there and they don't answer the phone. Super rude and snotty. And that I need to call or come back. I go home to call the doctor and I get a text as soon as I get out of the car (5 minutes later) that her medicine is ready which means they HAD IT!!! I go back and the same wench is in the middle at a computer showing dresses on her phone to the next girl while the phone is ringing and NO ONE IS ANSWERING! RUN....this is humanity now. This pharmacy is a total disaster, it seems to be ran by nobody! I've been going to this pharmacy ever since I moved to the neighborhood about 5 years ago, it's always been a little annoying because nothing is ever ready on time, long waits, but lately is out of control! For 4 days in a row I've been trying to get in touch because there's an issue with one of my prescriptions, I've called 4 days in a row to be on hold for about 40 min and NOBODY ever answered. I ended up having to call the general cvs number to see what was going in on and the person who answered just told me " I'm sorry but is a caos back there " I responded " wow they need to get more people then" and he said " there's a lot of people it's just that now with the vaccines there all backed up with appointments and all the pharmacist have to do the vaccines" common! Do better! I'm not mad at the employees but the managers who let this happen because clearly im not the only customer with this issue. read more

Worst CVS on (Nepperhan Ave in Yonkers NY) If you want good customer service avoid this store location. I returned some products (within 5 mins of purchase) after realizing I could get it cheaper at ShopRite. After returning the products I left the store. I was then approached outside, in the parking lot of this store ( yes!!! parking lot) by Chris the manager. He came out of the store and walked up to my car. This is while I had my crying 3 yr old daughter, who had just fell in the store earlier during our shopping trip. At which point he knew about and didn't even come over to see if she was ok. He began to scream at me and accused me of returning products to profit from CVS extra care bucks coupons. He stated "he's tired of the GAME" !!!! I said excuse me??? He said yes the games you play, to get money from CVS. I was unaware of what he was talking about. I tried to ask him what he was talking about, but he walked back in the store. So I went back in the store. At this point I was humiliated and embarrassed at his accusations. I asked him to explain what he said to me outside, in the parking lot in front of other people. He said I purchased products, got extra care bucks, then I returned them to make money from CVS. I tried to explain to him, I didn't do such thing!! He continued to repeatedly accuse me aloud in the store. This was again in front of a long line of customers, who were standing in the store and listening. I told him he was wrong!!. He didn't seem to believe me, and continued with is accusations. I then said to him your wrong!. I also told him his actions were unacceptable, especially in public. I returned everything I bought earlier, gave him back all the coupons and receipt I got. I called the corporate office when I got home and reported this. I'll NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN!!! Update:: today is Tuesday 4/16/19, it's been 5 days and I still haven't gotten a call from the district manager or corporate office. No one from the Pharmacy ( including the lead pharmacist) bothers to pick up the phone to talk about the status of brand new prescriptions that i needed today.I have a possible bronchitis case for myself today and the Z-pack was needed urgently. Do not EVER go to this pharmacy. Literally the worst experience I've ever had if it was possible, I'd give them negative stars. My husband came to pick up a prescription for me that my Dr. sent to this pharmacy on accident. ( I usually go to the prospect location) When he arrived they told him they didn't have the prescription despite the fact They texted me my script was ready, and when I called it also said it was ready. The lady had a nasty attitude said there's nothing they can do call my dr. So we did that, they informed me the script had been sent so my husband comes back, I had to drive 15 mins to the pharmacy with a fever, chills, hives to get there and low and behold my prescription is there! I inform the pharmacist and the tech about what happened and how frustrating and they sit there in silence just staring at me I finally have to say ummm so no apology nothing? You're just going to stare at me? So weird I have never seen worst customer service, especially when dealing with peoples perceptions that's pretty important you would think they would have more to say then blank stares. read more

My elderly mother was denied buying a thermometer, after being illegally recorded by one of the employees she left the store enraged and felt violated. I then went there to get one since they refused her and when I tried to ask what happened the manager lost his mind on me , became very aggressive and made me feel unsafe , and would not reassure that his employee ( who was in normal clothes , no mask or gloves did not record my elderly mother , I've been shopping here for Over 5 years and understand things are at a high tension right now but in no way should a manger try to use aggression to scare someone who is making a complaint , nor should an employee get to ILLEGALLY record someone who is upset. If there's someone I can talk to about this besides the manager ( who makes me feel unsafe ) please contact me .. Went in today and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Chris who helped me out big time.Saved me almost one hundred dollars on a prescription and was very polite.Too bad they dont take my insurance because that would have been my spot to go.Highly recommend this place. read more
