Been going to this CVS for a few years now (primarily for my prescriptions) and I've been happy here. Both retail and pharmacy, staff has always been kind, friendly and helpful. Have I experienced a delay in getting prescriptions? Of course, but communication, patience and kindness help get what I need. I take a few medications daily so I visit this CVS location's pharmacy staff 1-2 times per month for refills and appreciate how they make these visits effortless. They make sure to educate me about my CVS and Caremark app and medication info. Suggestion: If you're having difficulty getting your meds filled, I suggest reaching out to your health insurance company and asking for a pharmacy benefits rep. They should assist with reviewing your benefits, contacting your doctor's office if a prior authorization is needed, and contact the pharmacy to assist you in getting your medications. I've found that calmly explaining the situation works better than shrieking or berating. As for the retail side, I used to makeup shop at CVS stores because the coupons and deals were great. Then the pandemic happened, so I stopped wearing makeup and grew my eyebrows back so I don't really shop for makeup anymore. I'll use CVS coupons to buy medical items as needed, but most items are a little too expensive for me these days. Other than that, I appreciate my CVS store, especially my pharmacy team. Thank you, Noble store, for all that you do! read more

7-23-26 Had Root Canal and needed to get Antibiotics. Medicare was suppose to pay and got info for CVS twice but codes would not go thru. Called Medicare and they said just have CVS call and can override it. CVS Said NO JUST PAY FOR MEDS AND GET REIMBURSED BY MEDICARE so I did. Medicare said will reimburse but CVS COULD HAVE JUST CALLED THEM TO OVERRIDE. Went to get meds and girl who waited on me was so STRESSED OUT I SUGGESTED TO TAKE A BREAK but she just smirked and continued. I KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOT EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR IN 2006 IN A CORPORATION. She was a little RUDE. Been customer since 2000 and had to change review to 1 star. First of all, you can never get them on the phone. They promised to call you back in an hour and never do. Now they've put my prescription away and after waiting 20 minutes in line I get to wait in a second line because I was in the pick up where I thought my prescriptions were but no they put one away and now I get to wait in the drop off line for them to then tell me that they're gonna have to fill the prescription. I'm gonna have to wait another half hour to an hour in Visalia while they fill my prescription cause I live 40 miles away. Would you recommend this place to anybody? Yeah I didn't think so. read more

My 82 y/o father forgot his insulin at home back in Washington. I called to request an emergent transfer from his pharmacy here in Washington. They informed me that they were so far behind that they were working on prescriptions from previous day and that a transfer would take 72 hours. I felt that due to the extenuating circumstances and the type of medication this was, this was completely unacceptable. They were unwilling to make any attempts to get this done. read more

The pharmacist Joseph was so kind and helpful. He gave great customer service! It's hard to get good service but Joseph was amazing.

I had a problem with one of my medications and between Valarie and another person (dodnt get his name) they figured ot out and I was able to walk out with both prescriptions. Thanks you are awesome. read more

I get my prescription filled here since moving into the state. Yes, the lines can be long, but the employees have been as friendly as possibly even when they are very busy. There has been confusion with my old insurance and new insurance, texts sent about my prescriptions, but I think when it comes to getting meds- people need to be patient. I was called back by someone in at the pharmacy when there was a glitch with my insurance. I appreciated the info that was given to me during this call. Thankfully I don't need more than birth control so I'm only in every few months. read more

Not happy with CVS, why are you charging us delivery for our prescriptions all of a sudden. A lot of us are still wary of crowds and the free delivery gave us peace of mind. Guess I'll start looking for a new pharmacy that customers feel safer at and free delivery. Big pharma at work I guess You don't deserve any star ratings at this time read more

Josh from the managerial team made my passport photo experience seamless & easy! & he was super nice!

I've been coming here to their Pharmacy for years to get my meds. I haven't really been fond of this place for a couple reasons but this last one really did it for me.... So, it was a Friday evening when I picked up a prescription from my Urologist for BACTRIM. I took one pill that night and I woke up the next day with a raised rash and a blister on my penis, hives on my back, a sore throat and my upper lip was a bit swollen. I didn't know what was going on and I was concerned. Now, mind you that I've never had an allergic reaction to anything in my life and this was the first time I've ever taken BACTRIM. Being, that it was a Saturday I turned to my Pharmacist from CVS, I told him about the way I had woken up and I asked him, "if it had anything to do with Bactrim"?? I asked him, "if I should stop and he said NO FOR ME TO CONTINUE TAKING BACTRIM". I ended up taking Bactrim for 2 more days and my condition worsened over the weekend. I started doing some research of my own and that's when I found out that I had an allergic reaction to BACTRIM. I went back to see the same Pharmacist and I told him that, "IT WAS THE MEDS"! He stood there and just looked at me without saying a word. Long story short I ended up with a blister on the top of my penis head the size of a half-dollar, my throat was so swollen and red that it hurt so bad. I couldn't even swallow my own saliva. I was seen by a Dermatologist twice, went to my Provider 4 times and finally I had to go to the ER. All, of this could've been prevented IF HE WOULD'VE JUST DONE HIS JOB CORRECTLY. All, he had to do was look on his phone or computer to know that it was caused by Bactrim. This Pharmacist negligence caused me a great deal of pain and suffering for a month and a half. I couldn't go to work, I couldn't wear anything, I had to be on home confinement all that time because I couldn't wear any clothing. I called Corporate to make a Complaint on the Pharmacist and I told them what had happened. Andrew, from Corporate was apologetic and he asked me, "how can I make this right"? I asked him, "if they could please pay my bill from the ER wich was around $1,000"? He asked me, "to collect the bills and to send them to him to his email". I really thought he was going to help me out with the bill but instead he told me that, "all he was going to give me was $100". This guy Andrew from Corporate started shifting blame and said, "that all he was going to do for me was offered me $100". And, that "in order for me to get those $100 from him I needed to sign a document saying, "that I was not going to say anything in regards to this matter on any social media platform or the news media". I declined signing and now I want everyone else to know about this before it happens again!!! Greedy, Corporations like CVS should have NO PROBLEM paying a $1,000 bill after all what's a thousand dollars to them.... I hope a lot of people see this post and I hope they take their business elsewhere cus this Pharmacy is GARBAGE!!!! read more

This is the WORST place to get your meds ever!!!! It's Filthy, the staff are rude, and it takes at minimum up to 2 days to get your scripts. read more

I'd give 0 stars an employee named Vanessa was so rude I heard her talking about other customers from a row over I'm guessing she was on those headphones because I didn't see anyone else around. When I said she shouldn't do be doing that she rolled her eyes and said I couldn't do anything about it. She worked at night this day. read more

I tried to fill a prescription here. They told me they had it on hand. I asked them to fill it and then somebody told me they did not have it. Then another person called me and told me they did have it but that it was going to be over $200 then somebody said the one they had is it different type of the same medication that I need and they need an updated prescription. I called the doctor and updated prescription and then called back and they said they didn't have it. Then they called me and said they did. Multiple issues with this Pharmacy and the pharmacy in Porterville CVS on Henderson. Called the customer care to put in a complaint and was on hold for over 2 hours. Emailed them to put in the complaint instead and got a notice saying the folder I am trying to reach is invalid. CVS is an absolute joke. Trash Pharmacy. My stepmom called the one in Porterville to fill a script in Visalia and they said they could do it. When she got there she had two prescriptions. She had told them what they were over the phone and they said they could send the prescriptions to Visalia. When she got there they told her she could not send one of them. She asked them to fill the one they could and they told her well since we can't do the other one you might as well just take that one too. They are so disgustingly lazy. Lastly I finally got the prescription at Visalia taking care of and called to request if they were ready. The girl told me they were going to be over $200 each. That I needed to update my insurance information. I told her I could give her the updated info over the phone and she said I can't do that you can do it online but I can't be sure it will work. I asked her why can't you just do it over the phone? She said well I can but I won't be sure it's accurate. I said why not. She said why might not put it in correctly. What!? What does that even mean? lol After going round and round with these people she finally got it updated and it dropped my price down to $21 for both. read more

They tell you your medicine isn't ready and they want you to come up to the counter when they call your name. I go up the the front and the pharmacist and tech is helping customers out so I wait. After they are done they start calling people from the line knowing I'm standing right there. They tell you you don't have to wait in line but yet no one helped me so I went back into the line and was helped after I waited. You shouldn't tell people to go up to the counter and make them wait. They called another person name over the intercom and they helped her right after they got done with a customer. I was waited 5 mins and then headed to the line. Worst customer service ever. Looking into changing my pharmacy because this one suck! read more

Have you ever had a pharmacy that does everything it can to keep you from talking to someone in the pharmacy? Have they ever continued to refill prescriptions that you have on several occasion told them not to? Have you ever had a pharmacy who sells drugs over the counter for half the co-pay of the exact same that is twice as much (and then refuse to do anything about it)? Have you ever had had them continue to request refills from a doctor who you told them not to? Welcome to CVS, a place that does not care for the individual customer. I spent years with a local pharmacy before moving to CVS; what a mistake. I recommend that you stick with your local pharmacy since these big-box pharmacies are not to be bothered by the individual customer, even after spending thousands over the years for over a dozen different prescriptions. I will say that the counter help is great, but don't count on them to help you, and you definitely do not get any results contacting their customer service. Oh, and if you have ever dealt with their web site and see that your prescription is "in process," do not assume that they are working on it anytime soon. I've had them say that for days only to find out the they do not have it in stock or are contacting your prescriber for a different prescription. Two weeks ago, it took a week and half; first they said it was not in stock, but then that changed days later (had to call again to find this out), the insurance would not cover it. Don't expect them to keep you informed of anything. read more

This company is a joke. They cannot get things correct. I am being told by these jerks that my wife's libre2 sensors only only covered every 30 days. The sensors only last 28 days. It would be nice if the crappy company would go out of business read more

Cvs pharmacy @ Noble Ave they don't preform well. So far off the Mark!! Hard describe all I see going wrong as a Fellow Buisness Person I'm Surprised they make any money. I'm wondering ?? How does this retailer survive. First off I have been receiving tex messages for 3 days that my 2 med prescriptions are ready to pickup. I do find thatCVs tex communication to be positive. Tex messages With detail as to how long I had to timely pickup Ready.... with Deadlines. But the Downfall is when you show up Upon waiting in Line 15min @ 5:50 pm I finally got an my opportunity at the Pickup window, Well ... that did go so good. Connie couldn't find me in the system after giving my first name, last name, date of birth. I think we went through the Sequence 2x. Finally she found me after I showed her my tex messages from the company. But There seemed to an issue as to my insurance so Connie sent me to Rosa. 2 windows down, and she gave Rosa my 2 White bags that I presumed had my prescriptions. My insurance for prescriptions Changed Dec 2018. I have pickup prescriptions 2 other times since the insurance Change. It's now end of February. We are now well past 6:20 It's like non of employees invest very much into getting it right the First time. Just going thru The motions. Rosa was polite but barley spoke. I Gave her my Card answered a few questions at first and she took robot the Entry data. I couldn't help but think she needed one of those tests...... You get online when you can't remember your password ..... they show you some pictures And in able to prove your not a Robot You have identify the correct pictures. I presume she did what Necessary, lengthy process ? In fact I had time to Pick-out a hair brush while she completed my entry. After Entering my data, I expected to receive my Prescription, it was sitting there 2 bags on the counter Already Bagged up .... like the Tex messages indicated..... Ready to Go. But... Rosa asked me to wait ?? My name would be called.... take about 10 minutes. I continued to Wait but at 6:40 I went back to Rosa's window. I asked Rosa any word yet?, Rosa acted a little surprised As if I should of been called already Asked me stand in Connie's line again I gave it another 5 minutes then gave up. As I past Rosa's window headed out to the Front door I whispered to Rosa " I gave Up" But I doubt she cared, barley looked up as I past by. So now I got a decision Do I put back the Hair Brush Or take a Chance on the Front counter service. I needed the Hair Brush. But Also was a waste of time only one checker, And it looked as if the Only Checker Or perhaps a Return. Was the complication I could only guess. I gave up Again.... put the Hair Brush on the counter And quietly Walked Out. There has got to be a better way. Back in my Car 6:56. Wasted 66 minutes in quiet Frustration. no hair brush, and more importantly No Medication. What a waste of time, standing in line afterline Effort is what CVS is lacking.... plus a dose of Caring. If you own CVs Stock.... Then SELL It... because your going to get Zip !! Pitiful It's no accident .... they earned those 2 stars. Only a matter of time.....66 minutes & Zip. Donald L .... says my insurance card Visalia, Calif read more

I went to CVS Pharmacy today Dec. 16 2019 at about 1pm to leave a pain meds prescription. I was told it would ready at 4:30pm.I want back at 4:30pm . The wait in line was 25 people, one person on the counter . When I got there I was told to wait another 1 or 2 hrs to . So I got back my prescription and went to Walgreens on Walnut and Courts. I got it in 10 mins. CVS Pharmacy has done this to me maybe 5 time. Not good.I guest I will have to go to Walgreens for my pain meds. I've never been more embarrassed. I have an Adderall prescription (I've had ADD for years) and they refused to fill it. I have a clear history of filling it at another location, but I happen to be in Visalia visiting my boyfriend. I have an ID, and a legit prescription. Apparently this pharmacist thinks she's better able to approve medication than my doctor. She even had the audacity to bring up my history on medications I wasn't refilling. I had to stand in front of her, the clerk, and customers and explain yes, I hate being on these meds, so my history isn't great. She turned me away and now I'm going home early because ok out of medication. read more

I just went from one unhelpful pharmacy to this one. Only one of my blood pressure medications was ready. The other I need to contact my doctor for some unknown reason. Considering I fill this same thing every month, renewing my prescription with my doctor every year, I have plenty of refills and it's not expired. Of course the doctor office is closed by the time I get out of work and arrive to the pharmacy, why the pharmacy couldn't tell me there was a problem sooner I don't understand, so I get to go without today. Yes I waited until the last minute, but they were closed when I tried to go yesterday. read more

Worst service ever. Long story short, after waiting 3 hours, the pharmacist refused to fill my husbands adderall that hasn't been filled in almost 2 months and then had the nerve to tell me "you don't have 2 degrees like I do, so you can leave now" along with many other disrespectful and degrading comments. She has no clue what I do for a living and if I have 1 or 5 degrees. I guess she thinks she is better than everyone because she has 2 degrees. All I can say is WOW! read more
