However it was a problem, bcuz he is not part of the insurance plan after confirming i was little surprised my bill was $466 for my prescriptions. So I had to make a hard decision to go to Costco where my copays are 0.. so I went into pick up 2 last prescriptions I was told by Marcelo that if Costco won't fill i can't CAN NOT return to MedEx.that's horrible! If my stuff was covered i wouldn't be doing this. I've brought soooooo much money an business to Emad only to be treated horrible when I left.!!​ Emad said he would have no problem with my new insurance..before I left Marcelo said he wouldn't transfer on Monday although Costco called an faxed friday Jan 23 Costco did request for my transfer yet MedEx said they never received anything . So now I have to wait about a week to get all my important medications. This is incredible sad .!!

MedEx is always on point with filling and ordering anything that is needed for me and my family. They are so helpful and caring for our needs. Pharmacy Techs and Pharmacists always strive to make sure their patients needs ALWAYS come first. Specially Emad the pharmacist, he trains all his Pharmacy Staff to be knowledgeable and caring about everything thats needed to help have their patients prescriptions filled on time. If anything goes wrong (which is VERY rare!!!!) he will do anything in his power to make it right. I wish more pharmacies would strive to be like them. been struggling with this pharmacy on behalf of my mother who requires if i remember correctly…read moresomething to check her blood sugar. something in that situation. for years we have been asking for that request, device for sugar check. they have been denying her that device for as long as she has been going there. "the doctor needs to sign the go ahead so we can give you the device." we go to the doctor. "i did give them the go ahead." we return. "no word from the doctor." over & over been treated like a dog expecting to smile. my mother has fainted several times. the reason. she can't check her blood sugar! she has gone 2 the hospital for the past months also also has injured her legs in the repercussions if that is the correct term!! it piss me off that they have her go back and forward. how much does anyone like my mother in her age nearly 70! what must she go through in order to finally get that device from these folks! for sure there are more women & men. elderly people mind you. that don't have time for games‼‼‼

I came in to…read morepick up a prescription, and Julian informed me that the order had been sent to the wrong CVS location. He told me that in order to get it to this location. I would have to call my doctors office to have them resend it. I did this, but then received a message from the pharmacy saying that the prescription could not be filled until the 30th because it was counting as a refill, not a reroute. So I called the pharmacy themselves, and spoke to a pleasant young lady who informed me that Julian was mistaken, and he could have switched it over from the very beginning. An hours worth of phone calls back-and-forth between my doctors office and the pharmacy, all for something that he could have done in the first place. When I returned to pick up my prescription, Jillian was again working the drive through window. This time, he was busy purchasing a Gatorade at the pharmacy's checkout counter, and having a conversation with the cashier. He motioned his finger up for me to wait for him, which I did, for approximately three minutes while he finished his conversation and purchase., I let Julian know what had transpired and let him know that in the future, he's able to take care of that himself and not cause such a hassle for his customers. He curtly replied."ok" and promptly turned his back on the window, got my medications and told me to sign the slip so I could be on my way. I had an irritated tone to my voice, but was extremely respectful in the way I delivered my message. An apology would've gone a very long way in the situation instead of an abrupt OK and sending me out the door.

Even though Hanford is a smaller city, this location has a much better selection of unique and rare products compared to the three locations in Fresno and Clovis.They actually have Almond Roca candy in stock (which the Fresno/Clovis stores ran out of--you could honestly make a decent profit reselling these right now). I also found the men's Gillette Pro-Glide 5+ with the bonus handle, and a great Chick-fil-A 3-pack featuring the original, honey mustard, and Polynesian sauces.My overall shopping experience was great, but I did witness something unpleasant. I saw a parent yank their child's hair incredibly hard. While adults absolutely need to keep their kids from wandering or going wild in the aisles, it should always be handled in a civil manner. Abuse like that is completely uncalled for.That aside, if you are nearby or passing through Hanford, I 100% recommend stopping by this location. You can thank me later!
