The minute I said I had a return, the girl said "you can't return it here because you did not purchase it here", yet on the receipt, It says you can return at any nationwide location. then she said she can't return the item because it's not in the box, the item never had a box. then she said she needed to have a scan bar to return it, and I showed her that it has a scan bar. And then she said she can't return it because it's over 30 days. on the receipt if you haven't got a receipt, you can return it for the lowest price within the 30 days so how about if I just throw the receipt away? I came in to…read morepick up a prescription, and Julian informed me that the order had been sent to the wrong CVS location. He told me that in order to get it to this location. I would have to call my doctors office to have them resend it. I did this, but then received a message from the pharmacy saying that the prescription could not be filled until the 30th because it was counting as a refill, not a reroute. So I called the pharmacy themselves, and spoke to a pleasant young lady who informed me that Julian was mistaken, and he could have switched it over from the very beginning. An hours worth of phone calls back-and-forth between my doctors office and the pharmacy, all for something that he could have done in the first place. When I returned to pick up my prescription, Jillian was again working the drive through window. This time, he was busy purchasing a Gatorade at the pharmacy's checkout counter, and having a conversation with the cashier. He motioned his finger up for me to wait for him, which I did, for approximately three minutes while he finished his conversation and purchase., I let Julian know what had transpired and let him know that in the future, he's able to take care of that himself and not cause such a hassle for his customers. He curtly replied."ok" and promptly turned his back on the window, got my medications and told me to sign the slip so I could be on my way. I had an irritated tone to my voice, but was extremely respectful in the way I delivered my message. An apology would've gone a very long way in the situation instead of an abrupt OK and sending me out the door.

The pharmacist initially scolded me for something my doctor supposedly didn't send--only to realize she was looking at the wrong prescription. When I asked about a different medication, she noticed I was paying out of pocket and told me I should have informed them. I explained I had done so last month, but she rudely replied, "They're not going to remember what you told them last month." When I asked how I was supposed to make sure they knew, she ignored my question and just told me to come get it tomorrow--with more attitude. She also made several unprofessional comments about my doctor and lectured me about checking my bottle for refills, as if I wasn't already doing my part by calling to confirm. The entire conversation felt condescending and dismissive. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially in healthcare. I've never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist, and I'll be switching to another pharmacy. Patients deserve respect and professionalism, not to be talked down to when trying to manage their health.

I am handicapped; I have neuropathy pain in my feet and the severity comes and goes. I can hardly walk today I'm in so much pain. I pulled up in front of the sliding metal doors to the nursery to ask the guy sitting right at the door if they had Clematis vines. I was parked 6' away from him with my hazard lights blinking. I smiled and said hi and I asked him through my car window if they had Clematis vines. He was cold and unfriendly and works in the garden department but he didn't know what Clematis was and instead of opening his phone and looking it up, he said "what's that?" I explained and then he pulled out his phone and he asked me to spell it for him and I did, and then he showed me a picture and he said "is this it?" and I said "yes" Then he said "okay, it says we have one". I said "I need three, so all you have is one?" "No, (he said impatiently) no, it says we have 10." I said "okay, thank you, but you said you had one". Then I said "I need three, and I'm handicapped and there are no handicapped carts on this side of store. So will you please walk in and get three for me, and you put them in my car for me?" He said "No I can't. I can't leave my post here." I said "okay I understand, will you please call customer service and ask them if they can send someone to come and help me?" He said "No, I can't do that." I asked an older couple walking into that door if they would look to see where they are for me, and they couldn't find them. When they asked him where they were, he pointed to a stand with pack of seeds in it. They told him I wanted the plants. He said "well all we have seeds." OH MY GOD, ALL OF THAT FOR NOTHING!

THE WORST!! Since the closing of Rite Aid the influx has been heavy on Walgreens. Some grace is…read morenecessary but WOW. You're regularly on hold for hours (not exaggerating), some calls never get picked up, in line for 30-45 minutes. Orders get mysteriously cancelled, they tell you that orders are ready having not ran the insurance, and everything is a come back or call back issue. Meaning being on hold or back in line forever again. Go anywhere else. The people are nice though, when you do get to finally interact with someone. I am RUNNING back to a pharmacy I thought I didn't like before. I made a mistake.

The parking lot has plenty of spaces close to the entrance, the gas station has almost no waiting time, and they seem to have amazing prices than other locations on food items. I came recently on a Saturday and had such a good shopping experience. So much better than getting run over by frantic shoppers in the big city locations. :)
