The minute I said I had a return, the girl said "you can't return it here because you did not purchase it here", yet on the receipt, It says you can return at any nationwide location. then she said she can't return the item because it's not in the box, the item never had a box. then she said she needed to have a scan bar to return it, and I showed her that it has a scan bar. And then she said she can't return it because it's over 30 days. on the receipt if you haven't got a receipt, you can return it for the lowest price within the 30 days so how about if I just throw the receipt away? "the doctor needs to sign the go ahead so we can give you the device." we go to the doctor. "i did give them the go ahead." we return. "no word from the doctor." over & over been treated like a dog expecting to smile. my mother has fainted several times. the reason. she can't check her blood sugar! she has gone 2 the hospital for the past months also also has injured her legs in the repercussions if that is the correct term!! it piss me off that they have her go back and forward. how much does anyone like my mother in her age nearly 70! what must she go through in order to finally get that device from these folks! for sure there are more women & men. elderly people mind you. that don't have time for games‼‼‼

MedEx is always on point with filling and ordering anything that is needed for me and my family. They are so helpful and caring for our needs. Pharmacy Techs and Pharmacists always strive to make sure their patients needs ALWAYS come first. Specially Emad the pharmacist, he trains all his Pharmacy Staff to be knowledgeable and caring about everything thats needed to help have their patients prescriptions filled on time. If anything goes wrong (which is VERY rare!!!!) he will do anything in his power to make it right. I wish more pharmacies would strive to be like them. So I had to make a hard decision to go to Costco where my copays are 0.. so I went into pick up 2 last prescriptions I was told by Marcelo that if Costco won't fill i can't CAN NOT return to MedEx.that's horrible! If my stuff was covered i wouldn't be doing this. I've brought soooooo much money an business to Emad only to be treated horrible when I left.!!​ Emad said he would have no problem with my new insurance..before I left Marcelo said he wouldn't transfer on Monday although Costco called an faxed friday Jan 23 Costco did request for my transfer yet MedEx said they never received anything . So now I have to wait about a week to get all my important medications. This is incredible sad .!!

The pharmacist initially scolded me for something my doctor supposedly didn't send--only to realize she was looking at the wrong prescription. When I asked about a different medication, she noticed I was paying out of pocket and told me I should have informed them. I explained I had done so last month, but she rudely replied, "They're not going to remember what you told them last month." When I asked how I was supposed to make sure they knew, she ignored my question and just told me to come get it tomorrow--with more attitude. She also made several unprofessional comments about my doctor and lectured me about checking my bottle for refills, as if I wasn't already doing my part by calling to confirm. The entire conversation felt condescending and dismissive. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially in healthcare. I've never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist, and I'll be switching to another pharmacy. Patients deserve respect and professionalism, not to be talked down to when trying to manage their health.

I am handicapped; I have neuropathy pain in my feet and the severity comes and goes. I can hardly walk today I'm in so much pain. I pulled up in front of the sliding metal doors to the nursery to ask the guy sitting right at the door if they had Clematis vines. I was parked 6' away from him with my hazard lights blinking. I smiled and said hi and I asked him through my car window if they had Clematis vines. He was cold and unfriendly and works in the garden department but he didn't know what Clematis was and instead of opening his phone and looking it up, he said "what's that?" I explained and then he pulled out his phone and he asked me to spell it for him and I did, and then he showed me a picture and he said "is this it?" and I said "yes" Then he said "okay, it says we have one". I said "I need three, so all you have is one?" "No, (he said impatiently) no, it says we have 10." I said "okay, thank you, but you said you had one". Then I said "I need three, and I'm handicapped and there are no handicapped carts on this side of store. So will you please walk in and get three for me, and you put them in my car for me?" He said "No I can't. I can't leave my post here." I said "okay I understand, will you please call customer service and ask them if they can send someone to come and help me?" He said "No, I can't do that." I asked an older couple walking into that door if they would look to see where they are for me, and they couldn't find them. When they asked him where they were, he pointed to a stand with pack of seeds in it. They told him I wanted the plants. He said "well all we have seeds." OH MY GOD, ALL OF THAT FOR NOTHING!

You're regularly on hold for hours (not exaggerating), some calls never get picked up, in line for 30-45 minutes. Orders get mysteriously cancelled, they tell you that orders are ready having not ran the insurance, and everything is a come back or call back issue. Meaning being on hold or back in line forever again. Go anywhere else. The people are nice though, when you do get to finally interact with someone. I am RUNNING back to a pharmacy I thought I didn't like before. I made a mistake.

The parking lot has plenty of spaces close to the entrance, the gas station has almost no waiting time, and they seem to have amazing prices than other locations on food items. I came recently on a Saturday and had such a good shopping experience. So much better than getting run over by frantic shoppers in the big city locations. :)
