i only go shopping here for snacks n personal care stuff since it's so close, so this not abt the pharmacy. i used to shop for stuff at rite aid (rip) the stuff was cheaper there than cvs tbh . they have better program w extra bucks at cvs. the store is clean the cashiers r friendly it's packed sometimes. i give 4 stars since sometimes the selves r dusty but i understand the whole understaffed so its not that big of an issue for me but for others maybe another reason i give 4 stars is i would buy a 16oz cleanser at rite aid for 20 bucks (2 bucks more than walmart) so i wouldn't mind but at cvs a 12oz cost the same as an 16oz at walmart. If you ever come into this store and purchase gift cards make sure to watch them scan the card and get receipt for it. For it is complete mess and staff are not friendly to customers along with management treat you with disrespect acting due you bring back products and asking for refund you have stolen from them. Informed them of speaking with the investigation team from CVS that was approved to receive my money back along with was called my store manager to let me know they had received notice and if could come in and receive my money back. Had go back twice due manager was on break and when arriving was disrespected along with telling that person of my situation and had received approval come in and get my refund and they should've received notice from investigation team. Asked if manager could come out in order speak with me in which the sales person then told me was the manager along with has no name tag on just his work shirt. Finally admits to being person spoken with and showing me the email then finally giving me my refund throwing my halfway across the counter and then saying "Have nice day". I have had so many mixed experiences with this pharmacy since I moved to Hanford a year and a half ago that it's really been difficult to write a review. Two of their pharmacists have been kind and helpful, a grey haired female, and an Asian male, while the others never make eye contact with customers, and physically show their impatience when you ask to speak with them, with never a smile or a greeting or any acknowledgment that you're a human being. They've recently had a lot of problems finding staff so the customer service is hit and miss. One of the young ladies constantly asks me how to spell everything I say to her, and I have a pretty common name. Another one gave me information that I knew was incorrect, and when I requested she go back and speak to the pharmacist for clarification, she was reticent to do so. When she finally did I could hear the pharmacist being impatient and rude to her. No wonder she doesn't want to ask - how can she learn? As someone who has spent a great deal of my life training employees, I am always kind and very patient with them even when I'm frustrated. Over the past months, I have seen one blossom into an excellent employee, but the other one is still going nowhere. No people skills, acts confident that she knows what she's doing even when she is constantly making mistakes, and gets annoyed when I ask her to get clarification. There is a point where that is a disservice to their customers, and CVS needs to find someone to replace her. Some people just don't belong in a customer service position. I've had to deal with numerous problems with their website, and have spoken to someone supposedly in upper management there, and the problem has still not been remedied. And it's such a minor thing, but annoying to me. As I'm sure we are all frustrated at the barrage of junk text messages we get, I am so tired of getting their continuous erroneous text messages. I've gone in there and spoken to them personally and told them to remove every instance of automatic refills and they have said they did it, yet I continue to receive text messages telling me I have a prescription due for pick up. And half of the time it's not even some thing I'm taking anymore. Because of my insurance, I have no other choice of where to get my prescriptions filled. I've tried other CVS locations and the problems are pretty much the same. I wish I had something kinder to say about this business but unfortunately there is little on the plus side. read more

Covid- 19 When you have coupons to get discount on chocolate you go get it! They have a bunch of stuff! From candies to snacks to lunches to makeup and medicines, etc. All you can think of and then some. This rewards program is great! They use your number to get the rewards. I go in to get dark chocolate and of course saw sales and got more. I ended up getting dark chocolate, cereals and gum. They have tons of sales everywhere! The worker was very nice and easy to talk to. She had a mask on. Social distancing is practiced and the store is very clean. Great worker and store! Lots of good stuff! Highly recommended! read more

I am a fan of CVS, thus the reason I had my prescriptions sent here to be filled. I called before I drove out this way, and was told the pharmacy was open until 7pm (on Sunday). I came to the store and saw a notice on the front door that states the pharmacy closes at 7pm. I go to the pharmacy window inside at 6:05 pm to pick up my prescriptions and am told sternly, "we are closed", as if they were offended I came by. I told them the sign on the door states the pharmacy closes at 7. They shrugged at me. I don't think this is good customer service. read more

omg!!! where do i start?!!!! 1 you can't get ahold of anyone through the phone! a fkn nightmare!!!! I left vms and calls for call backs and no one has returned my call. 2 the app i was forced to dl because no one can order over the phone anymore is so shitty it keeps asking me to sign in or sign up to refill or find prescriptions when i was already signed it!!! then it says the app has encounter an error. went into the fkn store.... drove 20 mins in this heat only for them to tell me they've moved to solely electronics and i can do anything on the app! yall have turned into a fkn nightmare!!! I'm doing this for my dad who is very independent and now has to sit there and almost cry as a grown adult because you have chosen to not give a fuck about your older costumers who aren't that tech savy! If you are going to get tested for COVID-19 thru the drive thru, be READY to do it yourself! You have to book an appt on their website prior to driving thru. They give you the kit & the Pharmacist/ Techs will be giving instructions throughout the process. The reason for my rating is the delay on getting my results. I did the test on June 27th & still no results. I've called the store & they said due to alot of testing they are behind & that results should be available by email & on MyChart app once ready. Pharmacy is horrible!! Stop flirting & do your fuckin work!! We were in the drive thru for over 30 mins. Went up 1 car! Multiple cars left. Decided to call to find out what was going on cuz it had been at least 15mins an no one had came to the window Female employee (pix) got rude & disrespectful when I was asking questions She said: if you wanna make a complaint then you can come inside and speak to the manager I asked for her name and she hung up on me. We went inside, her and the pharmacist were flirting & not working (pix) She wasn't wearing a name tag & refused to give me her name (all the employees refused to give her name) While me and my husband were talking we said "they need to stop fucking flirting & actually work cuz there are alot of people waiting for their Rx" He (pix) then tried to tell us we can't cuss cuz it's private property while she (pix) was saying that we don't need to get our RX filled there. I went inside to pick up some photos and the manager, Taylor, was a very rude to me. I asked her where the photo department was just sort of grunted and pointed to the back, she didn't even ask me whether I was tension or picking up. When I realized the photo department was just a kiosk I walked back and she was helping somebody else. When I express my displeasure she was very rude to me and explained that she wasn't arguing with me but she was just telling me that she answered my question, and said I shouldn't be upset because I didn't ask the right question. Worst pharmacy so far. I have been using this pharmacy for my family and I since they moved locations and this staff needs to get it together. They never receive medication prescriptions through their fax and lose the hard copies. They never have any prescriptions in stock and always have to order them which can take a week or two. It has been absolutely ridiculous. We don't use any odd medications either just things like albuterol inhalers, insulin, and motrin 800mg. I'm very disappointed and after the issues haven't resolved, we will have to switch to a different pharmacy. read more

Terrible! Fresh out of the hospital they tell me it will be 3 hours until my prescription is ready. 3 hours later I return and it's not ready and will be ready tomorrow morning. The next morning 8:30am they tell me it's going to be one more hour. I go to the grocery store and come back an hour and 30 min later and they ask me to come back at 3. I tell them I've been waiting since 3 yesterday. "Oh, It will be ready in 15 min." 15 min later they tell me they made a mistake and need to fix it. 1 hour later my medication is ready.. -_- read more
