Covid- 19 When you have coupons to get discount on chocolate you go get it! They have a bunch of stuff! From candies to snacks to lunches to makeup and medicines, etc. All you can think of and then some. This rewards program is great! They use your number to get the rewards. I go in to get dark chocolate and of course saw sales and got more. I ended up getting dark chocolate, cereals and gum. They have tons of sales everywhere! The worker was very nice and easy to talk to. She had a mask on. Social distancing is practiced and the store is very clean. Great worker and store! Lots of good stuff! Highly recommended!

I am a fan of CVS, thus the reason I had my prescriptions sent here to be filled. I called before I drove out this way, and was told the pharmacy was open until 7pm (on Sunday). I came to the store and saw a notice on the front door that states the pharmacy closes at 7pm. I go to the pharmacy window inside at 6:05 pm to pick up my prescriptions and am told sternly, "we are closed", as if they were offended I came by. I told them the sign on the door states the pharmacy closes at 7. They shrugged at me. I don't think this is good customer service.

FU cvs app and everyone who opted to go humanless knowing humans are the ones who keep you working!

omg!!! where do i start?!!!! 1 you can't get ahold of anyone through the phone! a fkn nightmare!!!! I left vms and calls for call backs and no one has returned my call. 2 the app i was forced to dl because no one can order over the phone anymore is so shitty it keeps asking me to sign in or sign up to refill or find prescriptions when i was already signed it!!! then it says the app has encounter an error. went into the fkn store.... drove 20 mins in this heat only for them to tell me they've moved to solely electronics and i can do anything on the app! yall have turned into a fkn nightmare!!! I'm doing this for my dad who is very independent and now has to sit there and almost cry as a grown adult because you have chosen to not give a fuck about your older costumers who aren't that tech savy! Also the shelves are always empty and omg don't even get me started and the pharmacy techs! 2 of them are complete a-holes to people and I have seen it myself! like wtf! do you not have parents yall want respected! because here you act like you either hate your job or have never had to deal with older people before. and finally, the only nice one is the CVS Manager! Cuddos to you sir for everything you have done!

If you are going to get tested for COVID-19 thru the drive thru, be READY to do it yourself! You have to book an appt on their website prior to driving thru. They give you the kit & the Pharmacist/ Techs will be giving instructions throughout the process. The reason for my rating is the delay on getting my results. I did the test on June 27th & still no results. I've called the store & they said due to alot of testing they are behind & that results should be available by email & on MyChart app once ready. Totally not what the Website said that test results are available within 2-4 days.

Pharmacy is horrible!! Stop flirting & do your fuckin work!! We were in the drive thru for over 30 mins. Went up 1 car! Multiple cars left. Decided to call to find out what was going on cuz it had been at least 15mins an no one had came to the window Female employee (pix) got rude & disrespectful when I was asking questions She said: if you wanna make a complaint then you can come inside and speak to the manager I asked for her name and she hung up on me. We went inside, her and the pharmacist were flirting & not working (pix) She wasn't wearing a name tag & refused to give me her name (all the employees refused to give her name) While me and my husband were talking we said "they need to stop fucking flirting & actually work cuz there are alot of people waiting for their Rx" He (pix) then tried to tell us we can't cuss cuz it's private property while she (pix) was saying that we don't need to get our RX filled there. How about do your job instead of BS and this wouldn't even be a discussion! They refused to give names, so I took pictures & they didn't like that... Completely unprofessional of them & don't give a fuck about customers Definitely take your RX somewhere else!! Corporate has been notified! Hopefully they address this Then they wasted the cities money cuz they called the cops cuz we cussed We were already getting ready to leave

Pharmacy worker too busy munching on nuts to be helpful and was very rude. Never coming here to get prescriptions filled again.

Julian M could use more training for his job and instructions on customer service. I came in to…read morepick up a prescription, and Julian informed me that the order had been sent to the wrong CVS location. He told me that in order to get it to this location. I would have to call my doctors office to have them resend it. I did this, but then received a message from the pharmacy saying that the prescription could not be filled until the 30th because it was counting as a refill, not a reroute. So I called the pharmacy themselves, and spoke to a pleasant young lady who informed me that Julian was mistaken, and he could have switched it over from the very beginning. An hours worth of phone calls back-and-forth between my doctors office and the pharmacy, all for something that he could have done in the first place. When I returned to pick up my prescription, Jillian was again working the drive through window. This time, he was busy purchasing a Gatorade at the pharmacy's checkout counter, and having a conversation with the cashier. He motioned his finger up for me to wait for him, which I did, for approximately three minutes while he finished his conversation and purchase., I let Julian know what had transpired and let him know that in the future, he's able to take care of that himself and not cause such a hassle for his customers. He curtly replied."ok" and promptly turned his back on the window, got my medications and told me to sign the slip so I could be on my way. I had an irritated tone to my voice, but was extremely respectful in the way I delivered my message. An apology would've gone a very long way in the situation instead of an abrupt OK and sending me out the door.

Well since Rite Aid went under we transferred our prescriptions to Costco.... That was a huge…read moremistake they are horrible and I DO NOT recommend. We have since moved to CVS and get are fast and efficient. The best. Even better than Rite Aid was.

MedEX Pharmacy in Hanford, Ca are the BEST in town. I've had a few different pharmacy's in town…read morebut they were always so careless about helping their patients. MedEx is always on point with filling and ordering anything that is needed for me and my family. They are so helpful and caring for our needs. Pharmacy Techs and Pharmacists always strive to make sure their patients needs ALWAYS come first. Specially Emad the pharmacist, he trains all his Pharmacy Staff to be knowledgeable and caring about everything thats needed to help have their patients prescriptions filled on time. If anything goes wrong (which is VERY rare!!!!) he will do anything in his power to make it right. I wish more pharmacies would strive to be like them. However it was a problem, bcuz he is not part of the insurance plan after confirming i was little surprised my bill was $466 for my prescriptions. So I had to make a hard decision to go to Costco where my copays are 0.. so I went into pick up 2 last prescriptions I was told by Marcelo that if Costco won't fill i can't CAN NOT return to MedEx.that's horrible! If my stuff was covered i wouldn't be doing this. I've brought soooooo much money an business to Emad only to be treated horrible when I left.!!​ Emad said he would have no problem with my new insurance..before I left Marcelo said he wouldn't transfer on Monday although Costco called an faxed friday Jan 23 Costco did request for my transfer yet MedEx said they never received anything . So now I have to wait about a week to get all my important medications. This is incredible sad .!!

I had a very disappointing experience with one of the pharmacists over the phone. I called to check…read moreif my prescription was ready, and instead of receiving help, I was met with rudeness and attitude from the start. The pharmacist initially scolded me for something my doctor supposedly didn't send--only to realize she was looking at the wrong prescription. When I asked about a different medication, she noticed I was paying out of pocket and told me I should have informed them. I explained I had done so last month, but she rudely replied, "They're not going to remember what you told them last month." When I asked how I was supposed to make sure they knew, she ignored my question and just told me to come get it tomorrow--with more attitude. She also made several unprofessional comments about my doctor and lectured me about checking my bottle for refills, as if I wasn't already doing my part by calling to confirm. The entire conversation felt condescending and dismissive. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially in healthcare. I've never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist, and I'll be switching to another pharmacy. Patients deserve respect and professionalism, not to be talked down to when trying to manage their health.

They asked intrusive questions and harassed me about pain meds, which I am off now, At the time I was in the worst pain of my life and they made me afraid I wouldn't get relief after my surgery. It wasn't just me. They hassled other patients at this location and Hanford and my doc reported them to the pharmacy board.

I have no time to write everything that is so horrible about the store but right now what just…read morehappened to me is mind-boggling. I am handicapped; I have neuropathy pain in my feet and the severity comes and goes. I can hardly walk today I'm in so much pain. I pulled up in front of the sliding metal doors to the nursery to ask the guy sitting right at the door if they had Clematis vines. I was parked 6' away from him with my hazard lights blinking. I smiled and said hi and I asked him through my car window if they had Clematis vines. He was cold and unfriendly and works in the garden department but he didn't know what Clematis was and instead of opening his phone and looking it up, he said "what's that?" I explained and then he pulled out his phone and he asked me to spell it for him and I did, and then he showed me a picture and he said "is this it?" and I said "yes" Then he said "okay, it says we have one". I said "I need three, so all you have is one?" "No, (he said impatiently) no, it says we have 10." I said "okay, thank you, but you said you had one". Then I said "I need three, and I'm handicapped and there are no handicapped carts on this side of store. So will you please walk in and get three for me, and you put them in my car for me?" He said "No I can't. I can't leave my post here." I said "okay I understand, will you please call customer service and ask them if they can send someone to come and help me?" He said "No, I can't do that." I asked an older couple walking into that door if they would look to see where they are for me, and they couldn't find them. When they asked him where they were, he pointed to a stand with pack of seeds in it. They told him I wanted the plants. He said "well all we have seeds." OH MY GOD, ALL OF THAT FOR NOTHING!
