I have been shorted medication or get half pills and then they tell me I'm lying! Counted them twice just to confirm that I was shorted one pill it was half exactly half how can that be? It was like it was cut in half and given it to me so where is the other half? Is it in the bottle now these pills have to be signed off by two people your Pharmacy tech and then your pharmacist also has to count them out so they have to be counted twice and signed for by your pharmacist so he should have caught this and correct it. Pharmacy staff are generally helpful and polite although I've had a few less than optimal experiences. The store in general is clean and [reasonably] stocked. There have been instances when shelves were empty and isles blocked off. Perhaps because of news of closures in the last year have made stocking difficult. I won't speculate on this. I do like using the Amazon lock boxes at the back of the store for order pick up. This is easy and convenient and allows me to pick up needed items at the same time. Store staff are generally polite and helpful although sometimes it does seem like folks are milling around and not really doing anything. Recommended.

CVS, over the course of almost three weeks, refused to release the Rx to Walmart. The Walmart pharmacy staff were helpful and persistent. They informed me that, despite multiple transfer requests, CVS kept 'denying' the transfer. After an in-person visit to the CVS pharmacy - where I was told I was "out of refills" (not true; I had two left) - and my doctor's office, and a pharmacist-to-pharmacist phone call, the issue was finally resolved but not without great inconvenience and frustration.

I feel like an outcast and every time I go in to pick up my prescription, it seems like no one is available to help and that they are always busy, however the "busy" is just pacing back and forth making it look like they are doing something. They will walk right up to the counter just to make sure they ignore you. They are definitely not short staff. No one greets you in any aspect and are not friendly at all. Even the pharmacist looks at you as if they are judging you. And their technology is so out of date it is ridiculous. I will definitely be looking for a new pharmacist.
