When I arrived there were three customers in the store and one sales associate, Hector (Ceja), in attendance. Hector was helping a customer (couple) with compression stockings but acknowledged me, asked if I needed help and directed me to the right section. Then he went to help another customer who was inquiring about beds and complaining about prices. Hector was patient in trying to explain about the products and service available, the whole while the customer was online checking Amazon and complaining. Why that person didn't just leave and buy online, I have no clue. The store was well stocked and clean. I found the prices reasonable for the products and quality very good to high for the items I was interested in. Hector was courteous and efficient in checking me out despite seeming a bit distressed about the complaining customer's loud diatribe. He told me about a sale that would be starting up and gave me business cards. My brother-in-law wears compression stockings so I gave the information to my sister. They have shopped Amazon for compression stockings but find that they stretch out and deteriorate fairly quickly thus requiring repurchase. I suggested they check out the products at The Bone Store. I also did online research BEFORE going into the store and what I found was cheaper, but also of inferior quality. Ultimately, 'cheaper' often means repeated purchases costing more over time. I would recommend to any one looking for medical grade equipment to do thorough research, including an in-store visit to determine needs and economy. I will be returning to the store to consider other options for the injury I have. I do recommend The Bone Store on Caldwell in Visalia CA.

They will walk right up to the counter just to make sure they ignore you. They are definitely not short staff. No one greets you in any aspect and are not friendly at all. Even the pharmacist looks at you as if they are judging you. And their technology is so out of date it is ridiculous. I will definitely be looking for a new pharmacist. This definitely does not have the small town of Exeter friendliness that I am used to.
