Every time I come here they are so rude. Then I leave and swear I will never go back there. Then I go back and get treated awful again..im over it. You guys are just plain rude and mean. 9 workers and not one will make eye contact with customers. Apparently, they were out of insulin yesterday. I went today to pick it up in the drive through. I had 2 increases one in July and one 8/26/25. I needed to make sure I had the most recent increase so I asked the date the electronic prescription was sent in. The woman stated I had to go inside for that information. I advised her I had surgery and was in an ortho-boot. She said she didn't have access to that information. The pharmacist came over & stated I needed to call on the phone. I advised her they never answer the phone and it goes straight to voicemail. She told me to leave a v/m as she walked away. I told the tech I don't understand how they can't look up the date on the computer or on the actual prescription. Oh, the tech said and got the prescription and the date was 8/36/25 so I knew it was the most recent prescription. How hard was that? read more

I do not recommend this CVS location. The pharmacy staff is not very helpful when it comes to inquiries regarding prescriptions. For some strange reason (perhaps not so strange) my prescription keeps getting moved from a refill as needed to auto-fill, and from a 30 day supply to a 90 day supply. This usually requires a stop in at the CVS, or a phone call, and nobody seems to know why this happens. They probably need to get their numbers up, because there is some sort of corporate mandate requiring locations to do this, but they should really leave customer prescriptions alone. Oh, and the drive-thru is super slow, so bring a book to read. read more

What shelf behind the RX counter contains Common Sense; bcz your pharmacist is in desperate need of a refill! YOU stated I needed to clear my RX; that you've denied filling 4 times; with my insurance company. When I get that cleared; you then tell me I need a Pre-Authorization. I spent ALL week getting what YOU asked for, which I got today before 11am. Today, you finally sent a text for me to pick up my RX. & instead of the amt YOU asked me to jump through all those hoops for; you filled/gave me the smallest amt (1 of the 3 you previously denied 3x) & then tell me I have to wait till the 13th & "can't" tell me if I'll have to jump through those same hoops bcz you're not smart enough to fill the month supply you were ACTUALLY supposed to fill. You know; the 1 month supply YOU made me get cleared through my insurance; then through my prescriber; just for you to intentionally short me & claim stupidity. I'm not buying your "Oooos". COVID-19 phase: They always have great deals here! I went to look around and they offered a great deal on face masks and Reese's peanut butter pumpkins. Had to get them. I have been coming here for years for my rx's they had always been friendly. But recently, this past yr they have been rude, don't seem like they want to help, try to push you to other locations and cutting you off when you're talking, just rude. I am going to be looking into other locations because I really don't like the staff. If they don't want to deal with customers then they shouldn't be in customer service. They wouldn't take my sons insurance last time saying his name was wrong on his card because it doesn't have his middle name on it. I bought his inhaler with cash because I couldn't fix his card immediately and he needed his medication. Went home and realized my fiancé, stepson and I all don't have our middle names on our cards and we were never denied medication. Just went tonight and they took his insurance no problem so I don't know why they wouldn't use his insurance last time. I want my 70 dollars back. Cvs is one of the worst pharmacy's you could deal with I have had nothing but pure 100% problems with the one on prosperity and the one on Beardsley for the last three months!!! All I can tell you is watch your medicine they will rip you off and once you realize that you been ripped off and you call in the Manager by the name of Amy will demand you to come back to her store to get the situation resolved, it would be one thing if this was the first time that this has happened but it's more like the 5 time it has happened!!! I dont understand how this pharmacy is still open. I use to go to the CVS on Bardsley & Mooney and they were great. We moved closer to this CVS and switched over a year ago and have nothing but issues since moving to this one. Prescriptions are NEVER filled correctly or when they say they will be. I have changed my address with them 5 TIMES and they still have my old address from 10 years ago!!! I have to "talk" to the pharmacist almost everytime I get a certain medication even though I've been on this medication for over 5 years. Doctors call in prescriptions and arent filled until I call hours later or the next day because I never recieved a text and they ALWAYS tell me "ok it will be ready in a hour" SERIOUSLY!!!! And it never is, I'll finally get a text HOURS later. Today, I'm just done and will be dealing with the other CVS from now on. I used the CVS app to refill two prescriptions on Wednesday for a Thursday pick up. Forgot to pick up and Friday I call to see why they still say "in process" online. They say "it will be ready in a hour" the day got away from me and forgot again to pick up, so I called today (Sat) and they never filled it!!!! Said it should be ready in a hour, and I said what if it's not ready in a hour and the lady goes "maybe give two hour to be safe" Freaking BS!!!!! read more

My favorite CVS. My prescriptions are always ready when promised. Employees are very nice and the Pharmacist and assistants are all great. They truly are very cautious with medicine interactions that as a patient with multiple doctors being prescribed different medicines I would not know. Amy Baldwin contacted me recently about a new prescription that would have a bad interaction for me that my doctor had not caught. So she notified myself and the doctor about it. That same afternoon my doctor's office called and told me to discontinue the other medicine. Thank you Amy for catching that! Once again love this CVS it's the best around! read more

Well it's CVS, so we've all be to one and they are the same. This store is located at in a big parking lot with other stores like Home Depot. They are very friendly and the store is clean. It's a great place to grab some snacks or incidentals if you are in a hurry. I use the pharmacy so it make sense to get my meds filled anyplace in the US. read more

The pharmacy at CVS in Tulare, CA on Prosperity at Brentwood is very inefficient. My prescription was faxed in on a Friday morning and still not ready on a Saturday evening. The automatic service does not match the availability of the medication at pick-up; an additional 15-20 minutes is the standard wait. They will take 10 minutes to explain why it is not their fault instead of providing a minute of solution to the problem. read more

Worst customer service I have ever had. I have used CVS Pharmacy for a long time now, but recently moved and started using this one on Prosperity in Tulare. What a mistake that was. The employees there only care about their paychecks, not the customers that need medicine. Every time I call something in, they say it will take a while- like 2 hours. 2 hours go by and I call to check, and now I have to wait another 45 minutes. 45 minutes go by and I call again. This time they tell me it won't be ready until tomorrow. I insist that I need the prescription and I explain that I have been waiting all day. They then tell me to wait about 20-30 minutes. I still didn't get a text like I usually do, but 30 minutes go by so I just went to the store. I get there and they had just closed 10 minutes ago. I am not going to lie- I threw a fit. These prescriptions I needed were for me after being hospitalized and another for my husband who was having severe back pain. Of course they try to blame me for this- even though it was supposed to be ready hours ago! And the lady that answered the phone was trying to say that she had told me that they closed at 9- which doesn't make sense because she had also told me to wait at least 20-30 minutes which would have been past 9:00! I asked the pharmacist who finally helped me get my prescriptions what that ladies name was and he refused to tell me and only defended himself and the other rude lady. This guy was named Steven- I saw his name tag. Both of them should be working at Burger King or something, along with many of the other employees there because this kind of thing always happens at this location! read more

Pharmacy is disorganized and the staff isn't knowledgeable on their programs or how their own system works! Amy the pharmacy manager argued with me and made it "my fault " for the staff not knowing how to sign me up for their extra care program that pharmacy has while I was attempting to pick up 2 prescriptions.
