As soon as Jess pulled into a designated pickup spot, she checked in and we waited. 10min went by, one person came up after us and parked in the other spot. The person was greeted by what appeared to be someone in charge of the store, proceeded to come out and sign some papers for them. A few more minutes went by, then they proceeded to go back into the store. No greeting, no check in with us. Nothing. Jess decided to call the store and see what was happening. She spoke with an associate and they said the would be with her in a moment. All together when they finally came out, it was about 15min for a pickup order. The same girl who happened to bring out her order, was the same girl we saw looking in our direction multiple times before leaving the counter 15min later to bring our stuff to us. Her name was Asia. This experience is always the same, it's frustrating and annoying as something so simple as placing a curbside pickup order, seems to be such a hassle for them. The customer service and the sense of urgency needs to better. It seems more convenient for them for you to just go inside, cause you're gonna get ignored any other way than having it shipped. That really shouldn't be the only way to shop here. Retrain your employees to Do Better. When's the new Ulta opening up in town? Truly hope they get a better crew at the new one.

She had an idea of the look she wanted but wasn't sure which brands would be the best fit for her skin type. DJ helped her narrow down everything she needed, and what truly made my heart skip a beat was when she said, "This is what I buy for my nieces." That personal touch meant so much. She even went above and beyond by checking the back for a product that wasn't on the shelf, and she found it for us. When it was time to check out, Emma noticed that we had spent enough to receive the adorable summer tote promotion. Unfortunately, they were out on the sales floor. Daisy kindly went to the back to see if there were any left, and sure enough, she came back with a box. From start to finish, our experience was wonderful. Thank you, DJ, Emma, and Daisy, for making my daughter's first makeup shopping experience so special. Your kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed!

If you have a customer at your register who is 100% unsure of the products…read morethey want, leaves the counter 2 or 3 times to swap for other products, and the cashier is incouranging her to do so I strongly believe that cashier Anthonia should have politely asked the customer a moment to allow others who are ready to be ringed up or just call for back up from the 3 other workers throughout the store that could of stepped in for support. I asked Anthonia if she could ring us up real quick while her customer had stepped away from the counter and Anthonia said um I can ring you up when I'm finished helping my current customer Anthonia then referred that client to yet another product to swap for. My guess Anthonia is best qualified for the floor vs the register where she can patiently help undecided customers make up their minds.

I really want to salute everyone working there, especially the front desk folks like Louis, Vanessa, and a couple of others, these are so very professionals, polite and ready to help anyone who walks inside their clinic, with a big smiling face. (I could see them happy and smiling even though they are all geared up with masks.) what a nice experience. Also, I would like to write a couple of lines for CLARISSA ALVARADO, who leaves no stone unturn to treat her patients, she is a very knowledgeable and a very happy person, hilarious, kind and very Professional.
