Every pharmacy tech and person behind the counter are annoyed & pass that on to customers. It's unacceptable for me to skip certain medications & after 29 years filling my script here.... I agree with other people's assessment of the parking situation. There is a lot of people coming in from Lake-Cook road and navigating can become a chore on busy days. The inside has been adjusted and reset over the last few years and I feel they have improved space and flow of foot traffic. My only true point of contention is the self checkout machines. I have had many occasions where I have to keep my hand on my card so it can read it properly. It's not fun when an employee has come help me out with simple task of completing a transaction. I do use the app a bit more and it's nice to be able to use the qr code to connect to my account to pay. I have held out hope that they will have apple pay at some point, but they have yet to do so. As it is the closest place to get groceries, this store is a convenient location. However, I will continue to have a preference for Target across the street.

Some losers/weirdos had thrown food on it. It was in my door handle and on my driver's side windshield. It creeped me out because I felt watched since I was only away from my car for a short amount of time. I go to customer service and ask if the cameras captured what happened - the attendant told me, "I don't know, fill out a police report". She said the same answer when I asked if she could tell me if my car was even on camera or not for the ordeal.
