She started off the lesson by going through different basic, daytime looks. Cynde worked within the time limitations I gave her (I am not the type to spend a ton of time prepping) to quickly change my look from a work environment to a night out. She went through everything from how to line my eyes, use of shadow depending on my mood, and even getting rid of my chapped lips. With every consultation, she gives her clients a free eyebrow shaping, which worked out well because I was long overdue! Cynde took me about fifteen minutes late for my appointment, which I really didn't mind, especially because she ran well over the one hour time slot making sure she went over different looks and perfecting my makeover. While she has her own makeup line available for sale, I explained my current financial situation and she didn't pressure me to buy anything, which was much appreciated. I did buy a couple things (it was my birthday after all) and I love her cream eyeshadow that I use as a base to keep powder shadow put, a lip pumice, and a lip gloss - all of which I love. While I am sure there are other places where you can do something like this, I have yet to come across them. I was planning on watching a couple Youtube videos to get some new ideas, but it was so much more fun to have a lesson custom for your face and color palate. I will definitely be back for a few other things once I have some spare cash. BONUS: When my boyfriend saw me later that night, he thought I looked like a total babe. Nice!

Even though I told her I don't plan on getting pregnant now (and don't even have a partner), she told me that the medication would affect my chances of getting pregnant in the future, and I should therefore see her instead. After consulting my medical doctor and the drug manufacturer, they said this isn't the case. The medication only affects people who ARE pregnant or IN THE PROCESS of trying to become pregnant. Taking the drug now doesn't affect people who want to become pregnant in the future. When I contacted Lana's office to clarify, they said that what Lana told me initially was her interpretation of the facts. Even the office staff is drinking the dishonest kool-aid that she's selling. Because of this, I decided not to see her and went to a different acupuncturist in the area. Please be careful and do your research before moving forward with her. It's always tough to buy nail files that are gentle enough so they further rip up my nails. Sally'a carries files in multiple file types from coarse to fine. They carry nail buffers and polish remover as well. I wish they stocked a wider range of hair brushes and combs. Each time I go in to pick up a new brush or comb, their inventory is very small with most spaces empty like they're out of stock. They carry a nice selection of hair products too from color, perms, extensions, to shampoo and conditioner. My husband likes to come here for replacements for his clipper. People working here are really nice and very knowledgeable.

He and his nurse, Lauren, took SO much time talking to me, showing me pictures, telling me about his practice, and explaining why his procedure was so unique. I'm now 10 months out and I look and feel so much better, so much more confident. Dr. Byun's office staff is also incredible. Lauren and Lindsay are warm, friendly, skilled professionals that aren't intimidating or uppity in any way. Such a different vibe than a previous doctor that I'd seen. I showed up at all my post-op visits with a list of questions and they listened and walked me through every concern that I brought in with me. Healing takes time and comes in phases, so I needed to be talked off the ledge a few times with a gentle reminder to just be patient. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Byun. He is an amazingly talented, detail oriented 'perfectionist' surgeon that performs cutting edge signature procedures that will no doubt be copied and become the norm in the plastic field. By repositioning the actual muscles in the face (not just the skin) his end results look incredibly natural. No 'wind tunnel' looks are ever coming out of his office! If you're researching a plastic surgeon, your search should end with Dr. Byun.

Spoke to other medical professionals and they told me it was because he didn't stitch it tight enough. Makes sense because right when I got in the car blood was literally dripping down and out of my face and I thought it was normal for some reason.. it wasn't. Ever since I got the surgery I told him something wasn't right but then I was charged again for him to fix what he messed up. Even tho I told him the next day after surgery. Also I was completely over charged. Should have shopped around more or talked to more people because my cousin was charged half the price for the exact same surgery and when I asked other surgeons afterwards, they told me it should have be half the price I paid. Unfortunately I got ripped off and have a permanent scar on my face. I tried emailing them but no response so unfortunately I'm left leaving this bad review.
