Horrible customer service. Filled out the wrong prescription, and refused to take a return because it is "against their policy" to take returns on prescription medication. Apparently they prefer that I just sell it on the street for a profit instead of return the unopened box. read more

Minute Clinic THE WORST!! Arrived at 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday. Had a child in pain, most likely ear infection. We're already in their system. Asked the nurse if she would consider just squeezing us in. ABSOLUTELY NOT, she replied, It would take 20 minutes to register you (we're already in the system). Pleaded and explained my child was in pain. "No, you can come back at 10 tomorrow morning," she said. Clinic closes at 5:30. She finished the flu shot at 5:10. Saw her WALK out the clinic, hit the close sign at 5:15. NEW NAME FOR CLINIC, "WE WON'T GIVE YOU A MINUTE CLINIC." read more

Worst experience ever at Minute Clinic with RN Michelle Stewart. No compassion and just didn't want to help. People that work in medicine are supposed to want to help people, not her. I called ahead and was told there was a 20 minute wait.I was taking my son who has been sick all week. I was very ill too - had a high fever and should not have been out. I drove over and signed in. There were two people ahead of me (for flu shots!). She didn't feel like helping me so came out and said, I might not be able to see you. Go try somewhere else. So I left. I then got a text from CVS telling me that I had to be back within 30 minutes to be seen. I went back to CVS with my crying son. When we got there the nurse was literally chatting giggling, laughing with the flu shot people for 30 minutes- stalling! Then at 6:50 p.m. she opens the door and says "oh sorry, no time to see you". I've been going to this CVS location since it opened a few years ago, and though I have often been unimpressed by the service and selection of products, I have not thus far been disappointed to the point of writing a negative review - until now. This CVS advertises "fast and easy passport photos" and boasts an entire corner of the store dedicated only to photo processing. And yet, I stood in line for upwards of five minutes at the photo station without being helped. When I switched to the line for the general checkout, I asked the woman behind the counter if I could have a passport photo done. Although the backdrop for passport photos is in plain sight with a sign advertising the service directly above it, the woman faltered and replied, "We don't do that here." There was no one else in line and there was another employee standing behind the counter unoccupied, and yet they flatly denied my request after ignoring me in the photo center line for five minutes. Their nail polish display was nothing short of slovenly, and their selection of body lotions and moisturizers was shamefully sparse. I left the store incredibly disappointed. To conclude, I will avoid shopping at this location in the future and will direct my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing. read more

This is for the minute clinic. I took my children 2 and 8 to get their flu shots and logged into their computer at 10:30am. We were #9 in line and the computer said a 2 hr and 8min wait. There is no one you can ask how this works. I came back after 2hours and the computer said I was now #6 and the wait was 2hrs and 3min!! I waited 20min for the door to open and the nurse to poke her head out and asked if the time was reliable. She said there were a lot of people ahead of meand it was likely 2 more hours. I find it hard to believe that she only saw 3 people in 2 hrs and according to the computer, there were 5 people ahead of me. So I went to gandma's house which is closer to the CVS than my house and put the baby down for his nap. After being at grandma's house for 20min I get a text saying that I had 30min to get back to the CVS for the 3rd time or I would lose my place in line. I grabbed my 8 year old and went racing back there. There was a woman who was furious because she waited 1.5 hrs and they didn't have the shot she needed. I hear her, but I was like, you only waited 1.5 hrs?? We've been waiting 3 hrs! Then there is an elderly man and the nurse says says oh, I thought I'd take him first. His adult son is all, he's elderly and just needs a flu shot. Fine, we've been waiting for 3hrs(!) what's 20 min more? So basically, my toddler never got his flu shot and the nurse must just keep taking people as they show up! I do not understand why they pretend there is a line. Ridiculous. I gave 2 stars because she did in the end give one of my children a flu shot. My 8 year old asks at the end of this wasted time: why do they call it a "minute" clinic if it takes so long and why does the sign on the door say "I'll be with you SHORTLY." Miserable customer service...I have had so much trouble with this pharmacy. The staff is rude and unhelpful. As a pharmacy, their number one should be customer service and that seems to be only a priority for only half of the staff. When I use a pharmacy I do not want my experience to depend on whether or not I get a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff member, but at this location it does. When I asked to get my prescription transferred they told me that my old pharmacy needed to call them, not true. I called my old pharmacy where they told me the new pharmacy needs to contact them (which is typical). I then got on the phone with a very nice and helpful associate of CVS who informed me he would call my pharmacy and get the scripts transferred. I then followed up the next day to see if the transfer had been successful and I spoke with a rude associate who said that they contacted my doctor to get refills because there were none at my old pharmacy. There are in fact refills at my old pharmacy and when I asked if their policy is also to contact me and let me know the situation she became immediately defensive and more rude, never answering my question (another, very friendly and helpful associate later informed me that their policy is to contact the customer if they have to contact the doctor, this is the associate who left a voicemail on my phone that I mention in the next sentence). Meanwhile, another associate from the same store left me a voicemail saying that the pharmacy was busy yesterday and they were supposed to call them back to transfer the scripts and never did, but they are in contact with the pharmacy and working to get my scripts transferred. The woman I was on the phone with had no idea what she was talking about and was very rude to boot. I do NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The only reason I use them is because they are so close to my house, however, I will find a new pharmacy once I get the scripts I need. read more
