" Horrific customer service more than once , same staff member " : Please address I went in yesterday at around 9:20pm on October 19, 2024. This heavy set woman with gold glasses waited; on me on the night shift. I had several negative experiences with her . Due to her rudeness, horrific customer service adequate and low emotional intelligence . She is always on the night shift on my experiences. ( this information is so you can adequately identify this employee). Today she sold me scratch tickets at around 9:20 pm. I went over to the keno area to scratch them . It took me less than 4 minutes. I went back to cash and buy another . She said at 9:24pm literally 4 minutes later. " She did me a favor by selling me the tickets" , prior because they stop selling tickets at 9:00 pm. So giving her my hard earned monies is her doing me a favor . Geez Louise ! The lack of customer service skills is horrendous. The low emotional intelligence blows your mind away . Second incident: different day I go in to get a soda and snacks . I go to the register with this same cashier , to pay . She says I have to open the safe . That I need to back away . This made me feel uncomfortable. She should lock the door and open the safe not with customers inside . Third incident: different day She tells me I need to scratch the bottom of my scratch tickets , because she doesn't get paid enough for this . She basically screamed this with other customers behind me . I felt uncomfortable. I might have left one unscratched but not all because it's not my first rodeo . Again her low emotional intelligence in her way of addressing a situation is horrific customer service. Fourth incident: This time it's not even 9:00 pm . I go to buy tickets she says they stop selling them . So if you can please address the time scratch tickets stop being sold . To have a consistency for customers like myself . This woman is putting her own policy depending on her mood . Like she gets a kick out of the control . She likes being in control . The customers are why she has a job to begin with . Please corporate or store owner humble the ego of this cashier . ( I also called the 7-11 corporate office outside the store in my car , so this hopefully is addressed because this situation with this cashier has got out of hand). The miserable old man in the picture is a pain in the ass to deal with grew up here and have been going to this 7/11 my entire life and somehow he always works whenever i go in To start off, when you walk in the store, one or more of these things will happen if its later: 1. When you enter the store, if you are not white he will tell you to stay out of trouble (Happened to me and my brown friends 3 seperate times when i was 11 years old. He would tell our white friends they were good to go inside LMAO) 2.He will leave the counter to pretend to stock items 3. He will follow you around the store 4. If you are not white (yes, seriously im not joking) he will tell you not to steal and that we have to pay for that 5. if you have an accent or someone else has an accent, he will make fun of you and hold up other customers to make fun of the accent of some poor mexican uber driver 6. if you take longer than 3 minutes in the store, he will tell you that hes closing the store soon. 7. If you say that its a 24/7 hour store, he will yell at you and run towards you in an aggressive manner (Happened to me 7/24/2023 around 2am) Other than that, the store is alright. read more

Within two minutes of being in the store, I found two roaches and was threatened by the store owner multiple times. For starters, my friends and I enter the store, grab our snacks, and immediately gravitate towards the back to try on a hat or two. It has only been one minute so far, and the owner accuses us of idling, threatens to CLOSE the store (despite it being a 24/7 location), and aggressively presses a buzzer to discourage us from staying any longer. Following his word, we grab our drinks and move to the checkout line. As we do, we spot two roaches climbing over the unsorted yet opened food shipments. Out of disgust we take two pictures (attached to the review) and run to the front. Now at checkout, we mention the roaches to him and comment on his rude manner. Despite our calm tone, he threatens to shut down the store once again, and screams at us to get a life while reaching for a cigarette. Once again following his word, I am writing this review as Charlie (male, mid 50s, 5'8, presumably the store owner) requested that I do so after we exclaimed that we would never come back. It's 7/11 and it's a late night. Typical situation. What's not cool is the fact that this place is absolutely filthy inside On top of being filthy, owner threatened to tow my car because I was "taking too long" inside. Out of the very few convenience stores in Needham, this is probably in the most convenient location and is quite great. I used to prefer Tedeschi Food Shops, but then found out that 7-Eleven bought them out, so Tedeschi was going the way of the dinosaur soon. This 7-Eleven's employees are always friendly, smiling, and happy (very pleasant). The prices aren't too pricey, but not Walmart's. Everything is always fresh, and the store is consistently organized and clean. They have coffee machines, and a full premade food section. They also have some basic household products as well. Always a fine experience here. Parking right outside too..... only downfall is the dangerous exit leading to Highland Avenue.... Be careful turning left! read more

Not the cleanest store, I've visited, and that staff is not warm and fuzzy. The only thing they have going for them is that they are located next door to my favorite deli in the area. Nothing like a Super Big Gulp and a sandwich. read more

Great location! The staff is always ready to help you find what you are looking for and they are really fast too. They have 2 registers open whenever there are people in the store - So you never wait in line. With a 7/11 app on your phone - every 7th coffee is free! read more

There's no real reason to complain about this store. It's well-stocked and generally neat. The staff is not actively friendly, but they are fast and efficient and I've seen them help people with questions on multiple occasions. No complaints here! read more
