Wayyyyyy better than any Walgreens I've ever been to! 1.They fill your prescriptions same day they come in. 2. They get back to you same day when you message them on the app. 3. They're very attentive and understand the importance of urgency with getting certain types of medications filled and ready for pick up in a timely manner. 4. They're very helpful with contacting providers and insurance carriers for medication/dosage approval. 5. If they don't have it in stock they'll point you to the next closest CVS that does have it in stock. Downfalls: 1. Getting through the phone tree to talk to them is impossible and only leads to leaving them a voicemail. 2. Not sure about all medications, but for me they're regularly out of stock of at least one of my medications each time I pick up. 3. They have several manufacturers they alternate restocking medications with, and if you're sensitive to your meds like I am you'll be able to notice a difference in overall quality of the same medication from one manufacturer to another. read more

She saw I was picking up a DoorDash order and taking a photo of the barcodes of the items and acted like I was committing a felony in the store and acting like I'm taking photos of customers or her. Went to The Minute Clinic for a strep test yesterday and had an overall good experience. Check in the as fast (I made an appointment online) and was completed at a self-serve kiosk. The PA was professional, kind, and quick. The technology was pretty neat and was able to tell us in 5 min if I had strep throat. The office and waiting area we're clean and I will visit again. The pharmacy was just ok. I waited 45 min for my prescription to be completed and was not overly impressed with that part of the process. Luckily I was able to walk around the store for a while. When I was not looking around, I sat by the pharmacy which seemed to be having a lot of issues filling prescriptions and finding other customers' information. Two different customers left upset in the time I was there. Visit the clinic and skip this pharmacy. read more

I had an appointment with Nurse Practitioner Heather for a lab test. I called the Minute Clinic support phone number beforehand to confirm that the test was available and I had scheduled correctly. Turns out the Minute Clinic rep misinformed me about how to schedule the test, and when I politely asked Heather for clarification, she made me feel grossly incompetent for scheduling the wrong service. She talked to me like I was a child and did not offer to reschedule me for the correct service. She was defensive and rude. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Filled an oral antibiotic but did t have time to fill pain relief or ear drops . Suffered all night and missed work. Asked Pharmacist to transfer to a 24 hr pharmacy it she wouldn't. I have been a CVS customer for many years, and that relationship ends today because of a pharmacist name Sara who has a serious attitude problem not to mention a control issue; not a good look for a pharmacist. This CVS has rogue pharmacists, (aka Sara) who get off on the little bit of control they have. I moved in was forced to switched to the CVS and Sara has been a thorn in my side ever since. I just got off the phone with my doctors office to confirm that Sara is withholding a normal prescription because it has a date on it. This is the second time with this pharmacist, and I know it's only her because the only time I have a problem, it's with her. She's one of those people who gets off on it, and she should not be in a position like that. I will be changing pharmacies along with all members of my immediate family. The employees had access to the men's room while the women's was left open to the ENTIRE public. Do these people not realize the very obvious safety concern? I didn't really look close at the sign until I'd left the bathroom. If I'd had seen a man in there upon leaving, you know I would be both alarmed and confused. Not to mention, UNSAFE. If you're going to close any bathrooms, close ALL of them to the public and leave both restrooms to employees only. This is the worst CVS. We had to make a stop here, thinking we could run in and use the bathroom super fast. My 3 year old toddler needed to go badly. Another woman followed us in with the same agenda. We were told the bathrooms are not for public use. Excuse me? If it had been a manner of needing to purchase an item or something, fine, no problem. But that's not what the clerk said. Even when asked, "bathrooms aren't for public use." Pandemic or not, that's a terrible decision. Who closes their bathrooms? Usually I have had no issues refilling prescriptions here. When I did have an issue with updating my insurance I was treated poorly by customer service and given incorrect and conflicting information several times resulting in not being able to refill and get medication that I needed on time. After being misdirected several times, I contacted the pharmacy and spoke to a cvs employee who identified herself as Kendra and would provide no further information as to how I could identify her in the future as someone I had spoken with. She interrupted me several times and told me curtly that I just did not have the information she needed and seemed angry that I was needing assistance. I told Kendra I would need to contact my insurance provider for further information that she was unable to locate with my medical insurance information provided which I found strange, then I was told abruptly by Kendra to have a nice day in an extremely rude tone and had my call disconnected. I have decided to post my first review here because of how upsetting the service and treatment was that it has caused me to change to another drugstore and pharmacy and will recommend to anyone who values being treated with respect to do the same. If only I could give 0 stars. Ill be using Costco to refill my family's perceptions from now on. read more

CVS is ghetto Our pharmacy plan changed after the first of the year and REQUIRED us to go to CVS. The name of the new plan was CVS Caremark. At the beginning we were not happy to have to leave our Walgreens of over 6 years. They had always been reliable, and when I had a reaction to one medication, they worked with my Dr's office to find another manufacturer that didn't have the filler that created the reaction. Once forced to switch it took 5 trips to get my 2 medications switched over. Each visit was a discussion of who was at fault. The Dr or the prescription plan (sharing same name as them) or once was my fault for not calling before coming in. The last visit my Dr gave me a prescription that specifically said a named manufacturer and DO NOT SUBSTITUTE. That was the only thing I could read on the script. Yup, they not only substituted, but failed to mention it to me. I still had some medication from my Walgreens, so I finished that. Started on the new CVS bottle and within a week or so, the side affects kicked in. Looked at the VERY fine print on bottle and saw a manufacturer I had never seen before. I went back in and they informed me that too much time had expired and they could not help me. When the medication is almost gone, call them and they will get the requested manufacturer supplied. Go see my Dr. My Dr. said if they would have filled the script as she wrote it, would not be a problem. The symptoms became problematic, I called the script people. After 40 minutes on phone they verified the pharmacy will not be able to fill my script. I have to do it via mail. The CVS Caremark will require a new script, which they will deny, then a supervisor will have to override and the mail order will process taking about a week. It's been 60 days, 5 visits to the pharmacy, almost 2 hours on the phone with the CVS Caremark and we hope the correct medication will arrive next week. Meantime this CVS Pharmacy could care less about providing me the proper medication. read more

Elizabeth the NP from the minute clinic was so rude! Acted like it was a chore for her to be assessing me and my symptoms. Kept on cutting me off when I would try to explain my symptoms. I got tested for the flu, and covid by another nurse before she came in. When both came back negative I requested if she could test me for strep just to rule everything out. She rudely questioned why I would not ask to get that done when the previous nurse was running tests on me. I'm sorry that I was just listening to what the previous nurse said I should get tested for?? Mind you, a strep test takes 5 minutes. At the end she told me "you sound congested even though you claimed you aren't". No I actually just got two cotton swabs shoved up my nose so ya maybe my nose does sound like it's running, but thank you for telling me how I feel because you definitely know right! Clearly she wasn't having a good day so thanks for taking it out on the person who feels like shit . I feel bad for the other nurse, I wish I remembered his name. read more

I'm shocked to see such a low rating for this location! I was immediately warmly greeted when I walked in which was so nice and a change of pace from most chain pharmacies. I had a little trouble figuring out how to access my coupon and both the manager and an associate with red hair (I feel awful for forgetting their names!) we're happy to assist me. I also noticed as others entered the store they were also greeted just as warmly as I was. It's the little things that like that that MADE my day! First of all, this place accepts walk in which is just great! I personally made an appointment online (& you can make appointments for same day of future dates) & was able to check in and be seen within 5 minutes of arriving. The NP at this minute clinic was AMAZING. Her name is Susan and she was soo extremely helpful. She listened to me when I told her my symptoms and what I was experiencing (congestion/allergies). She gave me a prescription to provide immediate relief but also provided me with over the counter alternatives. Susan was very knowledgeable and gave me her honest opinion about certain over the counter options that I was curious about. At the end of your visit, you are given an After Visit Summary which is comprehensive and she goes over everything on it to review with you all of her findings/instructions. I would definitely go back in the future if need be! read more

I am not very pleased with this minute clinic. They are not friendly and quite standoffish. I don't have a PCP and the nurse told me that if I want to come back I need to see a PCP first. It'll take a couple weeks for the doctor to be able to see me but I need care now. I guess I'll have to take my money elsewhere and go to urgent care. I'm on one of those medications that you cannot stop taking for a day. I hate those so-called saver-card key-fob thingys, even when you don't have it with you, the clerk will scan their own. I have a message for CVS: is it company policy for your clerks to ask the customer "I'm just trying to help you save money"? when there's no discount on the item or when the customer refuses to for whatever reason, cough up the keyfob. REALLY?? ...Trying to help ME save money? There have been a lot of bad things said about this MinuteClinic but, in my opinion, you just need to know what to expect. I woke up feeling icky, went and checked in at the clinic at about 10, went grocery shopping and got a text to be back at the clinic within 30 min to save my spot. I dropped off my groceries, started laundry, went back to the clinic 25 min later and was called within 5 min. The NP was very sweet, diagnosed me, and sent my prescription right to the CVS Pharmacy. The whole visit + prescription was $20 even with my cheap-o insurance. RECAP: woke up feeling icky, went to the doc, got my prescription and ran errands all before noon. I was just here picking up rubbing alcohol for my work. I did try to buy more than the maximum but was very understanding when they told me I couldn't buy more. Due to the fact that it was for a business and not for personal use I asked if I could speak to a manager to make an exception for me, not being pushy at all. Every other cvs has made this exception for me. This particular store was fully stocked so I thought it would be fine. The man up front refused to let me speak to a manager and started to raise his voice and really started to embarrass me. A lady next to me saw he was being rude and offered to buy some for me. He refused that as well and continued being condescending to me. I understand rules are rules but the fact he was so rude was unnecessary. I am shy and not confrontational whatsoever. I rarely go to CVS because I do my grocery shopping at grocery stores and my drugstore shopping at Walgreens, but I stop by occasionally if I need to grab a quick item. Prices are decent, specifically I can get a 4-pack of Easy Mac for less than $4, as opposed to at least a dollar a cup other places. If you use the CVS card, coupons, and take advantage of sales, it's good. For some reason I always try to go through the wrong door at this location... I tried to go out the in door, and next time I was there I tried to go in the out door. As a customer who has been with cvs for years while avidly using my care pass every chance I get, I have never been met with such disrespect and ignorance from a pharmacist named Jessie ray. The first interaction I had with her was on the phone trying to correct a prescription mistake that she messed up. I was given 30 of my 60 pills before the new year and waited til today to fix it. While on the phone with her, she tells me that I have never been to this pharmacy, it may have been a mistake so I give her all of my information and she tells me that the insurance that I gave her isn't even accepted here? (I just picked up my prescription 6 days prior) so I decide to drive in and bring my prescriptions to the pharmacy where she is hostile from the beginning as I came 20 minutes prior to her lunch starting. I again physically give her my information and she is falsely giving me information that is not on my file. She tells me that I have this insurance I've never heard of, than when I ask where it came from she said that they bypassed it to my real insurance which she told me DIDNT exist. So as I'm trying to figure out why I can't get my prescription she starts telling me to calm down and that I am no longer allowed to get my prescriptions from this location for being rude. I have had nothing but the up most respect for every employee in that facility as I am there 5-10 times a month. Her actions were not only unprofessional, they were unethical, highly inappropriate and misleading. Uthona ASSUMED that I was done with a transaction because she was being lazy and unprofessional. I believe I interrupted her texting or something so she was not physically or mentally present in the interaction. She was not listening because she didn't want to have to do double the work and she thought I was going to be forced to do things her way when I AM THE CONSUMER. I spend more money at CVS than almost any other store and I can prove it easily. Third shift staff are unprofessional, inefficient, lack humility and at one point girl who was helping me was combative and didn't take ANY RESPONSIBILITY. I just came from Tempe st Luke's and needed some important things. Melatonin, water, Benadryl etc. i had multiple coupons, she had to void out one transaction because I added a coupon to my card after she rung me up. She just looked at me awkwardly and asked if I wanted to use the coupon because she would have to start the transaction over. I told her that's fine. I guess she didn't like being "inconvenienced" however why wouldn't I save $1.50 on a pack of water or whatever it is. I'm struggling as it is and I'm sick. I just wanted to use my coupons in a way where it was the most beneficial. I LEFT THE STORE WITH NOTHING! MY COUPONS WHERE GONE! RUEBEN (Manager) said he couldn't do anything and ESTHER had an attitude as well and she was worried about restocking not trying to hear what I was trying to accomplish. For me to go to THIS specific CVS store almost 3-4x I feel like what transpired was completely avoidable. I could have at least got a store credit from UTHONA not listening. I wanted to buy my melatonin $3 off $15 as a separate transaction. She would just stared at me like she was annoyed or hated her job and I'm used to the employees being friendly. If Rueben, Uthona and Esther are going to work this shift I feel bad for this store! I can guarantee this will not be the only complaint. I should not be penalized for trying to use my coupons in a way to save me the most money! That's why they are there. Now I'm not going to be able to sleep because my coupon vanished and I spent a nice amount of time in the store, I could have went else where and received better treatment. I'm really disappointed. It started with her attitude then she asked me for my number for the rewards thing and in store discount and then right after had me type it in. Keep in mind the line super longer and she's rude and going super slow. I get two drinks that were 2 for $2.50 and she says total 4.10. I told her they were on sale she was super rude and said let me go check and proceed to walk to the back of the store with a full line. I said never mind when she was halfway and left she's terrible. My spouse set an appointment to get tested for Covid-19 and she got the confirmation for her appointment when she finished signing up for it on the final page and was just waiting for the email and text verification. She never got the email or text so I decided to call. They had me on hold for TWO HOURS just for them to tell me she wasn't in the system. They're communication is TRASH and so is their CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more
