It's pretty sad they don't have a restroom for customers to use. I returned my items to the shelf and will take my money elsewhere.

Picture if you will: two self checkouts, one broken and the other being used. The customer standing…read moreat the "working" self checkout was having problems with her purchase, but the cashier (brusque Indian woman in her 50s) rudely kept telling her repeatedly to "follow the instructions," although the customer was clearly confused. The cashier never helped her. I waited six minutes in line patiently (one person ahead of me) while she slowly rang up an elderly lady, which is just fine with me, because not every store can be staffed to help all customers at all times. This is a hard job, and I understand that these employees have to deal with rude customers all day. I finally handed my item to the cashier with a smile. The cashier's first action was to berate me for not using the self-checkout. When I started to explain that I got in line because one self-checkout was broken and the other was being used, she interrupted and dismissed me with a wave of her hand, berating me (again) for bringing her a pair of sunglasses (the only pair that fit me!) which had a barcode that wasn't working in her scanner. All this time, she's criticizing a young kid who's working behind her. She refused to help me, refused to let me explain why I couldn't simply bring up a different item which might have a different price. I don't work at CVS. I don't know what to look for. She just began fighting me on it, like it was the most natural thing in the world for her. I threw up my hands and walked out of the store without a purchase. Read some other reviews on this app. There's at least one talking about the same person, the same behavior. I don't care how long I have to wait in line. Like I said, I have compassion for stores that are understaffed and under-trained. I also have endless patience for this kind of thing usually. If anything, I'm the person wanting to make someone's day better if they're having a bad one. But this cashier was needlessly antagonistic, not just to me but to every customer and employee around me, creating an atmosphere and experience so unpleasant that now I'm logging on to f***ing YELP to write you a novel about this CVS location and warn you off it.

The pharmacists here are generally kind, but unfortunately, there's a very, very rude Indian lady…read morewho works both at the front and in the pharmacy as a technician. Her behavior is completely unacceptable. She's consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She never wears a name tag, always keeps a mask on to avoid being identified, and when I politely asked for her name so I could file a complaint, she snapped, "Why do you need my name?" then shouted "Next!" and blatantly ignored me. It's genuinely upsetting that someone with such an attitude is allowed to work in a pharmacy ,a place where people come in vulnerable, in need of care, and deserve kindness. It's disappointing and frankly alarming that this type of behavior is tolerated in a healthcare setting.

To make things even better, they offer same day delivery! Today I needed a couple days worth of a medication due to another pharmacy (not Q-Bit) not being able to deliver my prescription on time. Q-Bit is my default pharmacy, so my doctor's office sent the prescription right to them. They weren't able to fill it as they had to close early because of a staff emergency. The person I spoke with was able to transfer the prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy. She even went out of her way to text me 30 minutes later to make sure the pharmacy received the prescription! I have always had 10/10 service from Q-Bit. They can usually fill prescriptions quickly and always communicate promptly. I think, as a society, we need to get back to giving our hard-earned cash to businesses that treat us with dignity and value customer service. Q-Bit will always be my go to!

It was for a 90 day supply and when I found out they only had enough for 30 days. The pharmacist was so nice and helped come up with a solution so I could at least get 30 days in the meantime. Please be kind to your pharmacists and techs. They are overworked. Majority of issues you'll have are going to be with insurance, which isn't their fault. Do your best to be kind and patient. I have never had an unpleasant experience with the people working here, they have helped me the best they could when it came to insurance bs and gave me great info and tips. Also keep in mind they need a break too! They break for lunch so keep that in mind. Calling is annoying, but again, not their fault, it's more CVS's automated system that's annoying.

My regular CVS recently closed after being my pharmacy for 20 years. I'm a teacher, so I have…read morelimited hours, and I currently have limited mobility, so I moved things over to Target so I could get my prescriptions and my groceries on the same day. The first month, the people behind the counter were very helpful and caring, but ever since they moved to automating everything with touch screens at Target, the experience has become very unfriendly and rushed. I feel like they tell me I'm doing it wrong every time. Not only that, but the hours are limited, the lines are long, and the staff would rather do anything but help you. Tonight I discovered my doctor had sent my prescription to a far-flung pharmacy. The people behind the counter told me to go there to get it changed rather than offering to change it at Target (because they didn't want to do more work before closing time?). I told them I would rather wait 15 minutes at Target than drive across town, wait in another line, and then come back to Target, but I shouldn't have had to tell them that. There was a woman behind the counter whose job it seemed to be to expedite things, but actually she was just rude and unhelpful and cutting people off to move things along. You know what doesn't make things faster? Doing them twice. The young man who had told me to go to the other store saw how flustered I was after I told him how rude and unhelpful they were all being. After that, he helped me get my prescription changed and get checked out and was quite nice. The overall experience there is stressful and hectic, and even more so if you are tired and in pain. Not only that, but this was after waiting for a medication for an unspecified amount of time because they didn't have it and couldn't tell me when they could get it. I really miss the team at the Bernardo CVS. They were friendly, caring, and helpful. But for now, Target it is. The only reason I gave a second star was for the gentleman who decided to be kind. But if I had another better option, I would go somewhere else.

I usually have a positive experience at this location, but…read morethe staff working the evening of August 18 were extremely rude, disengaged, and unhelpful. Employees repeatedly walked past customers without acknowledging them or offering assistance. I personally witnessed a customer ask an employee for help in the beauty section after pressing the assistance button several times with no response. The employee said she didn't have the keys and couldn't help. When the customer asked, "Can I have some help?" the employee responded, "That's a no for me. I can't open anything" . The employee was a chunky older lady who looked like she smokes a pack of cigarettes a day. She gave me Anne Ramsey vibes from the goonies (google her). I was shocked by how disrespectful and unprofessional that response was. Even without the keys, she could have contacted another employee or manager to assist. Management seriously needs to address the customer service during the evening shift and ensure employees are willing to actually help customers.

Lol it seems like everything's gone up! Lol. Along with my one stop shop, I liked how they had all these California/state items you could buy and pretend you traveled everywhere. Granted you're just in Santa Clara, California. Lol I thought it was ironically funny since I was in Hollywood two weeks ago and they sold all the same items at numerous stores on Hollywood Boulevard. Lol. This particular CVS was pretty clean granted there's some homeless people living in their parking lot. They only have self checkout so the poor lady in front of me was having trouble getting her items to scan, but a cashier came to help her. I really hate how people are losing jobs too computers like self checkout stands. I'd rather talk to a real person not a robot. But that's just me. Hee
