The medication I take comes in 2 different doses in order to deliver the right amount. Every single time, the pharmacist decides I only need one of those filled and the other one was a mistake. This has been going on for YEARS. Now I get my meds in a 3 month supply to avoid dealing with the incompetence there so frequently. Now, they mess it up because they think it's only a 1 month supply and takes multiple trips to actually get all of my medications. Most of these trips I could avoid if they actually answered the phone. Every time I have a refill I attempt to call them at least 3 times and never had anyone EVER pick up the phone. Then the line is insanely long and the wait is typically 15-20 minutes to even talk with the rep. THEN when they don't have my meds ready I'm waiting for another hour. Only for them to CLOSE for 30 minutes. When I arrive in plenty of time but due to their incompetence I continue to need to make multiple trips. Over it. The only reason they have 2 stars is because they are kind. However kindness can only go so far. I'm so tired of this game every single time I try to refill my meds.

I found free underground parking at Trader Joe's across the street. I wanted to look at the mini insulated cooler bags there anyway (only the peach color was available). Inside, this CVS was still in the setting up stage. Workers were busy constructing shelves, placing merchandise on the racks, hanging signs on the walls, etc. The Pharmacy department was ready and organized. I was able to compare three brands of vitamins and chose the one that I thought was best. The cashier was efficient and helpful. I gave her my phone number so she could look up my coupon... yay! I didn't need a bag since I had my own! Mission accomplished!

This review is specifically for Minute Clinic services…read more This CVS Minute Clinic is what Urgent Care clinics are SUPPOSED to be. You receive care quickly and efficiently, without compromising the quality or thoroughness. I had reason to believe I might have contracted strep throat, and after having horrible experiences with the Urgent Care clinics in Seattle I decided to give CVS a go. When I arrived they gave me a strep test, COVID test, and flu test right away (when I went to Urgent Care for an unknown illness they only tested me for COVID and refused further testing) and followed with a complete examination. They checked my lymph nodes, looked in my ears for fluid behind my eardrums, took my BP and temperature, looked at my tonsils, the whole 9 yards. And after all the tests came back negative I was given an excellent five page packet showing my test results, likely diagnosis, recommended treatment, and advice for what to do if my symptoms worsen. Unlike when I've gone to Urgent Care, I was actually given a doctor's attention and care! Absolutely phenomenal, exactly what I needed, I'll be telling everyone I know to forget about Urgent Care clinics and just go to a CVS Minute Clinic instead because the difference is frankly shocking.
