I made an appointment at 12:10pm and showed up and signed in before 12:00. At 12:20pm the provider came out and said I signed in as walk in so she can't see me until afternoon at 2pm, which was untrue. I waited for another 15 mins and she then confirmed that yes I was signed in as appointment but she didn't have time to see me now! I had to wait for two hours to be seen for an appointment I made and confirmed and showed up on time! The provider was cold and unprofessional. Very disappointed at this place! read more

This might be the Worst. Pharmacy. They are in over their heads. Unorganized. The manager is unprofessional rude and screams at customers regularly. The last time she yelled at me some other customers who witnessed it had to ask her to stop being so rude. I don't know why I went back. CVS is the WORST. They are perpetually, deliberately understaffed, trying to squeeze every penny into profit that they can. The poor people in the pharmacy are busting their butts every time I go in there, but they are only human, so there are long waits, mistakes, and half the time my medication isn't in stock. This is end-stage capitalism at its worst. Break the backs of your employees, screw over your customers because you've made deals with the devil (partnered with insurance companies on lower copays if you use them, penalized if you don't) and know you've got them by the short and curlies WELL -- TO H*LL WITH CVS!. My insurance changed and now I'm able to go anywhere I want. First, I moved to cvs because the lines were too long at bartells in Queen Anne and surely the lines are shorter but it's never convenient to call cvs because they have to call you back in maybe an hour if at all and you'll likely be doing something else and can't take their call so that part is annoying. If I want to talk them I usually just drive down there for faster service but what makes me stay is Ronan the lead, he always seems to know what's going on and if he doesn't he'll find out. Came in for a vaccination and took an appointment in advance. I had a few questions to check if the vaccination was really needed or not but the staff said that they will be answered only when I come in. we waited 30 minutes before we could get in and the person in charge outright said no to answer questions. I explained there was a reason for the vaccine and hence wanted clarity. They than heard me and based on that told me that the vaccine wasn't needed at all. Only if this had been answered on the call it would have saved time for both of us. The store was not in the best shape and boxes were strewn everywhere. Very limited staff to help. read more

I made an appointment at the CVS 531 queen anne avenue in Seattle 7 days in advance for a vaccination. When I arrived for the appointment I was told that the vaccine was not in stock. The pharmacy had seven days notice and could have let me know this well in advance well before I showed of the day of the appointment. The manager ignored me when I tried to get her attention to provide feedback. Ended up having to leave a voicemail while in the store since nobody seemed to care to speak with me. read more

It's a CVS. The high rating is only because of the outstanding service from the manager (Ray) who went above and beyond to help in printing out biometric ID photos with the confusing photo printing kiosk. Before he came to help us, the two guys at the checkout also made sure we were going to be taken care of. The software is confusing, and Ray offered to take photos and troubleshoot the software and printer. He spent like 20 minutes doing this. If you need ID photos, come here! read more

Today, I went in with an appointment at 4 PM. *Important to know about this location, they booked three different appointments for that time because they have three different practitioners and three different rooms. I worked with nurse Lynn N. She administered to me, my second HPV shot today. What I liked about her was her kindness, bedside manner, and her discernment to triage me because my need was very brief. She answered questions, engaged in conversation and I would definitely recommend her because even though they were in a bind today, with one practitioner not showing up, she was handling it well and she wasn't grumpy with me when I asked questions while waiting, about needing to possibly reschedule and things like that. I really appreciated her concern about me as well after the immunization was administered and when I shared with her what I was feeling. I would definitely recommend going here. read more

This CVS pharmacy consistently has the rudest employees that I have ever encountered at a pharmacy, both working in the pharmacy itself and also working elsewhere in the store, restocking, etc. As a long-time CVS customer, I initially used this store all of the time, but then gave up because the experience was just so unpleasant every time I was in the store. Zack needs a serious attitude check. I called in on Friday for them to refill my prescriptions. I spoke with Zack about having a prescription sent over from another pharmacy, and he told me that wouldn't be a problem. He also stated that he had found the pharmacy it was at, and asked if that was the correct one, which I confirmed. When I went to pick it up, he lied straight to my face. He told me I had never even called them (which was weird, because I had three other prescriptions ready?) and that if I had I never asked for the other prescription. I actually called the other pharmacy and they CONFIRMED that they sent it to this CVS. It seems to me that Zack was covering his mistake and decided to verbally abuse a customer to do so. read more

This review is specifically for Minute Clinic services. This CVS Minute Clinic is what Urgent Care clinics are SUPPOSED to be. You receive care quickly and efficiently, without compromising the quality or thoroughness. I had reason to believe I might have contracted strep throat, and after having horrible experiences with the Urgent Care clinics in Seattle I decided to give CVS a go. When I arrived they gave me a strep test, COVID test, and flu test right away (when I went to Urgent Care for an unknown illness they only tested me for COVID and refused further testing) and followed with a complete examination. They checked my lymph nodes, looked in my ears for fluid behind my eardrums, took my BP and temperature, looked at my tonsils, the whole 9 yards. And after all the tests came back negative I was given an excellent five page packet showing my test results, likely diagnosis, recommended treatment, and advice for what to do if my symptoms worsen. Unlike when I've gone to Urgent Care, I was actually given a doctor's attention and care! Absolutely phenomenal, exactly what I needed, I'll be telling everyone I know to forget about Urgent Care clinics and just go to a CVS Minute Clinic instead because the difference is frankly shocking. read more

I didn't think I'd ever be writing a review for a CVS, but I have to mention the pharmacists here. (I'm blanking on their names but they both start with a C.) My meds are complicated and my insurance is a pain, and they've always been super patient and helpful with getting them sorted out. Anytime I had questions, they were confident and able to answer everything. I moved away from Queen Anne to Beacon Hill, but I still trek across town just because I trust the pharmacy. I love this pharmacy. The workers are super nice and communicative. My partner went in for a minute clinic appointment and was able to get a prescription directly after the appointment with no wait. I was able to get my prescription for a cold within 2hrs of calling it in and they had already applied a coupon to it to give me the cheapest price when I arrived. We, also, transferred our dogs prescription here from out of state and they handled calling the vet and us to get everything situated. We live 15/20 mins from this location but it's worth the drive over for the great service! They also have free parking. read more

Y'know, it's never a great idea to scream false shoplifting accusations half a block away at a shopper who just dashed in and out to pick up a prescription for her husband. It's ESPECIALLY not a good idea when you have 1) absolutely no reason for doing so and 2) we're in the midst of a global pandemic. The lady at the bus stop who witnessed the screaming accusation said to me afterward: "If that had been me they did that to, I would have gone BALLISTIC." Not a good look for your store, CVS. I put two stars instead of one because a) the pharmacy was efficient and polite, and b) the manager was appropriately apologetic when my husband called to ream them out. Good on the manager. Now get better training for your cashiers and security -- they really screwed this one up. read more

This pharmacy has been the best. As a chronic pain patient with regularly changing medication and complicated scripts from multiple specialists, the young lady pharmacist who's been there forever (I forget names-it's the meds-short hair-cheery-can't miss her) has gone so far above and beyond to communicate with everyone and make sure I had what I needed for the past 4yrs. We've now moved out of Seattle. I'll miss the great service and attitude. Thank you for making my pain filled life less irritating. :) you've made a huge difference! read more

I frequent this CVS as it is close to my apartment and seems like it's always open! Everyone is nice and service is quick and efficient. Plenty of products to choose from at prices that aren't too dissimilar of what you'd expect for such a store. Today I used the Pharmacy which was a great experience. What an improvement for pharmacies in the Queen Anne area. The CVS Queen Anne is located across the street from Dicks Burgers and just a few blocks away from Ozzies. The store is well layed out, clean and has a good variety of products available. The selection of brands is more limited then what you would find at Target but the overall variety of quality products is outstanding. The thing that really sets this store about is that staff. The pharmacy manager Ciara is fantastic and it is clear she really cares about answering your health questions and providing quick, personable and prompt service. The Extra Value rewards cards provides a true value if you know how to stack the coupons/ offers and make frequent trips to take advantage of extra bucks awarded which can have short expiration dates. I never thought I would be leaving a Yelp review for a CVS, but I am compelled by the level of service I have received since October from the pharmacist at this location -- I don't know her name but I come in the evenings on weekdays and it is always the same one. She is absolutely the best pharmacist I have ever interacted with. So friendly and helpful, extremely knowledgeable. She makes everything super easy, is very efficient, and makes sure you understand your medications and that autorefills and everything else is set up correctly. She almost always even makes a point to even tell me what coupons she is giving me on the receipt! She is amazing and I feel so lucky that this is my nearest CVS. read more

My review is for the pharmacy portion of this CVS. I was in Queen Anne on a Sunday afternoon and missed my bus. I saw the sign for flu shots across the street and decided to get that taken care of, rather than stand at the bus stop for 20 minutes. The pharmacist was extremely friendly and efficient.
