I called up to make special arrangements for my prescription, and the pharmacy people put me on hold for more than 30 minutes! They would pick up the phone every so often, and when I would start talking they would say "Can I put you on hold for a minute?" and make me wait again. They need to be taught how to better manage their customers, or just get rid of them and get better people. read more

I'm sorry to say This but the Minute Clinic is staffed with incompetent staff. Not only did the Registered Nurse mess up my tests(my previous review) but now it turns out she didn't send out a medicine refill request to my CVS Pharmacy in Pleasanton. I was checking out at this CVS and I couldn't believe what I saw. At the bottom of the candy shelf, there was a rat trap with peanut butter on it! How disgusting is it to know that there are rats roaming the candy bar shelves?? You would think an employee would try a little harder to hide such a thing. Worse pharmacy ever!! I know there isn't much of an option, but find something else close. I experience a problem, almost every time I have gone to this location. Recently, 2 times, I had a prescription filled and both times, they didn't have it. Last week they ran out!! But no one notified me. Then it was suppose to be ready Sunday, I went in Monday, they didn't have it ready!! Waited in line 15 minutes, then another 20 to fill it! At the same time, another customer was at the register and heard us talking, she stated (in front of them) she goes to the Dublin location all the time and never has a problem!! read more

24 HOURS store and pharmacy!! what more can you ask for? plus its in a pretty good neighborhood so its fine if you go there at around midnight, which is what i did. read some complaints about the pharmacy but victor helped me and was SUPER helpful, answered all my questions, and filled my prescription quickly. the store is huge so you can find almost everything too. read more

I don't know why I keep using this pharmacy. I have been using them for about 3 years now. Whenever I call to check and see if my prescription is ready or to request a refill, after being placed on hold for 10-15 minutes I get disconnected and have to call back and am again on hold. The customer service sucks. I get that they are busy but do they really not have two seconds for common courtesy? I gotta switch my pharmacy. read more

I finally made the switch to the other large store in the shopping center and have not regretted it for a second! I am done waiting in line for 20 plus minutes every time I need to fill or pick up a RX and not being able to get through with a phone call because I have been placed on an eternal hold. The people working in the pharmacy appear stressed out because the management obviously does not schedule appropriately and with customer service in mind. People's time is valuable and I am so thankful I am not wasting anymore of mine waiting in line at CVS pharmacy! read more

Am a good coupon collector....i usually follow the cvs advertising magazine which i get in my mail.....I see the milk price as 2.99 and when i went t o the store and to buy...they were for 3.39 ....i asked the billing lady the reason for the price difference...she says it was a misprint in the magazine....I asked her that i can be a misprint only if it is seen in single week magazine....but i happened to see the same price(2.99)in the past week magazine too.....there was no answer form the lady there....I dont understand why CVS is doing this...If they wanna sell at 3;39 better print in the magazine as 3.39....they are attracting the customers to the store with their prices and once we go their ..... the prices are not the same as advertised...I hope that atleast from now on CVS makes a note of this... read more

2 strikes and they get this bad review. I could not pick up my prescription because they claimed my insurance would not pay for another day and to come back. This was totally inaccurate at I was over my refill period. The when I tried to transfer my prescription they held that up and I couldn't pick it up at the new pharmacy because they wouldn't fax over the precscriptions. read more

Pharmacy staff on repeated occasions has not followed through when I tried getting prescriptions transferred to them which meant calling other pharmacies back when they return calls and informing me when something hasn't gone through. read more

I get all of my prescriptions filled here and every single person who helps me is nice! Yes, there is often times a long line and I have to wait and listen to all the customers behind me sigh and bitch about it. I assume they are people who have never worked in customer service. Like many others, I miss Longs! And most CVS reviews are not very flattering but I must say my recent experience was very positive. I feel compelled to share it. Last Friday I visited CVS, mainly to see the doctor at Blackhawk Medical Clinic in back of this store, and to fill the prescriptions. The lady at the pharmacy counter had a smiling face, a positive disposition and was downright helpful!!! Our friend did not have his insurance card and she offered (and took the time) to make a call and voila! She got the insurance info and we got the medication. When the meds were ready someone called our name for pickup. He, too, had a friendly disposition and showed us how to get 20% discount using our CVS care card on some other purchase. This was an overall positive experience. I hope they keep up the good customer service. It sure will encourage me to return to the store! read more

I hate this place!!! Every time I have to pick up a prescription there is a very long slow line. Every time I call in with a question I am on hold for more than 10 minutes. It's going to be a big hassle to change all of our family's prescriptions, but it's time. read more

If I could give this CVS pharmacy negative stars I would. I was a Longs customer for years and sad to see it go. I've been a CVS customer since. This CVS is horrible. The first time I went in there I had to wait for almost an hour, the lines were long and the pharmacy staff was in no hurry to do their job. Thought it was just a one off situation; they were just having a bad day. I wish!! I dropped off a prescription this morning and was told they'd text me when it was ready. The lady didnt even give me the option if waiting for it. She said it would be at least an hour. Her attitude was "too bad. Just deal with it". I didn't get a text but being that its so close to my house and I was already out, I decided to pick it up several hours later. When I got there, I was told it hadn't even been entered yet and that it'd be 20 minutes. I waited at least a half hour, THEN got a text saying it was ready. I got back in line, waited another 10-15 minutes. The phone was ringing off the hook, no one answering it and the line was very long. This seems to be the norm rather than the exception. I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy! Just to name a few of the problems; my doctor has called in my medications and they are NEVER ready. I had a prescription of 20, and only received 8 when I called them to ask them about it they told me "you must have taken them all and forgot" I didn't just misplace 12 pills. They have told me a few times that my insurance didn't approve it so I have to pay out of pocket so I tried to get my prescription back to take to rite aid and they refused to give it back. Went back an hour later and finally gave it to me, took it to rite aid and said my insurance approved it without any issues. My last and final time going to cvs was last night I went in to pick up my prescription I dropped off last Thursday and they said it still wasn't ready. Then told me it was 19.95 for a third of what I usually get, when I've only ever had to pay 10.00 for my co pay. I've never once had a pleasant experience with any of their employees... They all need to go to a customer service class for their rude behavior!! read more
