Today we were unable to get a prescription filled because according to her quote, she was simply not sufficiently staffed to be able to get the prescription finished today and therefore we would need to pick it up tomorrow. This is for pain medication that was sent in on Friday and should've been already filled for pick up. There are a few really great pharmacist who will do whatever's needed to take care of the customer and then there are some who are overwhelmed by the job. This is only one of many instances where their lines are long, where counter staff are abrupt, where shelves are disorganized, where the floor is dirty, where the bathroom has no toilet paper, when staff walk around talking about going on a break, eating snacks and shuffling around.
