The parking lot is ample and well lit . They have gift cards and greeting cards. They also stock many convenience items like snacks, soft drinks, beer and wine . We have used their photo counter to make prints for our elderly family members. I have only begun to mention the inventory which includes makeup and family planning items. The pharmacy staff is extremely busy and is very helpful. High staff turnover and supply chain issues have made for some challenges lately so make a point of double checking prescriptions prior to leaving.

Thursday night I went to the pharmacy and requested Sudafed from behind the counter. I had done this like a few years ago. So it wasn't like I did it frequently. I vary rarely even talked to the pharmacist. Anyway, the pharmacist asked about my symptoms and I told her I was starting to get a bad cough and I had a stuffy head. She said you need an allergy medication. I already take one. She said it probaby stopped working. Ill give you Claritin or Allegra for your sinus drainage. I never told her I had sinus drainage. She also kinda raised her voice at me and even caused the assistant to get a concerned look on her face. They were refusing to give me Sudafed. The pharmacist thought she was a 'doctor' and was diagnosing me with allergies! The cheapest option they gave me was a 5 day supply of Claritin (I dont have money to just throw down on 'maybe its this'). Friday night I had a fever of 103.4. My cough got extremely bad. I spent the rest of the weekend with a sinus headaches, low grade fevers, coughing and digestive issues. I have been taking cold and flu stuff. But Sudafed really is the best. I did not go to another Walgreens because I figured they all talk to each other and I had to sign for the Claritin and I didnt want a rep as someone looking for drugs. And I didnt go to CVS because I had already spent my money on Claritin. If we ask for Sudafed, dont PLAY DOCTOR!! Unless we ask you if we should take allergy medicine or something else, keep your uneducated opinion to yourself. Whoever that blond pharmacist is, she has really diminished my opinion of their pharmacy.

I was in for an auto service today. The two young ladies that took my information were good -…read moreprofessional, kind and wore smiles on their faces. I have no complaints of the service I received. However, I was waiting for my car to be finished when I saw a gentleman bring in my keys. He was unfriendly with me, even just as I smiled at him .. I didn't think much of it, just ignored it. A few minutes later, he jumped on a worker for "not working", while two tires were sitting by the desk. As the worker defended himself and said he was actually working with customers, the man said to him, "don't make excuses, just work." The other man said, "I'm not making excuses, Dom, I've been working." Dom, a word of advice to you - don't call out or belittle your team member in front of customers. Customers that have been sitting in seats, watching this man work behind the counter, asking the other young lady which tires were which, so that he could do the necessary paperwork. This isn't a good look for you, sir. It is unprofessional and it is also abusive to your coworker. It was, I am sure, embarrassing for him and it shouldn't be done at all. Do better.

Saw a couple of workers up front who didn't greet me nor offered any assistance. Felt like I was entering a locked down unit. Entry doors are bifold (haven't seen those in forever). Store is clean and well organized though. Easy to find what you're searching for. And the alcohol aisle was definitely on lock down.
