I have even to multiple time and have been treated perfect with good employes. But today my mom's experience was terrible. Me and my mom visited here earlier today we had a perfect day and everything was going great. We finally got to the check and needed to ask an employee a question. When my mom said "hey ma'am" multiple times this lady who was working at the register after my mom had tried to get her attention multiple including the fact she looked at us and just ignored us. rolled her eyes and asked someone else to take care of us. I think that was super rude and kinda ruined our whole mood of the night. If you wanna have good customers, treat them better! read more

I use to really love Target, but after their big remodel, I can't seem to find anything I like. It makes me sad. They do however have several food items I always have to pop in and get. The Tevana in the glass bottles is hard to find and they usually have it. Hubby loves their trail mix called black and white. This Target in particular is always clean and they have lots of checkouts open. My one big complaint with this Target is the parking lot! It is total chaos. I would never attempted to drive myself here, because I would have a nervous breakdown trying to park. Luckily my chauffeur is happy to take me. I don't know what happened with Target and why it doesn't really interest me anymore. I miss the old Targets. That being said, they have the usual items people need and some of the girls clothes are cute. I never so no to going to Target to look around. read more

I give this Target a 2 out of 5 because we don't have many targets to choose from. The starbucks is always slow, only one person working, and just not worth the wait. My biggest complaint and why I wanted to write a review is that I personally think the women's bathroom is one of the grossest bathrooms I have been in. A couple of weeks ago? there was no toilet paper in any stall, tons of it on the floor though. Tried to tell a worker and they informed they would let the "housekeeping" know but i didn't see her call anyone or shut the bathroom down. I think it sees a ton of foot traffic and just not enough time is being spent to keeping clean. The store in itself is fine and I do normally find what I came in to look for. read more

Went back to target cuz i left my bags and usually be all for target but this lady was asking if someone turned in a phone. Guest service said yes but he came back to get it. They asked her what the phone look like they said black with a black case. They asked her what was your lock screen. She said it was nothing. The two ppl at guest service looking dumb and I'm staring like, did y'all really give this lady phone to a complete stranger. she said it was my work phone that's why they turned the phone off. I needed to return an item, waited in a line with four other people in front of me and three people behind me for 5 minutes and nobody had helped the customer directly at the counter. Had to leave and will have to come back another time. Inattentive, not customer centric. read more

I have been using this location more and more for my grocery shopping bc I am tired of messing with the crowds at Walmarts. The place has a gigantic parking lot and usually not very busy. Tons of vegetarian options which is awesome as well as tons of fresh produce. Decent beer and liquor options as well. My niece and nephew seem to love their cloth options but sometimes they tend to get on the pricey side. The place is always clean, wonderful staff and tons of things to choose from. I've been to this target location more than I can count in a year. I usually go to the one in fairview heights simply because the people that work at that location are always 100% happy, cheerful, and nice! As for the Shiloh location. I would stop here whenever I need to go to world market or dierbergs. Anyways, I have never had any bad experience here until recently that just throws me off so bad that I will most likely avoid this location. There are 2 other targets that are within 10 mins that are much better. They have more variety and way better customer service! My problem here recently was that all the targets and even advertised online and in the ads that there was a promotion for buy 3 of a certain product get a 5$ gift card. The promotion wasn't ringing up at the registers, there was no sign where the products were but it was advertised online and in the ad. The cashiers wouldn't honor it so I had to go to customer service desk. The lady there...was very rude. Huffing and puffing because her lazy ass didn't want to check the promotion. I can tell she was mad because she was basically pounding her keyboard. When she found the promotion, she said she would only take $4.50 off instead of giving me the gift card (would prefer gift card since I use it anyways but it was whatever). Then I wanted to use cartwheel. She said I was not able to use cartwheel when she's adjusting the price for the gift card promotion (again advertised online, in ads, and at other target locations). I'm like seriously so I was like forget it. I don't want it. Because the cartwheel promotion was an additional 50% off. Yes I was scoring a deal! Anyways, I went to the other 2 target locations and they were happy to take care of me without any hassle! Got what I wanted at the other two locations (lower stock due to demand). Could of got the same promotion at Shiloh is the customer service lady which I think she may be a manager too was a (excuse my language) b!+ch! So at all possibly if you have to go AVOID the long brown hair mean looking lady at customer service desk. She never smiles and always talks and looks miserable. She's not friendly at all either. Possibly the worse target I've ever been to (service wise). I WONT BE BACK FOR A VERY LONG TIME! Or if I go back it will be to see what that lady's name is so I can update to make sure no one deals with her and her poor attitude! PS: she wasn't only rude to me but other people too and even the cashiers. But some of them deserve it because they were lazy. Overall, I just think this target is broken. The mean customer service lady is most likely burnt out and doesn't enjoy her job. If that's the case....seek some other employment. read more

i was in the store and it was my first time going into that target, i went up too a worker his name is dom and i asked him where the eggs were, he rudely said too me "they are in the next aisle. it doesn't take common sense to find some damn eggs that fat bitch."under his breath. i am extremely displeased, offended and upset that target lets there employees treat there costumers like this. i would not recommend going to this, and i will no longer be shopping with them. #walmart2023! read more

Target always has a clean appearance that i like and seems to have everything in stock that i need. the grocery department here is not the biggest selection and not priced very cheap either, but i will occasionally grab some stuff if I'm in and need it anyway. the customer service here is fairly nice and as helpful as they can be, and the workers on the floor will help if you as but don't really approach you unless you look lost! Target is the upscale walmart and i enjoy shopping here! read more

I really, really like Target. You get the same products at similar prices as Wal-Mart but you don't get the same clientele. While I usually feel better about myself when I go to Wal-Mart, I don't feel dirty going to Target like Wal-Mart. This store is always clean and I know where everything is. Most Targets are setup similarly so it is easy to find what you need. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. We always shop at Target for all of our household needs. Went in the other day to use gift cards as I usually don't shop there as I sort of feel like I don't belong. Like i don't make enough a year or drive an SUV . Anywho... I went in to find stuff to buy like Christmas clearance candy etc and made my way to the cashier. Lines were long as to be expected but my lane was moving faster than the rest. I noticed the cashier lady Hayley was beyond chipper and all smiles despite the crazy stressful holiday shoppers. She was really nice to deal with and helped me with my gift card purchase. This is one of my favorite Targets, and I go to about 5 others pretty regularly. It's big and clean. They have more clothes, shoes and accessories than most Targets. They have a pretty large grocery too. The seasonal area seems larger. My one big complaint: their Bullseyes playground really sucks. It's always a mess and about half filled , even at the beginning of season. ( Alton has the best one of those) I really like the little impulse buys there and am always disappointed at this store. MOst time don't even bother to look anymore. But if I go not expecting anything there, this Target is one of the best. Oh and a secret. I should not tell but they put things on clearance faster than other Targets and Mark them down quicker. I have bought shoes here for $7 -ish, and a couple days later the same pair are at Edwardsville for $13-ish. Still had to mark them down for the Bullseyes Playground, it is really bad. read more
