Recently, CVS has taken over the old pharmacy in Target and at first I was hesitant because I was not familiar with the CVS brand. I'm happy I did change! The pharmacist Keegan is always kind, friendly, and efficient! The other day, I also got a vaccine that I didn't know I could get there! I was going to make a doc appt to get it and this saved me time and money! Picking up my meds and getting a vaccine all took place in under 10 mins and he also gave my daughter some stickers :) ! So on Google, there are over 200+ negative 1-2 star reviews and I'm not surprised to see the average being 1 star. Let's start with communication. First of all, it's impossible to get a hold of this pharmacy. They never answer the phone and it always goes to voicemail. You have to leave your number on the voicemail and wait for a call back. No other way to contact them. So yeah if you're in a pinch and need your meds or you need to talk to a pharmacist...good luck. Wait times I came on a Friday right before the lunch rush around 11am and there were 2 people in front of me. I thought the line would move quickly but they only had 1 kiosk open out of 3 and the guy at the kiosk was someone in training. After about half an hour, I finally got to the kiosk. I had 4 prescriptions to pick up and the pharmacy counter looked like a zoo. He couldn't find the meds and was looking one by one in different baskets... it was like a kid on an Easter hunt. He even had the audacity to say "wow these things are hard to find." Idk why cvs would put all my 4 meds in different baskets... why can't it go under the patients name? I was literally there for another 20 mins waiting on him to find my meds. Meanwhile I turn my head around and the line is now 12 people in line...... It was so ridiculous. Easy to book vaccination appointments here but the wait was quite long even with an appointment and arriving early. Nurse was nice

I switched to the Juanita Walgreens after this CVS lost some of my medication and insisted I picked it up. Then my insurance company wouldn't cover a new prescription for 90 days, so I had to pay out of pocket. I'd say this is just about the worst pharmacy there is. Stay away. read more

This place sucks so bad. You have to call & leave a voicemail for them to call you back. Then they call you back and never fail to be so rude. Have had to call multiple times to get help. After they are so rude for no reason at all, they just say "look at your app" over and over. OBVIOUSLY. I wouldn't be calling you guys if I didn't need further help. HORRID !! Very disorganized, RX was not ready even though it was called in two days prior, and made to wait in multiple lines, multiple times only to be advised they are not a contracted pharmacy with my insurance even though my insurance company says they are indeed a "premier" partner. Walked away after spending an hour in various lines talking w/ 4 different people without the RX as they wanted to charge me full price. AWFUL!!! experience - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Can never get through on the phone to the pharmacy, so prepare to wait in line twice plus another 30 minutes just to pick up a prescription

No customer service available by phone. I called in a refill 4 days ago, and still hadn't been notified it was ready. I spent 20 minutes on hold on the phone, no one answered and I had to hang up. I called a bit later, spent 40+ minutes waiting on hold again, no one answered so I had to hang up. I then called CVS customer service, was on hold for 27 minutes before anyone picked up the line. At that point I told them I was transferring all my prescriptions due to the total lack of customer service. Don't waste your time - go to another pharmacy where they care about you, your health and your business. read more

Looks like the trend of poor reviews related to vaccine appointments continues. Booked an appointment 10 days ago for a booster, received multiple confirmations from CVS, only to arrive and be told no vaccines are available. The lady behind the counter (the only employee working) explained they haven't had doses for 2.5 months and there are 3 different CVS locations this is happening with. She said people show up daily for existing appointments, yet they haven't administered a dose in 2.5 months. Just to put salt in the wound, I drove over an hour round trip for the appointment. We had to make a flu shot appointment two weeks ahead because there was no opening sooner. On the day we arrived on time, but this place was closed and no staff was there with absolutely no notification! Someone who also was waiting there wasted 45 minutes before realized that this place was abruptly closed! This is totally unacceptable! The reviews here are very true and just adding one more scathing review. I have called the pharmacy several times only to wait 20+ minutes or longer and when it sounds like someone picked up (I hear keyboard clicking for a couple seconds) and I get hung up on. The call was in relation to my daughter's epipen being delayed/out of stock three times. Initially I was told Wednesday but when I call to check the automated status, it turns to Thursday . Before picking up, I call to check and now it next Monday. It is ridiculous! I only chose this location for this one prescription because it wasn't as expensive as other pharmacies. The only 'good' thing is that I don't need to do it more than once a year. In any case, this pharmacy is truly badly managed and not customer friendly. read more

First they somehow lost a prescription or didn't actually look for it. I had to call my dr and have it sent twice. I hate that I even have to give this place one star. This isn't a one off just my final straw today: Waited for an hour today after the pharmacy was suppose to be open. Nobody knew why it was closed and finally I left. Came back later and paid for my stuff, but they had no money in the register to give me change. Another 25 minutes and she told me she couldn't help and go find somebody to give me change. We came in for our appointment, waited in line and they told us they don't know why the website is letting people make appointments because they don't have any vaccine and don't know when they'll be getting more. I scheduled a COVID-19 booster shot online. I got confirmation the day before, and even a confirmation text 30 minutes before the appointment asking to click a link to check in. When I arrived, and checked in, I walked up to the pharmacy and there was a paper note taped to the outside saying no vaccines available. The lady finally looked up at me and said are you here for the vaccine? I said yes, and she replied well there are none available even if you have an appointment. She spoke very tersely without care that they had completely wasted my time, and said my only recourse was to go back online and schedule another appointment in the future. This was a terrible experience, on top of which I felt I was treated rudely. read more

Whatever you do, do NOT bring your prescriptions here. Without any word of warning, this location has decided to open and close according to their whims. I have multiple sclerosis and vestibular migraine and have many prescriptions. Nobody told me anything about a problem with getting them filled. But there was absolutely no way to get my drugs with nobody answering the phone when they were open, or a 40-minute in-person line that I can't stand in. This CVS has always been terrible and now it seems it's dying for good. I won't mourn it, since they never had the slightest interest in supporting patients and their total lack of regard for us now is absolutely insulting. read more

In spite of scheduling multiple weeks out through the interface, they somehow didn't have any booster COVID shots. I was extremely frustrated at this, as this was the second time I had tried to get a booster shot and been cancelled at the last minute. When I asked how this was possible, they said that they, the pharmacists on the ground, lacked control over scheduling and vaccine supply. Repeated desperate pleas to corporate have gone unheeded, to the chagrin of staff. Willfully ignorant corporate and unhappy employees and customers are a recipe for one star reviews. Had an appointment for my covid vaccine booster and showed up on time and no doses were available, even for people with appointments. No options to reschedule either. The pharmacist recommended to not rebook here again since they don't get doses. I had to book this appointment several weeks in advance and covid booster appointments are so hard to find. Service at this pharmacy is terrible for two reasons: they do not honor appointments and way to reach them. I was told to wait in a line that had 15+ people though I had a 1pm appointment. Checking with others in line, they were waiting 65 minutes beyond their original appointment time. Unfortunately I could not wait that long since I had other commitments. Poor organization and service! My husband went for his booster and they informed his appointment was cancelled but they never informed us! read more

Truly horrible pharmacy. Had to wait in line for an hour just to be told they did not have my prescription ready when I had asked for a refill a week ago. This has happened several times with different medications. In addition the pharmacist takes 20-30 min to fill one person's precription with a long line of people waiting. Worst pharmacy I visited in 10 years. Wish I had seen the 1 star reviews before. In addition their fax machine is broken, so they never get refill requests approved from the doctors office. read more

Nobody answers their phone. I've called several times and been on hold for a very long time and still never got through. If you need your medications in a timely manner, don't use this location. I went to collect my migraine medication only to find that Kaiser doesn't cover meds at CVS. Instead of the usual $4 I paid in California, I would have to pay over $400. Instead of just blowing us off, the pharmacist Shim went out of his way to see how he could help us with various coupons etc and managed to get the price down by 2/3. My prescription is on auto re-fill and multiple ties now I have gotten the text notification letting me know my prescription will be auto-filled in a few days only for that to never happen. Not to mention the time my husband was out of his daily medication, went and stood in line for over an hour to pick up his prescription which was already filled (all he had to do was pick up), he was the one of the next people in line to the counter and they decided to say they were closing and wouldn't help anyone else. This was an hour before their actual stated close time and there were multiple people in line behind my husband who had been waiting just as long. Moving out household prescriptions out of CVS, I get that they're short staffed but this is beyond ridiculous. read more

We drove from kirkland today to get a flu shot at the pharmacy. We walked to the window and settled at the window marked as flu shot. A lady walked over and stone faced said to me: we do not do flu shots 30 minutes before our closing time. I know they closed at 5pm. I asked the time. I was informed it was 4:30pm. I've been using this pharmacy since it was Target owned. I'm now switching, the customer service and reliability has become so bad that I can't stand it anymore. What other reviewers have said is true, they NEVER answer their phone. 48+hrs now waiting for a prescription to be refilled that the automated service said would take 12hrs. I went in person last night just to try and speak to someone, they are supposed to be closed at 7pm, but at 630pm they were all closed up. So today I called my doctor's office and asked them to transfer my prescriptions. read more

Would give zero stars if possible. Half the time I show up and my prescription that's on auto refill isn't available, even though I received a text that says it is. Or it's mis-filed and they can't find it. Tonight I waited 40 minutes and moved up three people in a line where there were about a dozen people ahead of me, and that's only because two people ahead of me got out of line and left. We have used CVS for a long time and we always just filled our prescription and as long as you don't have an issue, they are just doing fine. Once you have a issue with your medication you got and need to exchange or replace it, they are horrible. They simply said they can't do anything for us and we would have to pay the 500% more than we originally paid for it. They only extend the discount to your insurance, I was willing to pick it up and repay the original price, but they said that's not possible, that's how they make their money. CVS is doing this to capitalize on customers, they could very well give out the same price, but they decide not to. I think that is just a sad way to treat people, but a sign of the rigged system that they call health care in this country. I feel bad for all people without insurance or not enough coverage that get scammed by those pharmacies all over. I will take my business elsewhere going forward! read more

I walked in at 9:45 for my 10 am vaccine appointment to a very long line and a hand written sign "...one line for all customers". I stood in this line for an hour watching a lone pharmacist spending as a minimum 20-30 minutes with each customer and this was for meds dispensing, not for the vaccine. I left at 11 am as I had other important commitments and by my calculation it was obvious that I would have to spend at least another hour waiting in line for my turn. I understand the current personnel issues but in this case CVS should not even schedule any appointments. I received multiple reminders from CVS to be on time for my appointment and I was! Unfortunately CVS did not hold up their side and 2 hour wait is unacceptable. I came back at 12 noon to find even longer line! As it stands my vaccine dose will now go to waste. read more

I never write reviews but had to for this experience. Not only have I had one bad experience here but TWO. First time I waited in line for an HOUR. There were literally 3 people ahead of me, so I figured it wouldn't take that long. I decided to get right back in line to wait for my prescription because it was taking forever and I figured it would be filled by the time I got to the front. NOPE. Had to wait in line AGAIN. I was livid. It was on a Saturday so I decided to try again today. Friday at 11am, you'd think there wouldn't be a line. Well I was wrong. Not only did they tell me I couldn't get my prescription, but I waited in line for 45 minutes before they even mentioned anything to me. No paper prescriptions today because they are short staffed I'm sorry, but my boyfriend just had surgery and I'm in a hurry to get a prescription. Will never make the mistake of going here again.
