The only thing is that they don't fill your prescription until you pay for it . I called on day ahead to order the prescription and told the technician that I will be there the next morning . I was disappointed that my prescription was not ready when I arrived at the pharmacy at 11 am . They filled it right the way and my wait was less than 10 minutes . I appreciate the lady pharmacist came to explain to me about the side effect and the right method to use the medication. She is very professional and good manner . no option for 0 star…read more Lazy, entitled, and completely unprofessional. My dermatologist sent a prescription here. They emailed me to upload my insurance card. I did - Anthem digital card with my name, Member ID, and Group number. That's what Anthem issues now. They sat on it for 24 hours. Then texted me demanding BIN, PCN, RxGRP numbers that aren't on the digital card. All they had to do was call Anthem with my Member ID and get those numbers. One phone call. That's literally their job. Every Walgreens, CVS, and hospital pharmacy does this without thinking twice. But Apotheco can't be bothered. They want the customer to do their work for them. And when I told them to figure it out like every other pharmacy does, I got an automated text telling ME to call THEM M-F 9-5:30. As if I work for them. This place wants easy money without doing the bare minimum. They want prescriptions handed to them, customers to spoon-feed them insurance info, and collect the check. Zero effort. Zero professionalism. Over 20 years dealing with pharmacies - never seen one this lazy and arrogant. Still never got my medication. Stay far away.

This Walmart like all the others had the same issues that never seemed to be resolved no matter how many years have passed. A smelly and filthy parking lot that always reeked of sewage and trash. Poor customer service from employees which is not a shocker as that is a common trend at Walmart. Always messy and dirty aisles that are clobbered with trash and products out of place. A dirty floor that is never cleaned and bathrooms that always reeked of sewage too. Especially the bathroom right near the main entrance which always had a toilet that is out of order and never fixed. This Walmart used to have some good things though from the past from what I remember. Such as having a McDonald's that is now like other reviewers have mentioned, blocked off and empty with nothing in it's place. And then of course theres the pricing and the variety of products that only Walmart carries that most other popular retailers don't. It used to fun going to this Walmart years ago to look at the legos or more specifically the Bionicles when they were still being made and popular in the early 2000's. And it was almost always fun going to the McDonald's here to fill up on food or get an ice cream cone. In the end, I am still not a fan of Walmart and I doubt I ever will be as they all almost always have the exact same issues.

The main issue was once I got to the register, the clerk also works at the photo counter and I had to wait 10 mins to be rang up. I stopped at CVS for a quick in and out but ended up spending more time in line than shopping.

I received flu and COVID-19 vaccines here yesterday because they said on the phone they had the…read moreModerna vaccine but they offered no proof of what they were administering and requested that I take a seat in the waiting room while they prepared the needles, so for all I know I may have received the wrong vaccine. In the past, at other pharmacies, they have prepared the needles in front of me when they take them out of the box, where I can see what they are doing when they prepare the needles and showed me the empty wrapper that said the name of the vaccine before disposing of it in the trash, which was much more reassuring. It was a nice waiting room though and hopefully they administered what I signed up for. The cashier was not able to even place the order though because she ran into a problem while entering my insurance information, so she reached out to the pharmacist, who took over and finished the entry of information for the cashier, without showing or explaining anything to the cashier, who stepped aside and resumed taking other orders. The pharmacist at this point mumbled something under her breath, so I asked her what she said and she replied, "I'll take care of it. Don't worry." It was a good experience overall. No reaction from vaccines.

COVID vaccine rating…read more I took my 12-year-old child to Safeway to receive his Pfizer vaccine. No appointment needed but I did call ahead to ask how long the wait was. We only ended up waiting about 15 minutes. It was a very smooth experience. Like a well-oiled machine. You essentially fill out a form at the check-in window. Be sure to bring a passport or school ID for your child. The person who administered the vaccine was very professional and friendly. My son was a little nervous but she put him at ease. I'm so grateful for healthcare workers. Incredibly convenient to do this at Safeway. Also thought it was funny that the ice cream freezer seemed to be strategically placed right outside the pharmacy. My son saw it as he was getting a shot and promptly requested an ice cream sandwich. Of course I obliged :) At the time of this review, the vaccine administering hours are: 9a-1230pm | 2-7pm

I reached 5 mins before the pharmacy open hour and was the second person in line. Imagine people lining up before pharmacy opens. Was asked to self check in which was great. The system showed only 1 of the 3 medications on list and pharmacist said it will take an hour to process. Was told they don't have the other 2 medications prescribed by same doctor at same time! Since I was told it will take 30-60 minutes I went to check at another CVS location nearby to check if the medicines were at their place. It was not and when I returned I was told you have 2 medications ready. No clue about the third nor an acknowledgment that the order even exists with them. This was over an hour later than promised and medications still not ready. I drove back home only to receive a text that third medication is now ready! Frustrating but have no better options available so will have to live with this bad service!
