On the retail side, the shelves are literally half empty, and have been for almost a year. And last week I had my doc send a prescription there, only to find out after driving over, that they did not have it in stock. Poor communication. Between the Front of house and back of house failures, this location, and possibly the entire corporation, will not survive. I suggest mark Cuban's Cost Plus drugs, which will literally save you 50% - 90% on most prescriptions.

Overall, you can do worse than Pleasanton's Walgreens. Very fast, kind, and informative. If you need a vaccine or something requiring the pharmacy here, don't be scared. Maybe my customer service is rare for this location, but they're very smooth and stress-free. The only reason I won't be scheduling any more appointments is simply because I don't live there. I like that they have one line for " regular pick up " and one line for " mobile pick up " . Mine was mobile so I got to reach the cash register after one person ahead of me . As if that weren't enough, they're also offering one of the best vaccine incentives around: $10 off a $20 purchase.
