i went to pick up my prescription and it wasn't ready yet. The wonderful and time efficient staff at the pharmacy got my prescription ready 15 mins after i stopped by. All the pharmacists were very busy working to get our medication ready for us. they had one employee working drive through and cashier service at one time. i believe his name was franklin. shout out to him he was working a million miles per minute trying to satisfy everyone. read more

The pharmacist just made me feel like a complete jerk. I'm a disabled veteran and typically get my help via the VA hospital. However, on the weekends they send us to urgent care if it's not an emergency room type visit. I fell and hurt my shoulder. Had to work with VA triage who said to use the Mission Act. I called a number and they sent me to an urgent care and the cvs for meds. The pharmacist treated me like I was a liar and jerk even when I explained I was a disabled veteran who had never used this process before. I said they had me call this number and told me to give it to you. She says we don't work with the VA. Made a fuss. Made a super mad you're bothering me face. "Do you need it today? I don't have a lot of time to sit on hold." I told her I did. She called the number. It took 2 minutes. She says, "That was faster than I expected!" Then tries to smile at me. The pharmacy customer service is terrible, you receive text stating RX is ready and when i go to pick up they say it's back ordered. I return when told in three days and RX is not ready. Missed 4-days of Medication, and now my one RX is off normal refill cycle. I had to call and inform I would be missing medication again for 4-days. So much for their auto refill program, total incompetence!! read more

I love my local CVS in Vista Lakes. The staff is always pleasant, friendly, and willing to assist. The store is clean and well organized. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and easy to work with which is great since we use them often. I would highly recommend this location. read more

I have been here since the opened to visit the minute clinic. Just went to use the bathroom and quite possibly is the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen in a place like this. According to the chart on the wall it hadn't been checked for cleanliness since 2/15/15. What was all over their toilet was not something new from today....it hasn't been cleaned from before. Find a different CVS to use. If it's ok to leave a bathroom for customer use this way imagine all the other cleaning of the store they neglect. read more

I went to the minute-clinic at this CVS today due to a sore throat and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I must admit, I wasn't sure what to expect out of a drugstore clinic, but the staff was unbelievably helpful and prompt. There wasn't a wait, so I didn't even have time to sit and wait to be seen. I simply walked up to the electronic sign-in and entered my info. Within 30 seconds, my info traveled to the clinic's database, and I was called in. She immediately took a brief, but thorough history and was even able to see my current medications after linking to my primary doctor. Amazing. The process was so simple. I must have been in and out within 20 minutes and even got my results right then and there. They are sending my culture to a lab for a second look, just to be safe, and I get my results within 24 hours. That's pretty pimp. I would recommend going to a minute-clinic for simple wellness and prevention treatment over trying to make an appointment with my primary doc any day. And they even except co-pays if you have an in-network insurer. You should definitely check it out. read more

Many of the pharmacists are nice there, been going there for a while until that skinny Puerto Rican or Dominican chick started working there, never smiles, tattooed up and doesn't seem to like 'negritos' very much cause I see her smiling with others especially Latin peeps so u do the math... u come to pharmacy because u suffering and she raises your stress even more with that bad/rough attitude. This pharmacy is not accommodating at all. I used to come here because it was conveniently located by my house. I am very particular about using a specific manufacturing brand for my medication. The (lady) pharmacist was extremely rude throughout the phone call. The pharmacy switched their preferred brand possibly due to competitive costs, etc. and only had a limited supply of the brand that I wanted left. She rudely told me that although she could fill this prescription with the brand I wanted, I "would NEVER be able to get that brand again." Long story short, it is a lie. A different location CVS pharmacy has way better customer service and has been able to special order for me. read more

I had a ups delivery that required a signature. Since I was not home the ups driver delivered the item to cvs as it serves as am access point. I received an email and text from ups and t-mobile stating my package was delivered. I went the counter to pick up the item. Alex the cashier stated there was no package for me. A bit puzzled, I informed him that I received confirmation that it was delivered. He stated that this happens all the time that ups sends out notifications that it has been delivered and in actuality it has not. The requested I go home and call ups or tmobile. After spending 3 hours on the phone with Tmobile and submitting a claim to ups and trying to order another phone, I decided to head back to the cvs as the whole process did not make any sense. Sure enough the cashier Alex said that he found the package and that he missed my name. It was easy for him to give up after 5 minutes, for him to recommend I spend hours on the phone to resolve the situation. If he had taken a few more minutes to listen to what I was saying, then maybe he might have found my item and saved me 3 hours. Store Manager Julie, please teach and train your associates to listen to the customer and provide the customer service they deserve. read more

After a horrible experience at Walmart I decided to go elsewhere to find what I needed. I happen to see this CVS and figured I'd try. I haven't went to a CVS in a while because of numerous bad experiences a few years back. Well this one changed my mind! Constance was absolutely phenomenal. She was super friendly, very attentive, and extremely helpful. She walked me right to the location of where an item should've been instead of pointing in the general direction. She had a conversation instead of a simple did you find everything. She even told me how to get out of the parking lot to get where I needed(I'm not from around here so I'm very clueless as to what or where I need to go) and she even suggested a few places that may have what I need since it was a time sensitive item. I walked in very upset due to Walmart but walked out extremely happy even though I still needed to go elsewhere for an item because she was awesome! Shout out to Ms. Constance because she has given me a reason to return back to CVS in hopes that the ones I live by can give even half the exceptional service that she did. read more

Under stocked, understaffed, overworked and unhelpful. Refused to help me find out of stock medication. Did help me get an expedited medication but I'm used to pharmacists knowing you and helping you and caring about their clients. That is not the case here. read more

my daughter was visiting here from pennsylvania and got feeling sick, , being catious, since she had phenomia a couple times we went to the clinic here at cvs....it was a nice young blond dr. forget name...anyway she told my daughter she was really close to having it again and gave her the perfect medication that she was always prescribed by her own dr. in pa...she felt better the next day and could get to the beach, her favorite thing. i would reccmond this place to anyone...doctor was very good. may be taking my grandaughter there today if she does not feel better, here for college thanksgiving break....feel confident going there.... doris hannah orlando fl read more
