I really don't like this pharmacy for many reasons 1. Rude 2. Long lines 3. Even when you call in your prescription and you give them a whole day they still don't have it ready ( what's the point!). They should tell you your prescription is not ready before you stand in line for 15 min or more... Ridiculous service!!! read more

Unless you're here to purchase items you can carry out without a cart, don't bother coming to this store. They don't let you take carts outside and they don't have any baskets available either. read more

Love that you're 24 hours and so does everyone else in your hood but that means you're always super busy. Makes for an exciting environment though. Kind of like Christmas shopping in a 12,000 square foot store. Have to wait forever for a Rx which is doubly bad when one is already sick. On the up side though, pharmacy staff is great. read more

Oh my, if you're trying to pick up medicine, look somewhere else. This pharmacy is slow as fuck. There was only one person in front of me. The pharmacist told me it'll be a 10mins wait after I drop off my prescription, so I waited. Guess what? It's been 50 minutes, 50 fucking minutes. Do not waste time here, what a joke. Maybe next time tell people it'll be at least an hour wait, then at least I can go do some errands. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. read more

Attempting to move my prescriptions to the store closest to my residence in Norwalk turned out to be a pharmaceutical catastrophe. I had previously been getting my medications at a pharmacy in Long Beach, quite some distance from my home. I thought it would be more convenient to get my meds at the neatest pharmacy, which unfortunately turned out to be this catastrophe on Rosecrans. It is the slowest... not customer caring... works at their own pace and if a suggestion is made about getting help they get very upset and tell the customer to go to another pharmacy. Through lorrain has been looking for the same customers prescription for over 10 minutes and is walking back and forth complaining while the man is watching her behind his counter not answering the fone... mind you I am writing all this while waiting in line and that does not count the two customers before this one waiting on. This place is a nightmare. There's usually a long line to drop off prescriptions and sometimes even longer to pick up. The pharmacy technicians are always complaining about the line never ending. This is a personal observation but it looks like the Caucasian male and the Asian male are on something. The Asian male is always sweating up a storm. They have a younger female working but she's worthless; she's all attitude. The only professional at the pharmacy is the pharmacist. It would appear as though they want customers to go elsewhere. The WORST customer service ever. After waiting over an hour for two prescriptions to be filled, was told that there was a problem with one and that I had to have the doctor call the pharmacist. The pharmacist then proceeded to lower the pharmacy gate and turn off the light. I had the doctor on my phone. I was in the process of telling the doctor to call the pharmacist. That was one of the rudest things I've ever seen. I will NEVER go back to this CVS. I'm appalled at the pharmacist's attitude. I seriously wish I could rate one star or less. It's been years I got my passport photos every year from cvs which has become a habit. As usual I went to this cvs and asked for photo service. The cashier told me she had to run between the cash register and the photo counter cuz she's the only cashier at that time and I was ok with that. She took my photo and while the photo was printing she ran back to the cash register. Unfortunately more and more people were in line to cash out and she seemed like forgot about me. So I went to the cash register and asked her to let those people wait a little bit cuz I was also a customer. There's no point u just keep me waiting and serve other customers. She gave me her attitude and said "I told u I had to come back to the cash register". Look, I understand u have to serve in two different spots but my photos have been ready for a while and u just keep working at the cash register and ignoring my existence. I came in way earlier than those people who were in line to cash out and why did u keep me waiting while my photos were already ready long time ago? So while I was checking out she gave me her another attitude and told me I had to print out the coupon. This is not my first time to use digital coupon at cvs and on the coupon it clearly says "if unable to scan key in the coupon code". I told her to use the coupon code 3 times and she kept ignoring me and telling me that I had to print out the coupon. Ok, u won and I left. Thanks for changing my habit and I found out it only cost $8 to get passport photos at Walmart. If she hadn't served me so well I would have kept getting my photos at cvs for the rest of my life. Now she helped me save a fortune. I'm going to cancel my cvs membership. I know, I didn't spend a million per year at cvs so u won't take me seriously. Love coming here, again its close to my house so sometimes i like to just take a walk here. Its usually really clean and tidy. Very bad customer service. They placed a TAR on my prescription(needed to be authorized by medical) and process takes 3 to 5 days and i had to call the pharmacy constantly to check on status because they never call you to give you any updates. Each time i called they said something different than what i was initially told. They lack communication amongst each other and among the clients. The most often excuse given to me was that they are overwhelmed with prescriptions. Elizabeth and another old white lady with white hair are very rude. I'm sorry, Yelp.com, but Methinks you need to have a rating section in the 'Minus' column for this ill-managed, terrible CVS - 'Consistently Vacuous Store.' Every time I come here I feel like they're filming an episode of the 'Walking Dead.' Lorraine, pharmacy clerk, cannot multi-task yet she can't stop chit chatting with customers about the health of her dogs, how hard she's working (Not!) and saying 'I'm laughing because I'm too tired' at the top of her voice while the line to pick up meds is almost at the front door. It be-goggles my mind that the pharmacist allows this unprofessional behavior to continue without so much as a scowl to let her know to be quiet and get to work or even stop for a minute to look up from their robotic type behavior in filling scripts. This is all while Lorraine and her counterparts have no intention of helping the customers. And she is not alone with this job of the 'I'm not consistently working' ' or 'Don't you dare ask me to pitch in somewhere else!' attitude. The comatose lady at the drop-off window is glued to her station with no line but never moves to fill in at the empty cash register of the pick-up line. Norma cannot stop to help either because she is too busy counting pills for scripts that no one can ever get to the front of the line to pick up from the ... cough ... overwhelmed pharmacy clerks. What no cross-training CVS? Is there is any training at all CVS? Pathetic. Most of the employees have no idea that the basic fact of this whole issue is that "THERE ARE SICK PEOPLE IN THE LINE" and you need to get them in and out fast. Oh wait ... an elderly lady with a cart full of beer appears from where ... who knows - Oh the liquor aisle - and stands at the top of the aisle next to the ppl in the never-ending line. Meanwhile, I've been in line for over 20 minutes and I am second to go up.She instantly runs up to the cashier when the current customer leaves and begins to give her information. I'm thinking ... What the heck? ... The person in front of me moves up and it is now my turn. When he is done, I take his place next to the beer lady and as she moves away, I say to the cashier "She should have gone to the end of the line?" Well, stupid me. Try to be fair in this upside down place? She swings around and says "They called my name! I've been waiting." Oh okay? Who called her name? Ghostbusters? I've been waiting too. That is when I realized that ppl who are sitting in those four seats or so next to the pick-up window are allowed to skip to the front of the line if they are waiting for scripts. Really, CVS? Well, I had been waiting four days for my scripts. So, why did I get the fortunate opportunity to wait 20 minutes in the vitamin aisle to get my prescriptions? Shouldn't I have skipped to the front of the line? Four days is more than 40 minutes. Smh Another dumb move by CVS. It's CVS. What else do I have to say? read more

The prescription department is fine and I never had a problem with the staff and the reason I'm giving such a low score is because of the last experience when I went in on January 21, 2014. A lady named Sheri who was working that night was very indifferent towards me and who knows why but when I asked her about the cigarettes behind the counter she first gave me a weird look without looking at me in the eyes and told me to repeat my question rudely. As the conversation went on I felt very heated because of her actions and I know when there's great customer service from working at places like Sears where in my experience put the customer in high regard and finally when she gave me my change she purposely dropped a quarter so it would land on the floor. Now I complained to the store immediately and I called the customer service headquarter hotline and complained as well and when the manager got back to me a couple days later he told me he would put this in her record. What a pity to find these miserable people in the world that shouldn't be working with the public. read more

I've had several issues with the photo department in less than 2 months. The phone app is suppose to be easier to develop your pictures, but it's not. When I've gone to pick up the pictures, they are not ready, or filed properly in an envelope. They have all the pictures scatter up on the computer counter. People can easily grab the pictures. It's invading our privacy when they don't do their jobs. The managers there are very rude and don't so their job. I've called the corporate office 2 times and nothing has changed. What else do I have to do in order for them to do their jobs? I've never had th is problem at the CVS in La Mirada, they do an excellent job. read more
