It's really confusing having 2 CVS locations across the street from each other. (though I have a suspicion that once the stand alone location is done with their renovation, this location will be closed & the staff migrated over). The staff here at the Target location is great. They're very friendly and helpful and really know their stuff. I've never had any issues with them and if my pediatrician's office calls in a subscription, it'll be ready within 30 almost guaranteed. I really like this location. I do hope that if it does get closed down that everyone comes over to the other location. They have some of the best pharmacy customer service I've ever had.

This used to be a well managed and consumer oriented business, No More. I went in for passport…read morephotos and I was told it was extra for a digital copy, I declined because I thought I could easily scan the photo. After several tries to upload it to my online passport renewal, I called passport customer service and was told, for some reason physical copies are not being accepted. I could mail it in but I could not apply on line. I called CVS and told them that and asked for a do-over. They said no, I said no one advised me that I could not use a physical photo, they said we do know that, I said you do now and I can give you the number to verify this. I called CVS regional photo and told them they should advise their photo services to tell people this. They said each store is on their own. In other words, I gave them information that they could verify with a quick call but they don't want to tell their employees or their customers that there are shortcomings with a physical photo. "We don't know anything, we don't want to know anything." I wouldn't go back to this CVS or any CVS for anything again!!

Since there aren't any phone numbers to the store, I had to drive there only to be told there is nothing they can do. As it stands, I am out $100 plus the $6.95 activation fee. If this is a known issue, perhaps, instead of locking $5 lipstick and deodorant lock these cards to protect your consumers. The store is clean and spacious with the pharmacy moved to the side. They also have a drive through now for the pharmacy so you don't have to go inside the store to get what you're picking up. I like the new paint on the outside and the heart on the top window. Overall looks nice. Staff is always friendly.

I came to this CVS since I was in the plaza getting my car registration renewal sticker from the kiosk inside Albertsons. My dad needed eye drops for his red eyes so I came here to get it. When I walked inside, I looked at their aisle directory and saw where they had the eye care products. A worker asked if I needed any help and I told her I was just looking for eye drops so she told me where it was. The one I needed was behind a locked cabinet so I had to ask the same lady to open it for me. She was very helpful and nice. The checkout process was simple and I had some rewards so I applied it to the eye drops to get a discount. There a lot of parking in the plaza where this store is in.

The market pharmacy in Northridge, CA on Reseda and Nordhoff is ridiculous...with proper communication to the call center. As a result, too many patients, one of them actually me, have to gradually suffer. More employees are hired, but quality has gone down. Please don't make this happen again. I work for a high school...I see great in all my students....I value my career...I suggest you value ME, and all your clients... We value you...This message goes to Market Pharmacy, specifically the one in Northridge, CA...all employees...and the call center... You cannot improve...not possible.
