I started out here due…read moreto their ability to bubble wrap my mom's meds and deliver meds for free, which is no longer the case. The Cons: 1. They don't automatically refill your meds before they run out and contact you; the customer has to keep track and call them to refill the meds, which is a lot when you are taking care of an elderly family member. 2. The communication is not thorough which led me to go multiple times to pick up meds instead of picking them all up at once. 3. They charge me more for meds than what my insurance says they should be charging. I pointed this out to them one time and they made the adjustment, but what about the all back over charges? 4. Their hours are not great, 9-6pm M-F, for people who work. 5. At the end of the day, it takes 5 minutes to try to get out of the parking lot to the left most lane if you need to head towards Laguna Hills from Oso. 6. Lastly, it would be nice to get some friendly customer service. Most of the time, the staff present like they don't really want to be there.

I am so happy to work with them, as early on I discovered that all compounding pharmacies are not equal. I've spoken with all of their staff over the many years I've been going there and they are all outstanding. Their customer service is fantastic. I was having an issue getting my prescription renewed, (not their fault). I was leaving on vacation and needed my prescription filled, so they were really helping me out, sending and resending the renewal request to my doctor. Once it was approved, Yasseen rushed the order and it was delivered it to my house. I can't say enough good things about all the people that work there, they are all about providing a high level of customer service. Zane Pharmacy is the absolute best!

I've been going here for almost 10 years. The owner, Michael, is there most days and the rest of his employees are also great to work with. They always offer my kids a little treat and know them by name. There aren't long lines to wait in like some of the big box stores, but they are pretty busy. They have text refills just like the big places do and I get notified that my prescriptions are filled in just the same manner. If you live in the area and don't have a family owned place like this already I recommend you check them out and give them a chance. Lastly, the pricing is as competitive as the big box stores from my experience. They'll accept all the same coupons, insurance and apps. They even shop around for the right version of your medicine which sometimes can be tricky.

When his refill was ready to be picked up we went to the pick up counter in the back at the pharmacy and were helped by a pharmacist with long red hair, she was extremely impatient with my grandpa and was pretty rude-my grandpa tried making a joke to try to cheer her up asking something along the lines of is there anything else to do and she really responded with "I'd like to go home."
