If you try to speak with someone higher up they will lie and say they will call you but it will never ever ever happen. Today they were supposed to pick up some equipiment. I took part of the day off to accommodate them. The day of the appt they say they will call you and give you an arrival window. My call never came (it never does) so I called in and was told my window was 10-2. No one showed from 10-2. Which is normal for them as I meant what I said when I said they do nothing right. Just look at all the other sg homecare reviews. They are all the same company. I think they changed the name to Stance to confuse people but it's the same poor service and non functioning equipment. At about 215pm for some bizarre reason they phoned my sister who lives elsewhere and who's number is not even on this acct and told her they were on their way and she texted me. So I waited a bit more and no one came. I texted the number 562-519-0189 which is the number that called my sister and I asked where they were and if they were coming. I did this twice. I got no text response but the number did call me back and hung up. It is now 7:30 pm at night and I have had a 1000 dollar machine waiting outside for someone that told me he would be here before 2. And guess what this is actually the least of the bad things they have done to us. Their equipment does not function, it is not cleaned, nor is it maintained as it should be. The website is in shambles and billing dept hysterical as the bills sometimes come and sometimes do not. It is very complex to pay your bill. They don't answer the phone, there is no accountability, no communication and no manager to speak to. It is a circus. The worse thing they do is lie- they simply lie during every conversation and some of the people you get on the phone cannot speak English and do not understand what is going on.. You are also charged for equipment and disposables they do not provide. They are only there to milk the insurance company and your co-pay. Your health and sanity are at risk with this company. They are a danger and every office should be closed.

They have a registered respiratory therapist on staff so no Rx from my doc was needed. From the looks of it, it appears to be Asian owned and they don't have a huge selection of OTC products but they do sell things like back braces, knee braces and orthopedic shoes. I'm guessing they deal mostly with prescription patients. All staff members were friendly and professional, they kept everyone socially distanced from the check in process to the waiting and observation areas and the area for getting the shot was private which was nice. If I ever need a prescription filled, I would consider asking my doctor to send it here.

The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and they get me hooked up, hydrated, snacked , done and out the door as fast as possible. It feels more like a spa that a medical office. Plus (a BIG plus) they are one of the few in their medical building that still comp your parking. This saves me $6 per visit. Highly recommended!
