I'm going to do my best to make a long story short so bear with me. I drop the prescription off at Walgreens on Monday, here we are Thursday and I have called every day only to get the run around, on minute they are telling me it will be ready in 30 mins, then when I called an hour later they tell me oh no you talked to the call center they don't know anything let me look into this, she proceeds to tell me she doesn't have my dogs prescription on file and has no record of all my calls. Whatever I can get past that, so I just want to move forward, they tell me they only have half the prescription, that's fine I'll take it. I finally get the text I have been waiting for my prescription is ready! Woohoo off to the pharmacy I go. I get there only to be met with a bill for $115 for half a prescription, with CVS I get a full prescription for $37, you do the math, that's a pretty big difference pay more money for half the prescription!!!! What the heck. So I ask what is going on? The lady tells me there is a national shortage of the dose my dogs needs. I can get it in a different dose, but the vet needs to call it in, vet office is closed today. I sure wish someone would've communicated this sooner so this was all resolved a week ago!! I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received from this Walgreens.

Mary was incredibly sassy and disrespectful, making my elderly grandmother feel like a burden just for asking a simple question. She clearly had no patience and made it obvious she didn't want to help. If you don't like dealing with people, maybe don't work at the photo counter in a pharmacy that's supposed to serve the community? This store should be ashamed to have someone like that representing them. We will 100% be taking our business elsewhere and we'll be letting everyone we know do the same. Do better, Walgreens. This Walgreen's is a bit older and it shows from the parking lot to inside. I have gotten a few…read morethings here and there from them over the years, but usually just when I am in a pinch. They have all the basics. For the first time, other than ordering standard photos I took advantage of some of their other print options and got some signs made on poster boards, as they had some stellar discounts and they would be available same day. I ended up going to pick up the order a day or so after it was "ready" and upon pick up, half my order was missing. Though it wasn't a horrible wait, I did have to wait another 15 minutes for something that was supposed to be ready to go. The cashier was nice enough, but not super helpful overall and they didn't offer any discounts or for the inconvenience. I can't speak on all the other services, but I won't be running back here if I do not have to.
