All 3 of us were cut off by an employee who evidently was in a hurry to get in. The guy who was coming out and I had a good laugh. He made a comment that I can't repeat! When we went in, they had a really good selection of items and it was set up nice enough. We selected several things and things were looking up. We took our items to the register and one employee asked us to go to another register because she was busy. So we did, as soon as we moved over, she said she could take the next customer. I'm not sure what we did wrong but it wasn't even the same employee. I could see if it was the same employee and she was upset but clearly a different person. We were there around 9pm and they seemed to have enough staff, it wasn't that busy. I'll check with my father, I hope we caught them all on a bad day because if this is the norm, I'll never come back.

Anyways, she was loudly complaining that there was only one cashier on at the moment, then she decided to use the self-service checkout. I was supposed to get $10 back, but instead, the machine returned $40 and still said I owed $52. Confused, I tried to figure out if I had miscounted and took another $20 out of my wallet to check. The cashier then accused me of putting money back in my wallet and implied I was trying to short the machine. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, she became rude and told me another employee would have to ring me up. At that point, I was too frustrated and left without my gas or drinks. I understand that mistakes happen--either on my part or with the machine--but I do not appreciate being treated like I was trying to steal. A simple, professional approach to helping me sort it out would have gone a long way. I won't be returning to this location.
