Yesterday the store manager Miguel tried to steal and pocket $10 of my cash change. But was quick to produce the $10 when I called him on it. I'm posting this in hopes the district manager takes notice. read more

Martin one of the store managers there rolled out the red carpet for me today I went to get an icy and the machine was lacking just a little bit so he gave me the icy for free. That is great Customer Service. I'm actually not really a quick trip goer, but with people like him working there, it'll make me want to go there way more often. Thank you Martin. read more

Good overall. coffee got expensive, over $3.00 for large. still better than CK with their sh*tty weak cups, breaking in hand and getting coffee everywhere in my damn car, saturating my crotch and putting an unpleasant spin on "boiled nuts". Corporate has yet to respond to my complaint. I would have given QT 3 stars for their overpriced coffee but I gave them 4 because f*** CirK. read more

Georgina and Nevaeh are Absolute dolls. I've watched them be so kind to a special needs man in a wheelchair, ultimately going out of their way to ensure he had all of his needs met. I could see this man frequents this store just to be treated so wonderfully. read more

I go to this store everyday, I just wanted to say that the guy who works nights deserves a large pay increase and perhaps a armed security guard. The stuff this dude has to put up with, with the homeless and drug addicts is out of control. You should pay that guy, he is a great employee, and you will eventually loose him if you don't help him. read more

QuikTrip - Storefront - Gas Stations Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

This QuikTrip is good. They keep it clean, they greet you, they thank you. Iced tea is fresh. It's what we have come to expect from QuikTrip. I work close by and come in nearly daily. At least 3 employees have been there for the 5 years I've worked near by. It tells you something about the company. We should be asking ourselves why don't we expect this good of service everywhere else? read more

This quicktrip is clean. I got gas here a few times. Noticed that they keep your money if you go in and pay with card and dont go it to get it credited back to your card. Never gas there any longer. Paid 50$ only pumped 47 they kept the rest. And its the most expensive gas station around. read more

The service here is excellent. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. There Pepsi is always tasty. Nobody has ever tried to kill me at this QT. It feels safe. In fact, the sign out front says "safe place". I think that means you can drop off your unwanted kids there....but I too feel safe. read more

This was the WORST service I have ever had at a QT gas station. It was an embarrassment to the chain, the quick, friendly, service they are usually known for is thrown in the trash at this location. Sandra and Memory S were some of the rudest people we have ever encountered . After waiting the first 15 min I figured she is new, benefit of the doubt. Then she starts talking rudely to us and about us right in front of us when at this point we have literally said nothing, but waited for our food. Oh by the way we waited over 25 min and never got our food. After all this waiting come to find out they messed up a grill cheese with bacon? How hard is that. I literally got a refund and walked out. Brandon at the register was helpful and apologetic about the poor attitude given by the two women in the back. I would give this review no stars if I could. Sandra and Memory S give this qt location a bad wrap. Oh also they cook bacon in the machine that says "do not ever cook back in this machine" right in front of you. This place is a joke. By the time I left there was a line of upset people at the kitchen. read more

All of the employees are super friendly and talkative. The store is always super clean and stocked! This location will always be my go to spot. Me and my roommate usually are checked out by Matt or Jose and they are both amazing and fast. Love that I feel welcomed here and the staff remembers us and engages in conversation. read more

I have been a major fan of QT for a very long time. However, I will never go back to this store. I stopped to get a drink and get my lottery tickets for the week. The drink area floor was soaking wet from end to end. No caution signs up, no effort to clean up the floor. The rest of the floor coming out of the drink area was dirty and sticky. Shelves were not fully stocked. Overall dirty store, inside and out, including Ladies room. At the counter, the young man that attempted to take care of me did not understand what I needed and before I had a chance to explain it to him, another clerk came over and started to yell at me that I was rude to this new cashier! He made disparaging comments about me "the customer" to the young man when their backs were turned. So, another fault is untrained staff were left to work the counter without the proper training and support. Very bad news all around and a major disgrace to the QT chain of stores. read more

When AT first open they were real friendly and helpful now they act like robots , from the moment you walk in till you het out. They don't even look at you when they greet you and their greeting is berg shallow. read more

Great, friendly service as usual. The employees are always courteous and the place is clean.

As I operate a mobile business, I spend a lot of time in my car, which means I also spend a lot of time in gas stations. This QT is literally walking distance from my home, so even when I'm not driving there, my family and I like to go there for drinks in the evening time and get a nice walk in too. The staff is always friendly, never failing to greet me when I walk through the door. The floors are always clean, and the bathrooms are spotless every time I've walked in there. I think they're beginning to know me by name here I spend so much time here, but there's a reason I do - I know I'm getting good quality gas, at fair prices, and I'm a sucker for mixing my drinks with freezoni flavors. :) Two thumbs up all the way! read more
