Worst customer service ever. A shocker for the service I've gotten used to by any QT. I even go out of my way to find one instead of stopping at the nearest competitor. Bathrooms horrible. And did I mention the customer service at the register. Only one employee handling one side instead of the double sided as usual. Won't be stopping there ever. I was so upset and shocked I forgot to get a name of the older guy behind the register. Oh and when I walked in I didn't get greeted as usual or the see you later when I left was no where in site. Bring this QT back to standard. Maybe they are so Far East they don't get visitors from the upper echelon. read more

This is my daily stop! I really love this QT. These guys in my oppinon are the flag ship for all QT stores! They seem to have a well oiled machine here! You never have to wait too long at all... Matter of fact I don't even think I ever had to wait in a line to check out here! They has some type of team-work system going that I have never seen at a convenient store! As we all know pretty mush every QT is laied out the same for the most part. These guy stay up on making sure the hot food is well monitored. I have yet to see over cooked food on their hot food grill. They are educated when it comes to prodect knowledge! Couple time I went to pay for something, not knowing I could get another item for a discounted price or even for free. WOW!! I want these guys to be noticed for all the hard work they are doing here at this place! GREAT JOB!! read more

This review is specific to a guy named Michael J that works there. He just sat there and talked and talked to this guy about the changes to cigarette laws and how he thought it was funny to watch kids get mad. I am standing there trying to pay for my food and drink. I am literally right in front of him and he didn't care. He just was having a great time laughing about young people who can't smoke now. I am so used to QT being the BEST at checking people out. They are speedy and great and happy and a joy to watch. When he finally helped me he seemed flabbergasted that I was not happy. Hey if you want to ignore me for a while longer then bring out another worker. I am done watching you be a jerk. read more

This QT location is fantastic. The staff are friendly and the store is always well stocked and very clean.

The kids here all are extremely polite and professional. They also seem to really hustle. None of them appear to be little dumb heads who feel entitled to be lazy underachievers living with their parents well into their 50's. These kids are good contributing citizens. read more

I give this store a 2 star only because of the manager. Randy I have seen him yell at his clerks in front of customers. I visit this store every morning for my coffee and other morning supply for the day. I have. Said good morning to him every time I see him in the store with no responce ever but if a woman walks in the store he says good morning to them. As a customer I am starting to think about stopping at another store every morning where the manager is not a power hungry bigot. Randy is in my opinion the worst store manager quik trip has. He needs training in customer service and training in employee relations. Or he needs to be terminated from quik trip. read more

Was 5 star for soda and grab and go foods, then i tried there pizza. Ordered it on the touch screen and attendant said the $12.99 would print out $9.99 #1.it did not but cashier gave me $9.99 #2.Wanted it baked extra and he acted like it wasn't possible to push it back in to bake longer but he said he had the option to turn up the heat,it came out ok, #3.I like thin crust and i knew it was original crust but i decided i would give it a shot,the crust is more thick original, half way to deep dish.I will probably scrape the top off and add it to something else . read more

Well the morning started off great. Needed gas so dropped by the local QT for some gas and a soda. Glad I stopped by early this morning because when I went by a few minutes ago the price had gone up 6-cents. WOW. It never fails too impress me how nice the staff is at this QT, they always great you with a "Hi or Hello" when you walk in the door. Something new this morning beside my DP, I tried a Sausage Jalapeño wrap they had in the warmer. I had tried many before but they have changed the bun and this one and it was great. So much so I know where I am going in the morning... QT for a 32oz DP and a sausage jalapeno sandwich... can't wait... read more
