Sigh.... I'm afraid we might be done here. Why do you keep the lettuce by the tortilla press? It is always wilted and sad. I get the shredded lettuce instead. I got about a half of a scoop of beans. About 3/4 scoop of chicken. About a table spoon of corn. She just kept scraping the container instead of getting a new one. A pinch of cheese. The guac is on the verge of being brown. I didn't get guac last week because it WAS BROWN. Almost black. Gross. I don't know why you can't use a decent size piece of foil for the burritos. My husband got one and it leaked in the bag on the way home, got all over my workout pants, and then ripped when I got out of the car because it was so soggy. I have been coming here for over 9 yrs-since they opened. I hav been thru several managers but never have experienced anything like we have the last 6 months. The restaurant is extremely dirty along with the work counter. Ice is overflowing the soda area and has been the last four times we have been up here. Rice is under cooked and crunchy which I informed management to no change. They are using an excessive amount of cilantro in their rice. Either way too much salt in food or none at all. There is no consistency with the food preparation at this location. The staff that is currently working the evenings are unprofessional and not well trained. The same ones are here but they just still have no clue what they are doing. I have spoken to management and they blow me off. Tonight they are out of hard shell tacos and steak. While here tonight two people who got to go orders had to come back for items left out of their order. Now they are out of to go bags. They are not understaffed there are 7 employees and not overrun. Wow. So we went inside to order food and the young kid says sorry we have no meat the health inspector just left.. he shut us down. Read between the lines not sure I'll go back here. I was going to leave a super negative review about this particular Chipotle Grill.. And I also have been coming to it since it opened, along with my family and lots of friends.. Although, I haven't been there in about 2 years or so... what a dramatic downward fall.. whew!! The review below is absolutely spot and absolutely we fully agree with it. But will add.. the reviews below doesn't even approach the level of mess in this place or the unprecedented lack of professionalism amongst the employees.. The place is absolutely a mess, with boxes piled on the tables, with no cleaning supplies on others.. no tea, no utensils, melting ice mixed with napkins on the counters and floor, along with filthy tables which have not been bussed.. all the while a group of employees sitting on their rears talking and joking amongst themselves and few of their friends who had come in.. and the bathroom.. well, that's a completely different topic.. but I will say this, I'm shocked and thought i had walked into some place in a 3rd world country.. What makes it even worse, we both got upset stomachs and don't feel all that well.. Also. I won't respond to a request for further details.. as I will give you my advise right now.. fire them all right now and decontaminate the place.. or close it down.. chipotle used be an awesome place to go.. But now, I've seen a general run down around the country.. and this location takes the top spot of being the worst.. We will never be back.. and I'm sure many others fell the same way, but won't say a thing.. they just walk away with their money, shaking there heads on the way to another restaurant.. I left a review two years ago and am displeased to announce that this location is still terrible. Food is good but this time I showed up for a catering pickup for a Father's Day meal. It was to be ready at 5. They completely forgot about my order. Party started and I was still waiting for food. At least it was fresh I guess. This Chipotle is AWFUL. Every time I go in they are out of something. One time it was guac. None in the front. None in the back. And was told they weren't making any more the rest of the night. (This happened around 6pm dinner time btw). This was after an online order where I had already paid extra for the guac. Today, I walk in and they are completely out of chicken. Many people waiting in line to get something with chicken. No urgency in the back to make more. I just said "screw it" and I left. Hey, it's a Chipotle. My kids love this place and it's pretty easy to get in and out. The people working are usually competent and friendly. That's not a knock at all. Some of the people recognize us now due to my kids consistent and frequent orders. We're not there every day or even every week, but I guess it's enough :) My food has generally been hot... although if you get cheese in your burrito, when it's next to (cold) sour cream... it tends not to melt. Go figure. Sometimes the "balance" of ingredients in a burrito is out of whack: the rice is all at one end and the meat at another. It happens. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They do a good job and the place is clean. I had to repeat my order to the person handling my order 5 times for two bowls. He was so busy talking with his peers. Everything was a mess. When I finally got our bowls one looked like the picture posted. I understand there's a labor shortage but this was so bad. Customer service was not there. I would not recommend this place. I see a lot of bad reviews for this Chipotle location, but I have been here three times now and had positive experiences each time. I have never been here when it's busy, so it is possible that they are not as consistent when faced with a long line... but I usually order the same thing and can be a bit particular with my order... and they have consistently prepared my order exactly as I like! That means that the rice is cooked just right, the salsas are always delicious and fresh, and the carnitas and sofritas are perfect seasoned and cooked! This is one of the worst quality and filthy Chipotles I've ever gone to. All the other recent (1-3 month old) reviews are correct about the cleanliness of the restaurant, lack of quality control on the food, and service of the staff. The staff is rude and unwelcoming. I saw a young man on the grill scratch his hair then pick up a spatula and continue cooking with no gloves. Gross. There's always something wrong with the bowl: hard rice, chewy meat, watered down sour cream, overly chunky and off color guacamole. It's a disappointment all around. I emailed corporate about this location via their website and never got any response. It seems all the responses to reviews here asking people to reach out are for show and will not actually change anything here. From 2021 prior I used to eat at Chipotle 2-3 times a week. I don't know what happened. Last year the employees were great. I took a couple months off from Chipotle and came back to an entirely different crew. I just waited 20 minutes with only four people in front of me. I usually get everything in my bowl and my bowls were always full full. Now it's half the amount. Entire staff was unfriendly and rude. When i got up to the line there was it was only me and one other person. They took the first persons order and then the employee ignored me and started working on his online tickets without even looking at me even though he clearly knew i was right there. The other employee started to notice what he was doing and told him to take mine first. When I got up to the register they gave me a burrito without a bag so i just had to awkwardly carry it out with my hand. They forgot the sour cream and she wrapped it up with a huge hole in the middle of my burrito that eventually just fully ripped and everything went everywhere. Terrible service. read more

Idk who the staff was on the night of 9/15/24 but they were the best night staff i've ever experienced meeting at chipotle. 10/10 portion sizing. They confirmed every portion amount with me before moving onto the next ingredient and I've never experienced that before! Very nice workers who were very polite and friendly. Even though they closed in an hour they were still in a good mood and didn't seem annoyed i came semi close to closing. They seemed invested into making sure I had a great experience. They even came over and offered to throw my trash away after my Wife and I finished eating our meal and were conversing for a while. I've had a ton of bad experiences at other locations especially when it comes to the portion sizing and rude workers but seriously this location blew me away. The rice was undercooked and the Guacamole was old and the color was off. When I contacted Chipotle their team were unhelpful and frankly unprofessional. Even though there was a poster on the door requiring face masks this was not enforced as several dine in patrons were unmasked in the order line. One rag for the entire surface, repeatedly pushing 5% of old food scraps into the food containers while the other 95% made it into the proper place.
