I hadn't been to Jack in the Box in probably 20 years, but T-Mobile offered a free Ultimate Cheeseburger, which gave me a reason to go back. My toddler loves burgers, so we decided to check it out and I was pleasantly surprised! The bread looked fresh and was soft, and the Ultimate cheeseburger comes with two patties and two slices of cheese, which made it easy to split between two kids. The cheese was perfectly melted, and the burger itself looked amazing. Honestly, it was way better looking--and definitely a better size than anything I've had at In-N-Out. Health-wise, I can't say how it compares, but in terms of taste and presentation, this burger was much better than most fast food spots. We'll definitely be back when we're craving a quick burger! The location at Power and McDowell was also very clean and surprisingly not busy for a Sunday lunch. read more

1st, I worked for JIB for 4 years in my youth. Now, I love the app, but the man working the register and window is a major issue at this restaurant. I ordered my product custom. Extra this, none of this, etc. Yes, it's a little harder, but really, extra onions or lettuce is super easy. Yet my order never has the extra. They will leave off what I don't want, but when does extra lettuce consist of a couple of strips? Today, I placed my mobile order and went I side to ensure it had extra. I watched the kitchen place my items in the warmer. Then I watched the window (customer service associate) notice me, but not acknowlede me at the counter. Grabbed my items, placed them in a bag, and threw them in the heater. I'm standing right there, and the only person inside by the registe, and I am not even given a nod to acknowledge I am there. Finally, the guy looks at me and asks, "Are you waiting for something?" No greeting, nothing. I respond, yes, my order that you threw into the warmer. He tosses it at me and then states, " You could have said something!". Really, you ACTIVELY IGNORE me at the register, then tell me it's my fault that you won't give me my food. So here. I was very disappointed tonight! Well, more like the last 3-4 times I've come to this location. Mereida has been our cashier the majority of those times! The first time she made us feel bad about ordering the $5 meal that " apparently discontinued " two days later than the last time we got it. Tonight, I was missing two tacos so I came back and was treated like trash! I was asked if I had a receipt after 15 mins of being there. It wasn't busy, they remembered me. I ordered recently from their app to walk in and pickup my order, it wasn't late around 6:00 PM on Wednesday. I placed my order with no issues and then went to pick up my order. I was inside for over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, all though I was standing at the online/pickup order section. When I was acknowledged the same person from the take out counter came over to see what my order was, I gave him my name and he walked over to a rack and my order had been sitting there the entire time that I had been waiting! The fries were 1/2 full and just like the sandwich cold, the prices have increased and the quality has gone down significantly. Burgers all day, 24/7! On our way to ASU Polytechnic, we decided to have breakfast at Jack in the Box. Our son was hungry for a burger. "Son, they don't serve burgers in the morning." We were happily mistaken. We ordered a Jumbo Jack for our son. My husband and I decided to share a sandwich, the bacon and Swiss on brioche. I asked if they could cut the sandwich into half, and they were so obliging and courteous. The service was great! The brioche was tasty. I liked the mustard mayo, but my husband did not. My son enjoyed his Jumbo Jack. The curly fries were well seasoned and crispy. We enjoyed sampling the soda machine. The dining room was clean and decorated with fresh flowers. We were delighted with this fast food experience. The only downer was that we ordered the Jumbo Jack sans tomato, and they left the tomato. This made our take out burger soggy. read more

I was able to thoroughly enjoy Jack's bowls! His meat was very tender and not too tough. Mixed with vegetables and rice and other accoutrements I was thoroughly impressed at a good price. After speaking to the manager he said yeah idk why she did that but I'll ring you in for the menu price. I don't want to talk about the food today but more so what food-service workers have to deal with on a daily basis. If you have never worked in the food industry you should not be allowed to make comments from an area of ignorance. Jen and I had ordered and while waiting for our food an older guy was ordering. He had his order written down and was rattling it off like he was an auctioneer. The young man taking the order was patient, professional, and kept his composure all the while taking condescending chastising remarks from a total jerking a customer. I don't care who you are or what you have been through in life it doesn't give you the right to belittle people. The worst part being the employee did everything right. When the old guy finished ordering he looked at us and said ,"good luck". I told him we had no issues. When our food came up I handed the kid two VIP movie passes and Jen told him, "that's for having to deal with that asshole". I also called a few minutes later and advised the shift leader of how awesome the kid was who handled that very difficult and rude customer. I hope after being talked to so rudely the employee will at least have a smile on his face and a good story to tell. I encourage everyone to speak up or stand up for those who cannot in every situation where there is someone who cannot defend themselves. The two girls inside were not paying attention and talking about inappropriate things while the drive through window was open as well. Then my boyfriend asked for hot sauce, they looked at him and said okay.... then continued to talk and take there time and talk about the night they had before. They finally got our meal then as we pulled away we realized they had not giving us our hot sauce as requested. We parked and he went in to get the hot sauce and said that maybe they should pay a little more attention to the customer instead of just sitting around talking. So when I was hungry as hell at 11:30 pm, and the local all might jack in the box was my only option, I went there with low expectations, dreading the standard teenager-ran, horrible service, and bad food triad of disappointment. I was wrong. This place is very well run, clean, with fresh, delicious food. I got some sort of "buttery jack" burger & onion rings. The 2 person staff were two grown men who clearly take their job seriously. Fresh & tasty burger & onion rings. I was shocked how good it was.
