Nice new pumps. - Fuel pump with a digital screen displaying 17.20 and 4.08, indicating fuel volume and total cost. It includes a card reader with a keypad for PIN entry, a contactless payment terminal, and instructions for inserting, swiping, tapping, or prepaying. The pump has labels for turning off the engine and no smoking, with a black exterior and visible components for fueling vehicles.

A block south of the freeway, on the southwest corner it's easy to get in and out of here no matter which direction you are heading. 18 relatively new pumps inspire confidence my card won't be skimmed (I'm looking at you Circle K). Inside is well stocked, not too busy and staffed with helpful employees. This is the way QT's used to be before they started going downhill.

This is not just your regular stop for gas or even a snack....oh no, they have so much more!! They have a coffee station, that has almost everything you need, from espresso to cappuccino to macchiato to different flavors. They have it all, and then some! Then they have a milkshake bar! Yes, a milkshake bar! You take a cup from this freezer they have of the flavor you want and you pick how thick (no pun intended ladies) you want it, and let the mixer take control. Then they have a smoothie bar! Take a cup and put whatever type of smoothie you want in it, they had banana, piña colada, strawberry, and another one I just can't remember. Then they have a slushie bar! Oh you thought I was finished after the smoothie? Oh on the contrary my friend! They have about 8-10 different flavors that are just to die for! All taste amazing! I just mix them all because, yes they are that good! And now, the last a final selection. The soda selection! I want to say that they had about 15-20 different soda flavors to choose from! Now that's hard to just choose one. So why not mix a little... #yolo

Location was clean, service friendly and we were able to get all the items we needed before heading out on our hike.

I frequent this convenience store/gas station just being a few blocks from work. It is truly…read moreconvenient & SO much cleaner than the Chevron across the street. But, it is fairly small compared to others. So, it does get overcrowded quickly if there is a heavy traffic pattern all of a sudden. I've learned that is usually around lunch hour. The reason I love this location more than most- the lovely lady who works weekdays around 12-1pm is SUCH a gem! She is always pleasant, greets everyone so kindly, and I can't help but notice she has the patience of a saint. I'm not docking her the star- I'm docking the manager because this poor woman is constantly dealing with the lunch rush ALL by herself! She never has another attendant there to hop in & help. And the line often backs up all the way to the coolers during this hour- she somehow maintains her composure & continues to help each in line, no matter how frustrated or agitated some become with the wait. And, I give her props, because it is pretty clear she is of the age where retirement should be an option, so her pace isn't as "swift" as many impatient patrons would prefer... but it is her honest attitude & genuinely kind demeanor that keeps me coming back. Almost everything here is always in stock, and very clean. But, if you can't seem to find something, have a question or need a hand- she is on top of it or has a fantastic suggestion for an alternative... even a recommendation if you need it! I really feel like this location could use a second employee on shift for the counter during such a busy hour to help her out. But, either way, I will continue to frequent here just because she works here & I'm always leaving with a smile on my face from such a pleasant encounter. If there is a promotion or coupon offer- you won't finish your transaction unless being notified & offered the discount... the customer service is fantastic! I wish I could remember her name, but she deserves a lot of praise for keeping this location in check every day during the lunch rush, and truly caring about the patrons who visit.

Holt 3 reviews · 71 photos…read more5 minutes ago I am a frequent customer of this Convenience store/gas station at least 4-5 per week. It is .8 miles from my house and very convenient for me because I pass it everyday going to and from work. I prefer going here than anywhere else. Even if it's busy I am happy to wait because I'm supporting my neighbor hood store. Today I stopped for gas and propane. I was unsure if I was supposed to bring the tank inside or leave it outside. So I brought it inside. There was a long Line and the older lady cashier with glasses. Immediately she blurts out in front of other customers that it needs to go outside. I shook my head yes and she says why did you bring it in then? I say nothing and bring it out to the propane cage. I returned inside where there is a line of 8-10 people. Embarrassed with people looking at me. I wait to be helped. Luckly another cashier came out to help me. Today I spent 53.50 in gas, 25 for propane and 14 in miscellaneous items. I don't know if she was having a bad day or she thought I was being rude by shaking my head. What ever the case be, I don't think this is anywhere near customer service. Maybe the $100 I spent on this visit was not enough. Maybe 4 visits a week are not enough. Maybe the only gas station my daughter and wife frequent for gas as well is not enough. Maybe Chevron, Shell or QT deserves a shot. Most successful businesses recognize the importance of providing outstanding customer service. A courteous and empathetic interaction with a trained customer service representative can mean the difference between losing or retaining a customer.
