He than proceeded to followed her and insult her while customers were recording the incident His language was extremely unprofessional and humiliating. I have also witnessed this same employee making racist remarks toward customers in front of other customers on previous visits. This creates a very hostile and uncomfortable environment. I request that management investigate this employee's behavior, address it immediately Mike needs to be fired!!
