I had a very disappointing experience at Jack in the Box because of an employee named Sonny. From the moment I approached the drive through, he was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Instead of being courteous, he had a negative attitude and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. I understand everyone has bad days, but there is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. Customer service is a huge part of the dining experience, and unfortunately, Sonny's behavior completely overshadowed everything else. I hope management addresses this and reminds employees that basic kindness and professionalism go a long way. read more

Call me crazy, but I love Jack's Loaded Tiny Tacos ANY time of day, and grabbed some for breakfast, along with an iced mocha to drink, on my way to work. Their manager Jay took my order in a very friendly manner. He had the line running smoothly and very efficient. He made sure my order was prepared in a timely manner and had me on my way. Talk about service with a smile. He showed that he enjoys helping people and that makes me a return customer. When a person makes the visit to an establishment worth the while, you feel compelled to return. read more

Over the years, I have stopped at this location from time to time as I always enjoy a croissant with egg and cheese. Put the hashbrown in the middle of the sandwich, and make yourself spicy ketchup (one packet taco sauce + one packet ketchup) for an epic breakfast sandwich! The service has always been friendly through the drive thru, and has a maintained exterior. Comparative to locations in a similar area, this is by far the best Jack in the Box. read more

On the way home I thought I'd splurge and get Jack in the box since it's getting too late to cook. I asked for Franks Red Hot Sauce and their new Honey Garlic Sriracha Sauce. She gave me two big handfuls and I was so appreciative. Got home and what she gave me was: ketchup, hot taco sauce, bacony buttermilk ranch sauce and Jacks Good Good Sauce. I asked for TWO sauces and got FOUR that I didn't want. And none of what I did. I ordered the #4 Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger meal last week. They forgot to put the bacon on my burger. I went back tonight to get some tacos and let them know about the missing bacon and they very kindly offered to make me another burger. When I got home, guess what, no bacon!!!! The food looked good and everything was fine till I had a encounter with a little Latina girl, who I told I ordered 2 combo meals online and they told me to pull up front bc it wasn't ready yet. When I was waiting the little Latina girl gave us our food in my car and I asked her about our drinks because it is a combo meal drinks come with it. She then had an attitude walked away...she came back with our drinks, I said thank you and she threw the straws at me when I said thank. I am sorry you are having a bad day but it doesn't mean to take it out on customers I tried hard to be nice and I just left right after she threw the straws at me. Me and my girlfriend both went to Jack In The Box at this location after church just to get a quick bite. We only ordered 2 tacos and an order of curly fries. But before ordering we were just sitting at the counter waiting to get our order taken for about 15 minutes and there was no one else in line, just us. After we ordered we had finally got our food handed to us in a bag when we wanted to eat there. But we reached into the bag to grab my tacos and what we didn't realize is the workers put the tacos in upside down so when we lifted them up the tacos just fell out of the paper they were in and in the floor. So we didn't even want to go up to the counter because the workers would probably take another 30 minutes to realize we were there. Terrible experience. read more

They haven't gotten an order correct many times here. They also might not give you all your food or drinks. It's the closest one to us and we've been there many times. I've spoken to the manager, who always makes it better but goodness it would be lovely if they could get any kind of consistency going. read more

I was very glad to see this new Jack-in-the-Box just off of the 202 freeway convenient on my way from the office to the house stopped in today for my first attempt. I got four basic tacos and I the large new spicy chicken bites combo seem to take bloody forever but that's kind of the way it is these days. I got my food and started down the road onto a quick bite of my chicken, it was dead cold in the center God knows if it had reached 160°. then when I got home with the tacos for my wife, well of course look like somebody stuck their finger through the side of two of the tacos. maybe it's just because this place is new but this doesn't represent a very good image of a Jack-in-the-Box. I think I will continue to use the one at power Road and McDowell they are at least consistent if A bit out of my way. read more

Love this new spot! Staff is attentive and helpful. Had to ask staff to repeat themselves while ordering, no problem. Impressed with their CDC compliance. My order was correct. Chocolate shake, sourdough chicken san, tacos all were very good. Will definitely be back. read more

If you want old soggy tacos that were warmed up in the microwave, then this is the place for you. They don't care about making fresh food, no matter what time of the day it is. For the 3rd day in a row I am told to "park it" or pull around tj the front and wait for the DOLLAR MENU CHICKEN SANDWICHES. When I asked if I can just wait by the window they said no even though no one was in line. So, I pulled around front and ONCE AGAIN they brought my food out instantly.
