Anyways, she was loudly complaining that there was only one cashier on at the moment, then she decided to use the self-service checkout. I was supposed to get $10 back, but instead, the machine returned $40 and still said I owed $52. Confused, I tried to figure out if I had miscounted and took another $20 out of my wallet to check. The cashier then accused me of putting money back in my wallet and implied I was trying to short the machine. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, she became rude and told me another employee would have to ring me up. At that point, I was too frustrated and left without my gas or drinks. I understand that mistakes happen--either on my part or with the machine--but I do not appreciate being treated like I was trying to steal. A simple, professional approach to helping me sort it out would have gone a long way. I won't be returning to this location.

He laughed at me and said I'm just here to fill the tanks. Wouldn't give me any money back that I gave them to fill it. Called the manager today. He was very rude and refused to give me my money back. Customer service is HORRIBLE! I then went to Home Depot and explained the situation. Home Depot gave me a full tank for free.
