Paid like $8 for a wrap and modified it to add pickles amongst other mods (total of four mods, one of them was getting rid of mayo). The guy making my wrap wasn't really doing much else (maybe cleaning or prepping ingredients). I was polite: Said hello, said my thank yous. I was so psyched to eat some food because I was STARVING. Bro put in TWO PICKLES. Generally, when people add pickles to anything that doesn't already have pickles, they love pickles. It honestly felt like a slap in the face. I understand that he probably doesn't get paid enough to do his job. Maybe he was having an off day. I'm not saying he has to care about his job. Quiktrip is the best gas station/deli/drink center ever. They have the best options for absolutely everything. Everybody is always friendly and they are always clean. One thing that I would recommend that most people probably have no clue is their deli sandwiches. They are amazing! Give them a try! read more

I called to ask if they had an item and stock and the guy acts like he doesn't want to work or help me he is sighing when I asked if he could see what brand of cones they carry. He then tells me I have to wait 5-10 minutes for him to find out if they have the item. I say I'll wait. while "on hold" I hear the guy talking crap about what I had asked for. He said he doesn't give a fuck and he doesn't know , he kept repeating to someone (a customer I'm assuming) that he doesn't know what brand it is.. Come on quick trip! I love coming here for breakfast. But lately the food coming out of the kitchen is garbage. Most of the time it's cold, and they never pay attention to details like what type of cheese I want or no damn tomatoes because I'm allergic to them. And most of the time the sodas that come out of the tap are not very good anymore. We are disappointed more and more Each time we go. You're way too large of a corporation with a very good reputation to be putting up with this crap. I could probably get better food from a sushi vending machine at a gas station. QT has always got what you need. I always stop for gas here, as they have a cleaner, truer octane blend than some other stations (or so the BMW service guy says). The parking lot is always clean, and the washer/towel areas are always stocked. The store is almost always bustling. You can stop in for milk, a snack, your morning coffee, and even a few grocery items. I totally scored the last box of tissues in here! The drink selection is vast, with milks, waters, sodas, juices, tea/coffee, energy drinks and booze. If you read my stuff, you know that I'm allergic to the bean water, so I usually leave with a few bottles of the leaf water! Morning bites such as burritos, muffins, donuts, sandwiches and ready-to-eat fruit cups are always a great buy on your way out the door. I also appreciate that one clerk will work both sides of the register at a time and get you on your way. Talk about efficiency! I love this QT, It's been our go to place for our traditional Saturday morning breakfast pizza for my family and had been for most of this year. But the last two or three times we've gotten the breakfast pizza it seems like they've lost their touch as they no longer load it up like they used to. It's still a great pizza and we will continue to get it but maybe try a different store if it isn't fixed. May be a change of staff but now there is way more crust showing, less meats on top and less of that amazing gravy. Fix this and I'll change it back to 5 stars read more

Service: Great. They are friendly and fast. Convenience: I like how I can find a QT somewhere along the way on my commute, and I usually stop at this one on the way home. There isn't one close to where I live so I try to gas up when I'm on my way home from work or out running errands. Food/Snacks: Sometimes the chips are stale, the pizza isn't good anymore, the sandwiches can be funky. I think this is at different locations due to production changes and not specific to this QT. By far the best gas station / convenience store ever. Consistently clean. I've never been afraid to use the bathrooms. Counters are always picked up and wiped clean. You always know what to expect. The employees are fast and friendly. If the line backs up someone jumps up to help without complaining. Food is pretty good for fast food. And I love the iced tea. I live slightly closer to QT than Circle K but over the last four years I would say that I've been to this QT hundreds of times and the nearest Circle K maybe 4 or 5 times. Why? That's because it is a cleaner, safer feel. The customer service is excellent. The drink selection is superior. The taquitos are infinitely better. The checkout technology is more advanced. Maybe over the years I've spent over a hundred dollars more just on drinks than I would have if I had been going to Circle K but it's worth the extra expense to me. Love me some QT read more
