We were here super late on a Wednesday night so there was plenty of parking in the plaza, but I've been here on more normal dinner hours and it gets super fisted, as do most places in K-town. I come here all the time (because I live and work just a 5 minute walk away) and I'd say that there is at least one set of police officers in this place 50% of the time and often there's a group of 5 or 6 of them chatting it up around the coffee bar. It's kind of disturbing to image the PD-manhours spent here sipping coffee and chewing tobacco.
