I presented my valid Mexican passport as identification, but my return was denied due to "store policy." I have made returns here before without issues.The way this was handled made me feel singled out and discriminated against. It's disappointing that my payment was accepted without question, but my government-issued ID was not. I hope management reviews this policy and ensures fair treatment for all customers.

I get a text saying there is an insurance hold on my prescription ($12) so I called it back in to pick up at 3pm and was told that it would be ready. Upon arriving, I was told again that there was an insurance hold and I replied back that I don't have any insurance through your store. Why would I need any type of insurance for a product that only costs $12? I call my Doctor and they immediately sent the order over to Amazon and 2 minutes later, I check in with Amazon's Pharmacy to check prices and the order was already there for several dollars cheaper. (No insurance involved). I spent more time in line at Walgreens than I did calling my Doctor and getting it sent over to Amazon. UPDATE - Walgreens contacts me over a week later for a prescription that I needed the following day. And the price is now almost $20. I got it off Amazon for $8.50. I won't be using Walgreens again.

A LOT of aisles were blocked by employees who were stocking shelves and I was unable to get all the items on my shopping list because of this. Then when I got to the check out lanes with my full shopping cart I was told I would have to self check out because the registers didn't open til 9:30am. What a joke.

They have zero personable skills whatsoever. The employees are always nice and helpful, as are the pharmacy employees. I was sent here from the vet for my cat's medication…read more When I arrived I was promptly acknowledged and greeted by a gentleman working the register helping another customer. When it was my turn at the counter the pharmacist advised me the vet hadn't called it in yet. I live about 20 mins away and since it was a Friday I offered to come back another day since there was no rush but she assured me when she received the call she would fill the order so as to not inconvenience me by having to go home and return at a later time. When I came back the prescription was ready and I was thanked for my patience and understanding since they were extremely busy. But it was me who needed to give thanks. They are VERY focused on prompt and friendly service and I just really appreciated the small town vibe and the absolutely outstanding customer service. I also love that the inside reminds me of the type of small business pharmacies from my childhood but with modern products and services.
