If they needed more information they could have called, emailed or reached out to the hospital. They don't have any idea how long it will take to fill the prescription either. I was told to just give them a number where they can text me when it's ready. Today? Tomorrow? Next week? Meanwhile my son will just have to endure pain for an undetermined time due to the inefficiency we are dealing with. Let's just hope he doesn't pass out from pain while I wait for his meds.
