I asked for a discount because I had no time to get a new one from anywhere else before the event and they said that they already gave me a discount for not having boxes and they would not give me another discount on top of it. Extremely disappointing and honestly embarrassing. I will NEVER order another cake from Walmart ever again. This cake was over $50.

My experience at this store was absolutely horrible, and I feel compelled to share what happened in the hopes that it might help others avoid the same frustration. The issue I encountered revolved around an employee named Jasmine, who clearly had no interest in doing her job. My family and I were in the photo department and needed assistance, but Jasmine made it abundantly clear that she had no intention of helping us. From the moment we tried to approach her, she seemed to be avoiding any interaction with us. We made eye contact, but instead of coming over to ask if we needed help, she quickly turned away and pretended to be busy. It was as though she was intentionally ignoring us, which was incredibly disrespectful. We waited for her to finish whatever it was she appeared to be doing, but as we observed her, it became clear that she wasn't actually doing anything productive at all. She was just walking around aimlessly, faking like she was working. This behavior was incredibly frustrating because we were standing there, clearly in need of assistance, and she made no effort whatsoever to address our concerns. We even tried to call out to her politely, but she didn't respond and continued to avoid us. It was as though she was going out of her way to ensure she didn't have to deal with us, which made us feel unwelcome and completely ignored. What made this situation even worse was the fact that the photo department wasn't busy at the time. There was no line, and no other customers were demanding her attention. If anything, she had ample time to help us, but instead, she chose to waste time pretending to do work instead of fulfilling her actual responsibilities. Her behavior was unprofessional and extremely disappointing, especially for a role that involves assisting customers. I've never encountered such blatant disregard for customer service before. A little effort on Jasmine's part could have completely changed the experience and made us feel valued as customers, but her lack of professionalism left a lasting negative impression. I truly hope the management addresses this issue because employees like her are ruining the shopping experience for everyone. Overall, this experience was enough to make me question whether I'd ever want to return to this store. Customer service is such a crucial part of any business, and when employees like Jasmine are allowed to behave this way, it reflects poorly on the entire store. Unfortunately, I have to change my review. First of all I am a loyal customer at this particular location. I have never had an issue. BUT this time around, I dealt with a so called clerk whom was attempting to stereotype. I am an educated, married mother whom WILL NOT stand for this, especially when it comes to my SON AND the current climate of our nation!!! THIS FOR ALL of us! I instantly called her out on this, she felt SO STUPID, of course she got an attitude and stated that was not the case. TRUST if I were going to be a shoplifter, I would not stop right towards the front of the store, looking at makeup KNOWING there are staff right there. LIKE WTF, who would do that. A total imbecile, attempting to do your job too well. Irony, I could do the same to you, your family, and race. Please don't end up being like the young lady whom lost her Cold Stone Creamery (Turlock location) job a few years ago for displaying her ignorance I will give her one more chance if that occurs again, I am going to call her manager, corporate, etc. HOWEVER Linda you are AMAZING!!! Excellent customer service, from the minute I walked in I was greeted and felt I could ask for help. The pharmacy personnel is wonderful. The store is clean and stocked. They denied my much-needed and electronically submitted "Order" for my compressor nebulizer plus a prescription to go along with it. I worked for several weeks to try to get this fiasco corrected and every time I'd phone the business, I would reach someone who didn't speak fluent English which is the staple of this Country USA, and to top that, the people didn't know what they were saying and 100% of the information they "reluctantly" gave me was incorrect! I took many photos because I wanted the public to know how much medical and ambulatory stuff people need back here but then I'm glad I am just now writing and crafting this review. I was even given a thank-you gift (from the previous employee on my first trip here with Dave for writing on Yelp about my experience) and for saying I was going to craft a great positive review but now I just cannot rate this business more than 2 stars. The original employees who were so helpful and jolly were not working on this day if they even still work there that is. Kudos to those who did work here nearly 2 years ago as they carry so much stuff for healing and care that it can save you from having to order stuff online. They had a ton of DME for seniors and individuals in general. I was shuttle-bussing my dear next-door neighbor & friend Dave, who also happens to be a senior citizen, to attend his many doctor's appointments and last-stop grocery shopping. We were also perusing the diabetic shoes for him. Lastly, please take note that these photos were taken no more than 2 years ago and live and in person by myself alone it is not to support this business now due to the change in leadership and staffing from-hell that has occurred. When I told her the situation and that I was already told that it would be available today, she responded that they are not talking new patients at this time and that they should not even be filling my prescription. She said I should have called yesterday to see if they would accept my prescription and not assume they would fill it. Additionally during our conversation as I was explaining why this prescription was so important she started speaking to a customer. I would understand if it was an urgent matter but she was asking the customer how her day was going and mentioned she hadn't seen her in a while. She took the time to show me which products would work best and how to apply them properly for the look I was going for. I usually feel so intimidated walking into these stores... like ULTA and Macys beauty section. Usually just get ignored and the employees look annoyed whenever questions are asked. But Shelly R. made me feel comfortable and was more than willing to answer my questions and show me step by step how to apply the products I purchased.
