I love coming to this CVS. I have always been greeted when walking into the store and the employees are always willing to help me. The pharmacy team is wonderful. I usually use the drive thru when picking up my medications and there is never more than 1 car ahead of me. Usually I am able to pull right up and the team is really prompt. They always have my medications in stock and I really appreciate them reaching out to my doctor if I ever need a refill. read more

They are probably waiting for the lease to expire and they will shut this "baby" down. This CVS is major Dilapidated and OLD. They are not doing anything to fix it up. Customers have kind of abandoned it. I was checking the dates on the Ensure and this stuff is dated at least a year out and they were selling almost expired July 2023 bottles! This says to me--few are shopping here--you never see Ensure even close to an expiration date. I only came here because they had stock on an item that other CVS were sold out of--now I know why--thankfully expiration was at least 8 months away--not the best but okay. Plus there is no customer restroom here either. I did a pick-up and could not shop more here because I just could not hold it in anymore! PLUS: There is a new larger CVS directly across the street on Beach and Garfield next to Target that is so nice inside. I prefer that one. The employees here are so nice--nice helpful courteous guys here last night. Well, Nothing is forever... Transfer them to the CVS across the street so they are not out of work when you turn the lights off. read more

If you'd like to experience the pits of hell on earth, then go to this CVS. Pharmacy staff members are at worst incompetent and at best condescending. They never have the medication needed...instead they throw whatever the closest option is and tell you to deal with it until your next refill. They have switched manufacturers on me TWICE without prior notice. I have asked them to notify of the changes beforehand, to which they responded "no, you have to call every month when it's time for a refill to make sure we have the right medication." Great, should I also go behind the counter and fill it myself? I've already spoken to my doctor about this and she is stunned. I've even had my insurance provider give me a step by step script to communicate with them and ensure I get the correct medication. Still, this pharmacy REFUSES to follow procedure. Never have I been met with such indifference and complete lack of human decency. Switching my pharmacy now. Byeee Beelzebub! read more

CVS contacted me right after my review. They stated after they looked into the case they would issue me a refund in 5-7 days. NO REFUND after 14 days. Called customer service several times!!! Always, 5-7 business days!! It's now almost March!! NO REFUND!! I WANT MY REFUND!! You admitted it was CVS at fault!! DONT ever buy gift cards at CVS!!! First of all the actual pharmacists, are very cold and down right rude.. they are moving customers in and out like a herd of cattle, rather that patients needing care, which is why they have meds to take.. they are often out of medications needed and they lack compassion and empathy!! read more

No one knows what they're doing here and they're insanely slow. I tried picking up one prescription that they send was ready 3 days ago and the kid behind the rung the script incorrectly and then needed a mangers approval to override it. I was told the manager was at lunch (at 5:30pm) and to wait in the parking lot for 10mins and come back through the drive through. I waited for 15 mins and when I came back through I was told she wasn't done yet and to wait another 15 mins and come back through the drive through a 3rd time. Never in my life have I experienced such incompetence. I wasted 50 mins of my life after working at 10 hour day just to have to leave and go else where to get my script. read more

Do not get your COVID test here! Untrustworthy lab said they "didn't have a label or specimen in container" that's complete BS even the nurse from CVS agreed and honestly she probably realized what a joke the system is that she works for (hopefully) ran by half thinking employees with lies and excuses to never even contact me that my test was even invalid in the first place!? I don't know who made their phones automated system, but it is absolutely garbage. Just trying to ask a quick question to a worker takes way too many steps and listening to the bloody machine ask about the pharmacy. Doesn't even have the just hit 0 for a person option. It's made to stop people calling. Your machine only gives info someone could find with a three second google search. Why make a system so inconvenient when it's supposed to be used to help things easier...the one star for the corporate who made the automated system or for whoever thought it was a good setup at corporate. I don't know why I'm even giving two stars maybe because the taking of the Covid test was easy. But I have yet to receive results and when or if I get them it will be past my five day quarantine so what's the point of even offering a test if you can't offer a result in a timely manner. read more

Ive been in this store maybe a handful of times... usually when I am in the lot for a massage. I keep it pretty simple, Im usually looking for a snack and a bottled water. Things are pretty easy to find here, and the staff once at the registers are decent. Not overly friendly or talkative, but not rude either. This is a convenient location to run in and out if you are looking to grab something quick. read more

I can get my necessities here. They basically have whatever I was hoping to find at a CVS. Service is fine. Not a big fan of the soliciting that seems to be outside the sliding doors a lot of the time. Small parking lot, but there should be parking available, regardless. People get in and out of this shopping center pretty quickly. Prices are fine. It's what you would expect from any other CVS. You get your basic essentials. read more

Very friendly pharmacy. Made an appointment on line. Used the link when outside the store to confirm I was there. I was instructed to go in. Pharmacist who helped me was great! I was seen quickly for both the flu vaccine and Covid bivalent. Other than the 15 minute post-shot wait, I was in and out and went about my busy day. read more

Don't come here. I work in healthcare and CVS dispense the wrong order 89% of the time. Is either the wrong dose, the wrong med, even the wrong quantity. The short us all the time. They give you Less pills than prescribed. Even with controlled narcotics pills are missing from your doctor's. You have to spell it out to the pharmacist, word by word and if you can make a drawing with crayons. Maybe then they might fill a prescription. Triple check before leaving the pharmacy Or do yourself a favor and Go to Rite Aid. read more

Called my doctor for a Rx. They called back saying the had sent it over to the CVS on file and give them 1/2 an hour or so to fill it. I waited 90 minutes went over and they told me they had just gotten the prescription. ( nice try). They then told me they would make it up and give them 20 minutes and they would call me. So I drove to the parking lot and sat in my car awaiting their call. After an hour I called and the recording said I had a Rx ready for pick up.(thanks for letting me know). Then when I left it said I needed to take 5ml every 4 hours. Pretty sure I did not have a ml. cup at home I called to see if she could just give me an idea of how much that was. I was told "that's hard to say." You might want to be very careful of your medicine if you use this pharmacy. Oh by the way, for those of us that don't cook, its a teaspoon. read more

If I could do a 0 I would. 1 is to good for them. Worst service ever and rude staff. You ask them not to do certain things like don't mail my Rx I'll come get it. You get a call saying it's ready for pick up go to get it and they say they mailed it and are rude about it. The pharmacist there are so rude. Will never go back there. Find another location other than the one on Adam in Target in Huntington Beach Ca. They leave you on hold for over 20 minutes and never come back on. Get it together CVS. read more

On google and their website it states their Minute Clinic is open till 530. I Uber we there only to find out it is not open. So spent money on a ride and had to wait for another ride. Poor way to run a business! read more

Came here just to get my photo book done and the staff had no idea what they were doing. What should have been a 5 minute process has taken over 40 minutes because they can't find their staples but some of the staff didn't even know how to put it together in the first place. Nobody let me know what was going on I was just standing by myself waiting for someone to let me know what was happening. I will not be back here again read more

This pharmacy is much better than the one across the street by far. See my review there for details, but in summary there are long lines, rude employees, and are dismissive. This pharmacy has employees that are always polite and are helpful. Today I had a prescription drip off that took only a minute. They were going to lunch and told me to come back when the text tells me it is ready. I never got the text, but the pharmacist called me to ask if I got the text, then told me it was ready and they were closing in 30 minutes. The only gripe so far is the covid testing drive-thru is next to the pharmacy drive-thru pick-up line. Everytime I come there the damn covid people have their windows down the entire time, eventhough the pharmacist tells them to keep it up when testing. The sick covid people do not wear masks in their cars. I hate being downwind from them. It is interesting to see the look of death on their faces. read more

i went to a different cvs for minute clinic care but they didn't have the prescription i ended up needing, so they sent me to this store who supposedly had it. when i went to the counter they said they are working on it so i waited in store. they called me to the counter to pick up just to say they don't have it. they lady at the counter (i believe named molly or holly) was incredibly rude. she told me she could check other locations so i asked if she could check closer my house and she said she couldn't and in fact had to send me to a different town for it. when i tried to ask her if it was possible to call ones closer she said it was not possible & gave me attitude so i just shut up. she found a store in fountain valley that had it & gave me the address. i get to that store and guess what??? they don't have it. the lady (holly or molly) said they for sure have it. i understand you can't constantly update stock but maybe actually make sure you have it before you send me out of my way. 3 cvs's today, no medication. i honestly wouldn't have written a review but that lady at the counter was so unbelievably rude & shut me down when i was trying to ask questions. she even tried to tell me itll take 10 minutes to check, it took nearly 2 minutes but i'm sure it's only because i was standing right there the whole time. for being "convenient" i'd say this one is the opposite. read more

This has become my favorite CVS. I come here 4-5 times per week. The staff is friendly and helpful. The diet beverages are always maintained at an excellent, low temperature. And I appreciate that they always have the large box of Good & Plenty, an increasingly rare treat in 2018-I maintain this is because black licorice is a manly treat. The millenials and younger generations are a little too fruity and therefore prefer a small pack of Skittles, for example. read more

Hit or miss for both the store and the pharmacy. Pharmacy seems understaffed and they do not seem to have enough in stock and often send people across the street to the other store. I couldn't rate this unless I gave it a negative star! It is the worst! They are understaffed and incompetent! I have previously asked questions of the pharmacist and they didn't have a clue. My prescription was not ready after being told it would be ready at 4pm. It is now almost 8. -We have made trips down there to pick it up. I have been on hold for over an hour on the phone! No one answers! Do not use them. Save yourself some grief. I will be in E.R. soon as my prescription is not ready. Maybe I should just send them the bill! God help someone if it's a life threatening situation. With that being said, the pharmacist that works in the middle of the night is very compassionate. WORST pharmacy employees in any CVS ever. They are the dumbest human beings I have ever met. We picked up a prescription the first time and it was a liquid medication. They gave us a powder, not liquid. They didn't even mix it for us. Had to have our vet do it. The second time, we told them to make sure they mix it this time. They had to get a pharmacist on the line, because they did not know how to do that. The third time, they told us several hours before we picked up prescription that it was ready. We get there to find out that it was not and pharmacist will be back in an hour, we should come back then. We asked if we could pick it up at a different CVS. He refused to call another for us and did not even apologize for the mix up. We have had it. That's three strikes. I should not have to deal with such rudeness and incompetence. Find another pharmacy. I dont need a pharmacy often, but I did last week so I went to this CVS because it had a drive through. I left my Rx to be filled. When I came back at 4:30 pm, the drive through window had a sign saying "Closed for Technical Difficulties, please come inside". Okay so I go inside to find 6 people in line at the pharmacy and only one person working the entire pharmacy. She was answering phones, filling prescriptions and helping customers. Needless to say I waited 30 minutes, while 2 people in line just left. I felt bad for the woman working. She was friendly, but working alone and desperately needed help. One week later my dentist called in another Rx to the same CVS. When I got the drive through window there were 2 cars in front of me. I waited 15 minutes. When I got to the window the woman told me I had to come inside because her system was rebooting and I had to sign for the Rx inside. Really again !! So I parked and went inside. I have to say the woman working inside did apologize and was nice, but I was very upset at having to come inside after waiting. I will not come to this CVS again ! read more

I went to do a return today the first item I' have not Ireturned on this receipt $55 were used for my credit card and because I used coupons she wanted to give me half-and-half her name is Laura she think she runs the show because she's been there forever old dinosaurs need to be replaced I'm entitled to 100% refund according to the refund policy Kim shutter needs to get in the. I don't even know where to start , but I will be as nice as possible. I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter. Our doctor said it would be a $10 co-pay. I get there and the Asian lady says $265! I was ready to pay the bill, when I realized they had our wrong insurance card. I told her I would be back the next day with our new insurance card. I come back to the rudest new Asian lady I have ever had to deal with in my life! She starts out with yelling NAME! I said I was here yesterday to pick up a prescription and you have my wrong insurance card on file and I, she stops me by putting her hand in my face and says NAME! I gave her my name and then she proceeds to say $265! I try to tell her to take my new insurance card and she says this is your insurance! At that point I lost it and asked to speak to someone who spoke English. She had me see another lady that helped me right away. Guess what $10 co-pay. She also told me they get complaints about the other lady a few times a day. How does she have a F'n job? She needs to be taught how to be open and not a rude jackass. If she would learn how to LISTEN and not interrupt things would go much smoother! I will walk out of that CVS if she is there EVER again! read more
