So I've been to this location plenty of times. My most recent experiences have been quite positive. My first was my annual biometric screening which is now outsourced due to COVID (employer did them onsite in the past). I had used this Clinic last year and was very happy with that visit. As a result, I made this year's appointment online for the same one. I got the first appointment in the morning. The clinic was running right on time and at my scheduled time, the doctor came to get me. She was a very nice lady whom I think I had before. She did the initial screening and intake of my information. She started with the blood draw to get those analyses going. And then worked through the vitals. To my surprise, I had high blood pressure - something that had not been an issue to my knowledge in the past. I am in excellent health and am extreme fitness buff. In fact, I had already worked out that morning. The rest of my readings came back as normal - as I expected. However, I was hesitant to share the results with my GP - given the HBP reading. Long story short - I was at my doc's office the next day for a sports injury - and my BP was even higher. So I made yet another appointment to explore the HBP. And now I'm on medication - a hereditary thing as I learned it runs at least in my maternal biology - don't know anything about paternal side. This is totally the reason to have a screening done - to have an intervention and identify issues which might not otherwise be found until they have progressed to a more serious condition. The other visit I want to mention was to return a inaccurate BP monitor. My GP had confirmed the machine I had just bought was not providing credible results. The clerk who took the return was absolutely nice and helpful. She needed a manager's assistance to complete the transaction - which allowed us plenty of time to chat while we waited on him All to say, the return was so very easy and the experience yet again quite pleasant. Props to this CVS location. Will not hesitate to return and do more business here. Unfortunately, they did not have the BP monitor my doc told me to buy - but I'm sure another location will. ;-) read more

Not our usual CVS, but I kinda wish it was. Hm... I rarely notice it, even when I'm over this way. It's a handy location if you're in Gahanna and getting on the highway. Swung by for a tree skirt, and several employees helped me find them; one led me to them. Price was reasonable (with a CVS card.) Checkout was fast. It seems like a typical CVS overall- big, brightly lit, clean, with a decent selection. Parking and street access is good. read more

Great customer service, good location, and quick service: Definitely a winner! My family doctor recently closed shop so I was without a GP. A friend suggested I look for a "Minute Clinic" that's in CVSs. (Note: I'm unsure of the affiliation between CVS and the Minute Clinic, but since it is a section of the store and was part and parcel of the experience, I'm including it in my review.) To be honest I was doubtful and more than a little skeptical about the service I'd receive at one of these. In an expected surprise, it was one of the fastest exams I've ever had! I wouldn't recommend it as a replacement for your family doctor or GP, but if you're in a pinch and need seen right away it's great. Filling the subscription was extremely easy and very fast. When I dropped off my prescription a pharmacy tech told me it'd be 30 minutes, but in reality it was much closer to 10...and this was when the story was busy! When my name was called, I went to the pick up counter where the cashier was being told off by an angry lady whose insurance had been declined. Hats off to the cashier for her patient, tempered responses and for resolving the matter as well as she could. As far as pharmacies go, I'm a fan of this one! read more

The cvs staff here have always been friendly however the np in the minute clinic was awful. Came in feeling like death waited an hour. I don't know what she was doing but she spent like 20 minutes in between patients with the door closed. Could have been out of there much faster. Didn't have an insurance card (but have insurance) so it wasn't going to be covered because no card. ?? -what she told me Told her symptoms and what I needed and after she treated me like I was a drug addict looking for meds or something. (I just needed a corticosteroid jeez) wanted to give me a strep test and I told her I wasn't going to pay for that when I knew this was viral and my insurance wasn't covering anything. The way she talked to me was just incredibly rude. read more

I arrived at 7:32 to be seen and was told they stop seeing patients at 7:30. Web site says 8:00 pm. Very misleading and very upsetting. What a way to treat someone who is sick. I would not go back if I were desperate. Deplorable. read more

When I called in to make sure the minute clinic was open, I was told that "now would be a good time"to bring my 4 year old son who had a sore throat and a temp of 102. When we arrived the nurse told us she had to leave for lunch and just left us waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes. The only explanation that was given was that she was "required by law" to take a break. Ridiculous. read more

My review is also for the Minute Clinic (and resultant Pharmacy visit). There were two people in front of me, but things moved along quickly. I was there at around 10am on a Saturday morning, sick as a dog and miserable. This minute clinic was added to an existing store, so the arrangement is a bit odd, the waiting area has a door in it to the back employee area, so staff had a tendency to come in and out of that area a lot. The actual exam room was plenty roomy, however. There were tissues for the waiting area, along with hand sanitizer. The NP that assisted me was kind and compassionate, very helpful. She sent my prescription to the back, and I was out of there in another 15 minutes. The pharmacy staff was nice and efficient, even to my fever-addled, impatient self. I would go here again no problem. The visit was inexpensive (under $70). The pharmacy portion was more expensive, of course. LOL read more
