I called to renew a longtime blood pressure prescription, but they said they had no record of it and my new doctor was not in that day. Two days later I called the pharmacy and they still did not have the prescription. I called the doctor again and the woman said she had called it in and it was obvious she was not pleased and insinuated that I was lying. I informed her that it had been a week without the meds and I was not pleased. A few days later I received a certified letter "Notification of Discharge" informing me that she would no longer provide medical care for me and to find a new doctor. Instead of trying to resolve the problem and take care of a long-time patient, they discharged me! Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this practice to anyone!

For once a medical appointment that I don't have to deal with during working hours!! I have to say, the minute we started going to this business, it was like a breath of fresh air. No pressure from Dr. Hartig on wanting me to purchase bifocals or progressives (although I know they would be beneficial but I've been refusing to commit). He simply tells me he fully supports my decision, regardless. He is always so kind and personable, and gives me sound advice along with some interesting educational trivia about my eyeballs. The prices here are also so much better than our old optometrist. There are perks at this location that I am told are included in our insurance, but at our old spot they were charging us extra. The selection in eyeglasses is quite grand as well. The staff are very helpful (and honest when giving their opinions on frames, which is much appreciated). We have no plans to go anywhere else for our vision needs!

She instead gave me some cream & said "come see me in 6 weeks" for like a year. It did not work. She refused to acknowledge that the useless cream did not work. She was just like "you're cured! She loved to be in my ear telling me repeatedly to breathe & ask me if I'm ok. It was so annoying & a weird thing to do, very unprofessional. I'd also like to add that one of the front desk ladies was extremely rude. I was looking at a picture of a certain treatment I was curious about & she said "do you want something ? You can go" like yeah I know I can go I have a question? Her response was snarky & sarcastic, & was very unnecessary.
