Now that it's built out and new, I really have no negatives as a customer. Everyone at the pharmacy has been attentive and helpful. I would t say anyone is over-the-top friendly, but that is almost never my expectation. They've always been professional and kind enough when I pick up prescriptions inside or at the drive-thru pickup window. I hope this continues to be my experience and I don't have to update with a less-than review!

If everything runs smoothly and you're the sort who's not looking for a friendly face, there's no problem. But if something goofs up (the tablet doesn't work, etc), you can expect a whole lot of attitude. CVS could remedy this with more staff.
