I had to go to White's to get wrist splints that were prescribed for me and not available through my usual pharmacy. I wish I'd gotten the name of the woman who helped me, because she went above and beyond to make sure I had the right ones, fitting them to my hands and explaining how they work, and providing me complete documentation so I can submit it to my insurance for reimbursement. I have been a loyal customer at Whites Pharmacy since 1984. This Pharmacy and all of their staff are incredible! Friendly, very competent, first name basis, amazing service (I have walked in very close to my regular prescription refill times and discovered everything already filled and ready to go!) Original pharmacists are retired or deceased and I couldn't help thinking when someone new was hired, the service (possibly) could or would not be the same. Wrong. IT IS EVEN BETTER! The young pharmacist (Doe) and his right hand pharmacist (Jenny) are AMAZING. Store staff headed up by Linda (hired by store founder Mr White before I became a customer) keeps stock, specialty items and an almost extinct "Hallmark Card(s)" selection a shoppers favorite place to find exactly what you are looking for! read more

I very highly recommend White's Pharmacy. White's is an independent pharmacy. I grew up with these types of independent pharmacies. The staff is very knowable, friendly, and mature and goes out of their way to service their clients. White's is far more than a place to fill your prescription. Whites could be your source for all hard-to-find items and durable medical goods needs, wheelchairs, crutches, and walkers. Buy or rent, and they work with all insurance plans. White's stocks a wide range of bandages, dressings or almost anything your medical needs require. Pharmacists are a joy, and if they can save you money, they do. The balance of the staff is very knowledgeable and anxious to help you. White's is a Hallmark store with cards and Christmas Ornaments. Whites also do prescription deliveries. If you are looking for an old-school pharmacy for your medical needs without all the add-ons, give White's a try. read more

I highly recommend White's Pharmacy. White's is an "old school" drug store/pharmacy, and I mean that in a good way. Their brick and mortar store is not large, but I have never encountered mobs of people waiting in line or shopping in the store itself. I am rather elderly, and use a cane, and I feel more secure when the store has fewer customers, and is quieter. The telephone at White's is always answered politely, and necessary conversations are also pleasant, brief, and to the point. I also appreciate White's delivery service. All in all, I find White's Pharmacy to be a more welcoming and professional environment than other pharmacies in my area. I feel comfortable when I am there. I have only spoken to a single pharmacist, an elderly gentleman, and he also inspired confidence. White's Pharmacy is a well kept secret on the east side of Columbus, but people in-the-know conduct their pharmacy business there. read more

One will not find a better pharmacy experience anywhere. Experienced pharmacist a supper helpful and friendly service personnel make White's a favorite. I drive 15 minutes out of my way and past three big box pharmacy spots to get to this piece of Americana. There very few pharmacies,if any, where you can hand over your script and walk out in under 10-15 minutes. Outstanding service! The team of pharmacists, including Pat and Jenny, are unique in that they develop relationships with their customers. When you walk in, you are greeted by first name after only a couple of visits. Their drug prices are usually much lower than I have found at other pharmacies.
